1군 여행자거리 접근성 및 가성비는 탁월합니다.
1군 여행자거리 내에 있는 숙소입니다. 로비만 나가면 여행자거리이니 멀리 움직일 필요도 없습니다. 당연히 시끄럽습니다. 소음에 민감하신 분은 피하셔야 합니다. 새벽 6시경까지 소음과 약간의 진동이 있습니다. 와이파이는 빠르지는 않지만 유투브 보는데는 지장은 없습니다. 노트북으로 720해상도는 끊김없이 볼 수 있지만, 1080해상도는 약간씩 끊깁니다. 음료수나 과자 등을 바닥이나 테이블에 흘리면 개미가 꼬이니 조심해야합니다. 수압을 세고, 더운물도 잘 나옵니다. 2층 기준입니다.

절대 여기선 자지 말것
최악의 호텔 데남 스트릿에서 묵었던 세개의 호텔 중 가장 비싼 가격이지만 가장 시설이 좋지 않고 에어컨도 작동이 잘 되지 않아 밤잠을 설침 가장 방도 작고 지저분하며 욕실까지 작아 안 좋은 요소는 다 가지고 있음

가격이 싼것은 이유가 있다
부이부엔 중심에 위치해 있어서 위치는 나쁘지 않지만, 시설이 낡고 부실한편임..낡은 침대가 있는 여인숙수준. 크레이지 버팔로 맞은편위치하고 있고 옆으로 바와 클럽이 위치해 있어 새벽까지 씨끄러움. 민감한 사람은 잠을 못잠. 가격은 저렴하나 들어가는 순간 돈 더주고 다른 곳으로 가고 싶어짐..불과 반경 200미터 이내에 같은 가격대에 더 넓고 가성비 괜찮은 호텔 많기에 다른곳 추천함..체크아웃 할때 돌려받은 여권가죽케이스에 잉크 얼룩 잔뜩 묻혀놓는등..마지막까지 별루임.

데탐거리 시작점에 있는 찾기 정말 쉬운 호텔입니다.~ 공항에서 버스타고 내려와서 가기도 편하고~ 새벽에 시끄러운 것 잘 모르겠습니다.~ 물론 싼만큼~그와 비슷한 값어치를 해주는 호텔입니다. 화장실 위생이 조금 ~ 조식은 간단히 하나씩 음식을 고르는 것입니다. 일반 호텔 조식을 생각하시면 안됩니다.~

가격이 너무 싸서 걱정한곳인데~ 하루 묵기에는 괜찮은곳 이네요 조식은 간단한 그야말로 단촐하게 커피와 스프내지 여러가지 먹게 되어 있지만 패스 하셔도~ㅎ 밤에 소음이 있긴하나 문닫으면 크게 들리진 않아 괘찮아요

위치 정말 최고입니다! 데탐거리 벤탄시장 사이공스퀘어 싸돌아다니다가도 crazy buffalo만 찾아서오면 됩니다 바로 옆이 호텔이거든요. 신투어나 풍짱버스탈때도 좋습니다. 밤되면 여행자거리 특성상 굉장히 시끄러워지는데 호텔 방안에 들어오면 엄청 조용합니다. 물론 저랑 제친구가 그런거에 민감한 성격이 아니라 그럴 수 있는데 아늑하고 좋았어요. 시설 자체는 한국 싸구려모텔 수준입니다. 그러나 위치나 가격 생각하신다면 후회없을거에요~ 아침에 7층 꼭대기에 올라가면 아주머니가 친절하게 조식 만들어 주십니다... 흡사 김밥천국 아줌마같은 따뜻함도 묻어나구요 에그스크램블부터 볶음면 닭고기쌀국수까지... 공짜아침치곤 굿굿입니다! 호치민 첫여행에 좋은 추억 많이 남기고와서 좋네요~ 저예산으로 젊은 친구들끼리 배낭여행오시는 분들에게 최적의 숙소!

음....위치는 여행자 거리인 데탐에 있는데 신카페와 김카페는등 여행사들이 바로 옆에 있어서 이동하기도 정도 찾기도 좋고, 맛난 음식점들이 바로 옆에 있어서 좋았습니다. 가격은 그곳에 직접 찾아가면 더 저렴한것들이 많기 때문에 가격은뭐.... 하지만, 저 처럼 밤늦에 도착해서 여기저기 찾는것보다는 여기서 이렇게 예약하고 가는게 훨~~~ 좋다는....ㅋㅋ 직원분들도 모두모두 친절하십니다!!! ㅋㅋㅋ

Hôtel propre et confortable
L’hôtel DDA est très bien situé en centre ville, près des centres d’interêts touristiques. Il est très propre et confortable, les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Par contre beaucoup d’animation le soir dans le quartier, donc de la musique assez tard.

Cheap and best hotel in the prime location. However, it is noisy at night from nearby night clubs. I requested for a double room with bathtub. However, all such rooms were without windows. Then I accepted a standard twin room with windows and without tub. The internet was cutting off frequently. Breakfast was not great, but OK. If you are just looking for a place to sleep and wanted to enjoy the nightlife I recommend this place. It may be OK to take someone to your room at night.

In the heart of the action, close to bars and pubs. Bed is comfy. Bathroom spacious. It is dated hotel. The bad part is that as soon a you walk in you will be overcome with mould smell. It is very overpowering. Else it's ok for a night stay. Early check in was good, staff accommodating.

if you like the smell if body odor choose this
room was dirty and smelly. bed sheets had hair and smells like mold and sweat. pillows smell like cigarette and towels smell like dirty socks. i was thoroughly disgusted and will never come back to this hotel.

Perfect Location; great hotel
Perfect econ hotel for solo travelers. Location surrounded by great stores, cheap restaurants and wild bars in the Red Light district. Sixth Floor in the back was wonderful and quiet. Aircon was a little slow to cool but eventually did the job. Minor broken items fixed pronto. Free breakfast has egg station and great staff, but is a little bit a hot Sauna in roof, so wear shorts and tank top, since breeze only. Internet station in the lobby. Happy friendly staff who speak basic English were a real joy to come home to.

1区の中心地でバックパッカーのあつまるばしょ
バックパッカーが集まる1区にあるホテルです。金土日は夕方から朝までマチジュウニガンガン尾登が鳴り響きます。それはホテル内へも響いてきます。 静かな生活を送りたいのであれば、おすすめしません。 また私の時はミニタオルの交換をしてくれず、4日間同じものでした。 朝御飯は好きなメニューから一つ選ぶ形式です。洋風のメニューからベトナム料理まであって良かったです。

Pleasant stay.
Great 6 night stays. Hotel is located right at the intersection of Bu Vienh Street and DeThanh street. Great atmosphere at night. Close walking proximity to some point of interests in District 1. Hotel conditions are good and clean. Service is excelent but Elevator was quite slow and bathroom had not much of hot water in shower. Otherwise my stay there was quite pleasant.

Overall was good but the biggest setback was the noise level on the street. Well the area is a happening area.. Good and convenience place.

Great value, excellent location, and kind staff
I am very happy with DDA that is why I continue to stay here....for many months, while I could rent a much larger apartment for 40% less, what makes the most value is the use of the computer...I have an internet business and although I travel with 2 notebooks they are always hacked to block me in denial of service from the US ,,,this is done via spying real-time.. since December I lost 30% of my clients and revenue and here at DDA when the computer is being repaired the manager lends me his...this does not happen anywhere else. the staff are very pleasant and always genuinely smiling

Bon emplacement quartier très animé à toute heure proche de tout après pour le prix de l'hôtel on ne peut pas en demander trop chambres sans fenêtre propreté moyenne c'est bien pour dépanner

賑やかな繁華街にあるホテル
狭くて、お湯の出が悪いのが懸念事項ですが、従業員は良い人でした。ロケーションも近くにカフェや飲食店が多く名所へのアクセスもタクシーを使い便利です。

Nice hotel close to everything in Sai Gon District
I am very please to stay at DDA hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. This hotel has elevator which is a plus. The breakfast and coffee is excellent. This hotel is close to everything in Sai Gon district 1.
