친절한 직원, 방은 그럭저럭, 낡은 에어컨, 창문이 없어 숨이 막혔다. 그래도 저렴한 가격으로 이정도면 괜찮을듯 동성 친구랑 가기 좋은곳

위치적으로 공항과 도심중앙과 가까워 좋다 단 호텔이 리노베이션중이어서 새집 중후군같은 본드냄새와 자제냄새가 났지만 베트남의 매연에 비하면 참을만 했다

Central Park Saigon Hotel The pictures uploaded is not up to date, its probably wrong hotel or previously the old hotel, see my pictures thats recently taken. +Air condition, Hair dryer, Safety box, Refrigerator, good wi-fi. +Good breakfast but mostly asian food. +Free luggage storage after checked out, came to get it the next day. +Location is good for restaurants that local people know about. +Didn't hear much noise from the traffic outside. -No iron or steamer for clothes. All hotels must have it for travellers as they fold their clothes in luggages and it gets wrinkled. Reception said its for safety but ironing can be done near reception and a timer for the power can be used. -No need to book rooms with windows as its so small, the view is a wall anyway. -Staff is not greeting or smiling when going in and out. +/- Location is near the city centre for tourists, around 10-15min walk but Vietnam doesnt have good pavement/sidewalk, lots of bikes parking on it. Stayed here with family, so we had different rooms and could compare. Some rooms are difficult to hang up clothes as its above the kettle and safebox (example room 1405). It's a average hotel, kinda clean but found few small ants in a bathroom one day. Me personally wouldn't stay here again as I need iron for clothes.

Chỗ ở thuận tiện, gần trung tâm thành phố. Điều không thích: nhân viên Khách sạn từ chối xuất hóa đơn với lý do khách hàng đặt phòng qua Expedia. Yêu cầu khách liên hệ với Expedia để xuất hóa đơn. Khi liên hệ với Expedia thì không gặp điện thoại viên mà chỉ gặp operator, yêu cầu khách nhấn phím 1 , 2 để hỏi thông tin về đặt phòng hoặc đổi lịch mới. Đến khi khách nhận phòng, yêu cầu nói chuyện với quản lý khách sạn về hóa đơn thì lúc đó nhân viên mới nói sẽ nói với bộ phận kế toán về việc xuất hóa đơn. Kết quả: đồng ý xuất hóa đơn nhưng thấp hơn mức mà khách đã trả cho Expedia. Cụ thể: khách trả 737.500 đồng tuy nhiên khách sạn chỉ xuất hóa đơn cho khách (sau khi khách trả thêm phí 10%) với số tiền hơn 600.000 đồng. Khách vừa mất tiền trả phí hóa đơn lại bù vào khoản chênh lệch khi thanh toán với cơ quan. Một dịch vụ rất ư phi lý mà khách hàng buộc phải chấp nhận. Sẽ không bao giờ quay lại nơi này.

The hotel was in a great location for me. I stayed a week on business and walked three blocks to where I was working. I had a room with a view of the park, but was a bit surprised at the noise so early in the morning and late at night. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety, but the staff is not well organized. Even though it is supposed to start at 7... a bit later than most hotels, they are really not ready by then. The biggest weakness if the slow elevator... I gave up waiting a few times and walked 5 flights down to the lobby. The great part is location! Lots of excellent restaurants within a block or two. Everything from Japanese Sushi to a French Bakery.

This Hotel is in a great location right across the street from a very nice park The staff are very friendly an helpful had breakfast included an had a good selection of food The room was very nice a quiet beds were very comfortable an had a good night sleep had a nice little mini bar an good selection of television channels I will stay there again

Good value for your money
The location is fair. It is next to a big park, however, you need to walk at least 20 minutes to get the city center. The sound proof can be better. I stayed at the 8th floor but I can hear the noise from the cars and motorbikes still. The room is old but well maintained. Equipment like refrigerator, air-condition, TV, safe box functioned well. In addition, breakfast is better than I expected. All over, the rent you paid was worthy.

混雑した道路沿いのホテル。少し離れて質の良いタクシーが待機している。朝食は宿泊料金からすれば少し豪華。洗面台が壊れてしまった時、 30分もしないうちに修理が始まりすぐに終了した事には感心した。 従業員はフレンドリーだが馴れ馴れしくはない、いい感じのホテルだった。裏通りに上品な感じのマッサージ、エステが隠れるようにして数店あります。

Good location not far out of district 1 & downtown, near Tan Dinh market & church. Prices around the area were much more reasonable than downtown! Hotel staff were wonderful and we were looked after very well. Complements to the breakfast staff and our lovely morning omelettes and their lovely good morning smiles to start our day.

Nice place to stay.
Very close to Tan Dinh (pink) church and Tan Dinh Market, Independence Palace. You can easily walk to the War Museum, Central Post Office, Cathedral, etc. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast on the top (9th) floorwith a view. We would love to go back again.

The room they gave me stinked of odour. They had 2 more room available to swap with mine, However both were smelly as the first one. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the smell. The rooms are small. The breakfast is horrible. I stayed one night, and changed my hotel the next day. I will never go back to this hotel

It is in it's name Central Park Saigon centrally located close to a lot of activities and convenient. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was nice. I am relocating to Vietnam and they were kind enough to store several suitcases for me while I traveled around and then returned and stayed a few more days. Very nice place overall.

Assegnata una stanza senza finestra, nonostante su expedia non fosse segnalato. Davanti alle lamentele ci hanno detto in tono sgarbato che avremmo dovuto pagare circa il 30% in più se avessimo voluto la stanza con finestra. Colazione mediocre, per tre mattine di seguito che ci siamo stati il caffè era freddo. Usufruito del servizio lavanderia, ci hanno erroneamente consegnato un indumento di altro cliente, e perso un nostro capo.

Please note that room type you had booked was Superior room without window. On expedia website notes it clearly "no special view" and i trust my team to explain your professionally upon check-in. Breakfast is served with buffet type and coffee machine can serve hot coffee any time just simply push the "on button" to heat it up. The laundry team handled your clothes carelessly resulting in messing up a T shirt. We are terribly sorry about that. I was away at that time so could not meet you in person to apologize but instructed my team to compensate for it with your consent. This mistake brings us a very bad experience and i have taken solution to prevent it from happening again and improve it immediately.
