Dear Mrs Rheanna,first of all we would like to apologize for the unpleasant experience you have had with your holidays at our hotel. We are really sorry to read that you were not satisfied by the room we allocated you. Surely, if you had made this aware to us, during your stay, we would surely have changed the room to another one closer to the beach. We had been in contact prior to your arrival with your requests for twin bedded room and we satisfied your wish. Also no were was mentioned and told to our reception staff that a member of your family had difficulty in walking, as we surely would have done the best to provide the best suitable allocation according to your needs. Hotel offers 314 rooms and extends in a large area, therefore there are also rooms around the hotel complex. As far as the beach concerns, it is public and can be accessed by anyone, but it is large enough and has a high amount of sunbeds for all our guests that are offered complimentary to be used at all times.
