1군에서 놀기에는 자리가 좋아요 다만 아쉬운 부분이 있다면 창문은 있지만 열을수 있는 조건은 아니였어요 조금 추가금 내서 사용하는걸 추천해요 직원들의 친절함은 아주 좋았어요

클래식 룸이라고 하는데, 올드한 느낌이었고, 객실에 디테일할 부분이 아쉬웠다.(ex 욕실 거울 위에 라이트가 있어서 거울이 잘 안보임, 객실에는 쓰레기통 없음 등.) 밤에 웅~ 하는 소리가 나는데 아무래도 주변에 루프탑 바에서 오는 소리같음. 직원들은 친절하고 조식도 좋음.(에그스크램블, 쌀국수 요청하면 해줌)

호치민을 10번 방문했다..지금동안 방문한 호텔중 최악이다.. 내가 예약한 방에서 하루 지낸는데 다음날 스위트롬으로 바꿔준다고 해서 처음에는 좋았는데 나중에 다시 다른방으로 가라고한다..같은 호텔에서 여러번 방을 옮겨 다녀야했다..예약한보다 더 작은방으로 옮겼다..짜증이 났다..왜 방을 자꾸 옮기라하는지 잘 이해되지않았다... 그리고 가장 최악을 wifi 정말 최악이다.. 단순히 sns만 검색 가능..유투브에서 동영상을 볼수 없다.. 연결을 못한다...그리고 물이 너무 약하게 나와서 샤워 하는데 애로 사항이 많다..각실 상태는 좋은 편이지만... 다음에는 절대 방문하고 싶지 않다.. 남자 매니져들는 아주 친절했다..그러나 거기 있는 여자 매니져 정말 최악으로 불친절하다..

It was clean and cozy hotel. looks good. nice staff. But if you want to take a rest, not traveling, dont choose that area bcz of noisy motorcycle sound!!

무지 좁은방 하지만 친절함과 깨끗한방 최상의 위치
리모델을해서 그런지 내부인테리어 방에 인테리어는 깔끔했습니다. 그런데 방이 정말 너무 작아서 힘들었습니다. 24인지 캐리어를 열어둘수가 없더라구요. 그리고 냉장고는 일반냉장고가 아닌 전면유리로 되어있는 진열냉장고같은거였는데요. 냉장이 잘 안되요~~ 시~~~~원함은 좀 기대할수 없었습니다. 그것말고는 프론트직원분들부터 인테리어 다 마음에 들었습니다. 특히나 직원분들의 영어가 좋았어요. 소통하는데 알아듣기도 좋았고 매우 친절하셔서 따로 로드맵도 챙겨주시고... ^^* 사이공에서 감사히 잘 묵고 왔습니다.

일단 외관 및 내부 모두 청결합니다. 직원들의 태도도 매우 친절했습니다. 시내 여행자 거리까진 걸어서 10분정도 거리가 있어서 아쉽긴 하지만 개인적으로는 매우 만족합니다.

The worst hotel in my life.
This hotel was the worst hotel in my life. Staff was unkind (they don't even say hello) and hotel location was not good. If othet services were fine, i could accept uncomfortable about unkind staff and location. But this hotel is just terrible everyting. I strongly recommend that you don't waste time in this hotel.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and kind. Not to mention the morning Pho breakfast was very tasty. The best we have has so far in Vietnam. The location was excellent, and it was very walkable to all the locations that we wanted to visit. If you’re looking for a Marriott stay, not your place, but if you want quaint, independently owned feel with an excellent location in a nice quiet neighbor in District 1 this is a great place for the price. We would recommend to friends and family. We do also recommend the Spa next door for massages as they were very professional and affordable. Thank you for the hospitality.

Mysigt men inte för den ljudkänsliga turisten
Mysigt litet hotell mitt i distrikt 1. Vi bodde på 8de våningen, tyvärr gick hissen bara till 7de våningen och vi fick denna infon först på boendet. Det var en smal trappa upp sista våningen. Rummet var helt ok, men ingen isolering för ljud, man hör allt som händer på gatorna runtomkring hela natten, samt att det inte var väggar hela vägen upp till taket för badrummet, dvs be din partner gå en promenad om du ätit något som magen inte håller med om. ACn fungerade dock perfekt och personalen var snälla och trevliga.

Nothing special.
If the boutique room is the only room available, I would recommend staying elsewhere. I don’t know about the other rooms, but the boutique is too small, especially for 2 people. The room is quite small and dark, the bathroom lights were insufficient and even at 5’7”, I couldn’t really sit on the toilet without me knees hitting the wall in front (very loose seat cover too). I also heard the neighbors coming in very late each night talking in the hallway. The elevator is big enough for 3-4 people max, if there are no suitcases. The listing also states it is within 10 minutes of the airport, which is definitely not the case (20 minutes if there is light traffic).

Worst hotel ever in Vietnam. Aircon not working room was like being sat in oven. Friend paid for laundry and upon checking out was told wasn’t paid. Another friend had credit card stolen from his room. Taking payment for £820. Very dishonest staff

A lovely little hotel. My room with a balcony was really very nice. The lady on reception was so helpful…she helped arrange for some pants to be collected and sent to a seamstress for adjustments. She saved me a load of time. Easy walking to the market. Will defiantly stay again when I visit next.

Ben Thanh was the perfect hotel for my three day stay in Ho Chi Minh. Perfectly located, the rooms are comfortable and immaculately clean and the staff are welcoming and incredibly helpful - the best service I've ever had in a hotel, anywhere. Highly recommended.

Good location
Good location between ben thanh market and bui ven backpackers street. Has a 24hr minimart like 7-11 just outside. Clean room and comfy bed, but shower head is fixed (you have to handhold the showerhead).

最初予約した部屋と違う部屋に通されたが、その後のスタッフの対応は問題なかった。また、スタッフがホーチミンの見所やモデルコースを分かりやすく説明してくれた。滞在中もフレンドリーに接してくれて、嬉しかったです。 ホテルの立地は抜群に良く、ベンタイン市場やブイビエン通りに徒歩10分かからずにアクセスできます。また、ホーチミン市内の主要な観光地にも徒歩でアクセス可能。 ホテル自体の清潔感も問題なく、快適に過ごすことができました。朝食は色んな種類からオーダーするタイプですが、どれも美味しく食べられました。フルーツやドリンクは好きに取ることができます。 ホーチミンの定宿にしたいホテルです。

a comfy place to rest and relax
Ben Thanh Boutique Hotel is quite conveniently located near the main attractions of Ho Chi Minh City, which makes it an ideal location to set up shop if you're in it to set up shop to explore the nooks and crannies. the hotel is also located near restaurants, cafes and even massage shops for the times that your feet ache after a day of exploration. Staff are fluent in English, and are able to make recommendations to attractions, day tours, spas and shopping areas with ease. i stayed in the Classic King room with a city view, but it was blocked by the building next door. but the coziness of the room made up for it, and it did feel like home, rather than a hotel room. Room - main bedroom was comfortable, with enough space to walk around. with a queen-sized bed, fridge, TV and chair, was all you'll need to stay comfy. floor was a little dirty but still ok. Toilet - a little cramped, but ok. decently lit. the only issue i had here was that on the 8th floor, the water pressure wasn't that strong, and somehow the water wasn't hot after 11pm. Verandah - there's a little space to view the city from the 8th floor, where you can have coffee in the afternoon or drinks in the evening. Restaurant - comfy and breakfast was pretty good, with fruits and toast to go along with whatever you order

飯店人員非常親切，早餐多樣化 第一晚入住冷氣壞掉，飯店人員也是馬上處理，修理不好直接換新房間 很有效率!
