The hotel is located outside of central Malia, which is harder to access by foot if you have luggage. It's walkable and the views are splendid. The air is pure as there are many olive farms surrounding the property. It's also very breazy and It's good value for money. The only annoyance was that they demand a supplement for the aircon of 10 Euros per day, which according to Experia is included in the stay. For the 2 night stay, I wasn't going to protest. Otherwise it's a good budget stay. I would recommend this property for short stays.

The staff is wonderful, management and service at the (breakfast) bar, very helpful and welcoming. We loved the pool, the lobby (incl. pool & ping pong tables) with its bar and its attractive set-up. It took only about a 10-minute leisurely walk to the best restaurants in town (Milos is a must!) and far enough for the hotel to be quiet and relaxing. We'd go back there anytime.

Sehr schöne große und sauber Zimmer. Ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Das Frühstücksangebot ist für 8€ jedoch zu gering. Abendessen war gut, jedoch sind wir nur einen Abend dort essen gegangen, die anderen Tage waren wir in den umliegenden Tavernen. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Καλό και συνεπές στις υποσχέσεις του ξενοδοχείο. Λίγη προσοχή παραπάνω σίγουρα θα βοηθούσε, η έλλειψη ασανσέρ για τον δεύτερο όροφο ήταν σημαντική για μας (ξεχάσαμε να ζητήσουμε να είμαστε χαμηλά). Προσωπικό φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Very friendly owners, with the hotel further back from the beach or the louder night life. Great for either family or solo-travel, with cool rooms, a good pool, green lawns around the property and friendly bar/cafe for the evenings. I would definitely return.

Loved my stay here
I loved staying at the Real Palace, it’s a little bit out of town, 10 mins to old town, 20 mins to the strip and about 30 mins to the beach by foot but it has a lovely pool area and a well stocked bar, with sports on the screens and a lovely atmosphere. The real gems of this hotel though are the owner Manos, who is incredibly kind and helpful and the bar manager Kostas who is literally an absolute legend. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether its a family or a group and especially if travelling alone because the staff will make sure you have a great time.

Das Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Einrichtung der Zimmer war so wie beschrieben, das gute Essen und die Getränke gab es zu angemessenen Preisen im Restaurant des Hotels. Die Anlage und auch der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es ist sinnvoll ein Auto, Fahrrad oder Roller zu mieten um vor Ort um mobil zu sein. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Le personnel etait tres sympathique (surtout le gérant). Nous avons eu un gros problème dans notre chambre à l'arrivée et le gérant nous a automatiquement placé dans un autre appartement. Nous étions dans un studio pour 2 au RDC nous avons profité d'un appartement 3 personnes pour le même prix. Les repas au restaurant sont très bons et très copieux.

La gentillesse de Mano et son equipe nous a touché...L'établissement est correcte ,la chambre est exactement comme sur les photos mais, on était choqué de ne pas trouver ne serait ce qu'un mini savon pour se laver les mains ...bizarre🤔!!!Il faisait froid (octobre) nous avons demandé une couverture mais, on nous a filé des édredons, pas trop compris!!!Sinon si vous recherchez un endroit calme vous êtes au bon endroit.

tout d'abord, l'adresse est fausse.Elle correspond au vieux village, dans le centre de Malia, alors que l'hôtel se trouve à 800 m de là, dans un quartier sordide, avec des immeubles abandonnés et des carcasses de voitures. Il est impossible de rejoindre la plage à pied, il faut faire un grand détour. Pas de restaurant, mais un simple snack. Pas de buffet petit déjeuner. Pas de télé en français, juste la BBC.

Wer spontan nach Kreta fliegt, eine günstige und saubere Unterkunft sucht ist hier richtig. Das Hotel befindet sich in 1,5km Strandnähe, man braucht ungefähr 15 Minuten wenn man den richtigen Weg gefunden hat. Der Gastgeber ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
