Beautiful, relaxing getaway
Meadow View Farm isn't far from Memphis, but it feels like another world, a quiet retreat with great views of the stars at night. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, walking around the farm, and sitting on the dock of the fish pond. The hosts are very friendly, and breakfast was delicious!

very high expectations exceeded
Meadow View Farm is a beautiful property and we had such a comfortable stay. The owners were very kind, and provided us with a delicious breakfast selection every morning. It was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and I would definitely stay again.

Meadowview Farm B&B
Beautiful B&B in northern Mississippi. Terry and Julie were wonderful hosts. Nice and peaceful getaway from hectic Oxford (Ole Miss) after football game day. My wife loved all of the animals on the farm, especially the cat.

Fantastic Hosts
We only spent 1 night a the bed and breakfast, but the hosts were super friendly and welcoming. It's a little out of the way, but well worth the detour. The breakfast was delicious and possibly our favorite part of the stay.

Beautiful and Peaceful B&B
The hospitality and comfort of the room were outstanding. If you're looking for peace and quiet, good food and a lovely rural setting, this is it.

Hyggeligt, dejligt lyst og meget stort værelse med stort, godt badeværelse. Fredeligt og grønt sted inden for rimelig køreafstand til f.eks. Graceland i Memphis. Ingen butikker eller restauranter i nærheden.

close to my family reunion
First time i stayed at a bed and breakfast and it was wonderful. Lots of room to wander around outside. Had my own outdoor grill and fireplace, horses to watch and even a small pond with a fishing dock. The owners were friendly and interested in making sure you were comfortable without getting in the way. Great experience and I will stay there again next reunion. Highly recommended.

What a dissappointment!!
The room at first glance looked OK but as time went on we could see that the carpet was looking tired and the sofa was not that comfortable. The TV was the smallest we had seen on this trip. The bed was comfortable but it had a plastic mattress protector which made us sweat! The aircon unit was right next to the bed & extreamly noisy so that meant we couldn't have it on while trying to sleep! During our 5 day stay the room was not cleaned or the sheets changed. The coffee machine in the room did not look clean & the coffee was dished out in plastic pouches (not sealed individual packets like proper hotels). There was a jar of coffee mate that must have been there for weeks as it was solid in the jar. When it came to breakfast although it was homemade there was no choice, no cereal was offered or fruit juice. While we were there there was also another couple who joined us for breakfast, so when it came to coffee we only had one pot between 3 of us as the 4th person didn't drink coffee. I had asked if they could organize a birthday cake for my wife as it was her birthday on the first morning. This was done and the cake was lovely, however I was charged $12.00 for it but it had a label on it showing it cost $7.99!! All we can say is that the couple who own it are very pleasant & we feel it's a shame to have to make such a report but after reading the reports left by other guests that said how wonderful it was there when in reality we found it to be very dissapointing.

The Perfect Get Away
Meadow View Farm is the perfect place to get away from the world. The rooms have private entrances and bathrooms, and all are charmingly decorated. The grounds are beautifully kept and perfect for strolling, fishing, or even horseback riding. The hosts were extremely gracious and knowledgeable about the area. The food was full of southern charm and was absolutely delicious. The location seems a bit out of the way, but it is easy to get to Memphis sites or the casinos if you choose. I would go back in a heartbeat.
