주인분이 직접 꽃을 준비해주셔서 웰컴 받는 기분이라 좋았습니다. 위치는 메인거리들과 가까워서 접근성에서는 좋아요. 창문 뷰가 초록색일줄 알았는데 불탄집뷰?라서 그점은 다소 아쉬웠네요~

Nice budget apartment
It was really nice to stay. Reception staff was friendly abd helpful. The room was a little bit smelly(like damp or it was previously a smoking room). And bed was a bit uncomfortable. But overall, we were OK.

Central, clean, and helpful
Overall had a very nice stay at Sunny Serviced Apartments. Very central location, staff was friendly and helpful, he wasn't always at reception but he was easily reachable by phone. Room was clean and air conditioned. The wifi was hit and miss and the kettle wasn't working but other than that no complaints. Room had a small cooking area as well which was nice.

Good and Convenient
Great location, great price, but bedding a bit outdated/hard. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Also fluent in English. Property is very clean and well kept with cleaning everyday.

整夜喧鬧、隔音糟糕。
飯店的樓下及對面各有一間夜晚營業至早上的餐廳，還有一位彈吉他表演的街頭歌手；客人飲酒吵鬧、高聲喧嘩，加上歌手演唱氣氛熱鬧.... 飯店的建材沒有重視隔音的部分、最糟糕的是連窗戶都沒有裝設氣密窗，因此從夜晚 10 p.m. 開始、戶外的喧鬧聲音便一直持續到太陽升起；即便將棉被蒙在頭上、都無法有效阻擋噪音的襲擾，旅館讓人休息的功能完全失去效用。 飯店的房間寬敞、設備新穎，櫃檯人員和善、打掃人員認真；飯店本身我是給與高度評價的。 但是夜晚的噪音問題毀了一切，如果飯店經營者沒有重視隔音問題、甚至連窗戶改換成氣密窗提升隔音效果的行動都不採取；客人入住後抗議甚至退房的狀況都是可以預見，不會讓人感到意外。

スタッフは大変親しみ易く親切です。室内の設備も充実していて、その辺のホテルよりはるかに快適でお得です。 室内は綺麗で清潔感がある。近くにビンコムショッピングセンター、日本レストラン街、セブンイレブン、ファミマが歩いてすぐのところにあります。日本人には最高の宿泊施設施設です。 私は何時も利用していますので、あまり知られたくない施設です。

目立たない良いアパート
大変素晴らしいアパートルームです。 入口が分かりずらいのとレセプションが小さいので、初めての方は、戸惑うと思いますが、部屋は大変綺麗で設備も充実しており、満足すると思います。日本レストランが周りにたくさんあり、セブンイレブンやショッピングセンターもすぐ近くにある。場所的には最高でした。

超推薦，因房間大又乾淨跟照片一樣，地點也不錯去哪都方便，機場坐109公車下車後往左走即可，去機場坐109或152公車皆可。旅店對面小吃便宜又好吃生意越晚越好。旅店服務人員素質不錯

J’ai occupé la chambre du rez de chaussée, soit la moins chère. La fenêtre donne sur un mur qui est juste à la même hauteur. Donc, peu de luminosité dans la chambre. La chambre est spacieuse ( 37 m2). La cuisine est cool et la salle de bain, excellente avec la douche italienne! L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre de Saïgon et il y a plusieurs centres commerciaux accessible à pied.

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre de Saïgon. L’aéroport est à 30 min environ en taxi. Il y a le centre commercial Vincom avec plein de restaurants et un supermarket à moins de 5 min à pied! Et le marché Ben Thanh est à 15 min à pied. Le personnel est très serviable. La chambre ( n.502) est très spacieuse & plutôt calme!

清潔でゆったりした部屋。通り沿いの割には、静かな部屋。
部屋はとてもきれいで快適でした。 レタントン通りに面した部屋に宿泊しましたが、思ったほど騒音は気になりませんでした。 所在の場所が分かりにくいのでもう少し大きい看板を出した方がよいと思います。 WIFI の繋がりが良くなったなのでＴＶが途中で切れてしまいました。

Great deal if only the bed's sheets were changed
We spent 4 nights in this quite roomy apartment to find out that the bed's sheets were never changed prior to us moving in.The blanket were small for two so we ended up borrowing another blanket from our relatives. The service and the staffs are excellent and the location was great. It was very convenient to go anywhere and foods are only about a few steps away. If you are Okay with the old bed sheet that still shown some residue from the previous renter then it is a great deal. Other than that, we do have great experience living in this apartment. The charges for laundry were surprisingly cheap though.

Highly recommended
Sunny Serviced Apartments is near all of the tourist attractions. Very clean and spacious with friendly service and great AC. The only, very minor, issue was that the shower and sink drains were slow.

Il est idéal pour visiter le centre de Saïgon et se trouve à proximité de nombreux centres commerciaux et de restaurants. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain est bien équipée avec une grande douche! Le coin cuisine est bien pratique. Le seul défaut qui est récurent quasiment à tous les hôtels.... matelas un peu trop ferme mais pour ceux qui aiment les matelas fermes, ça ne causera pas de soucis.

都会のど真ん中で、買い物、食事には便利な場所です。ただ想像以上に 小さなホテル、2階の道路側だったので、騒音がひどかったです。 フロントは常に女性1人で 、結構気を使いました。それから WiFiはとても不安定でした。部屋は設備、清潔感とも良かったです。
