The heater did not work in the room and they would not give us another room because the reservation was done through a third party.

Unclean, poor service
Difficulty attempting to check in based on address from ID, key cards did not work in the morning hours prior to check out, room was certainly not cleaned! Dirty, old items remained in fridge from a previous occupant! Will not stay there again!

My room was freezing when we arrived. The thermostat is still set for cooling so unless we were under the covers it’s freezing cold. I went to shower and even the water was cold. I let it run for twenty minutes and it only became lukewarm but more on the cold side. My experience with the room was horrible. I’ll let the front desk know when we check out soon.

for two nights, tv never worked, called so many times, no one showed up toStayed fix it. Front desk and manger did not care. Breakfast was like a homeless shelter. Coffee was cold. I will never Stay here again.

The service was not great at all. We stayed for 4 nights and chose to have the room cleaned just once while we were there, and they left no coffee cups or coffee. When we went down to the lobby to get coffee the comment was made "you are going to clean me out of coffee" Just the overall customer service was not great, and breakfast was so-so. The shower leaked and there was water all over the bathroom floor even with the shower mat. I wouldn't stay there again, there are alot of other choices in the area with much better customer service, especially at $149 a night.

Hobbs Heaven
Went to Hobbs for a little casino fun following the Texas Tech hosting Houston game and found that this was the best rate in a 100 mile radius and worth the trip. The hotel was clean, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Comfortable, clean, and roomy. The A/C did not disappoint. Although I did not have time to use it, the outdoor pool was clean. The staff was excellent, especially Kacey. My only complaint is poor WiFi. The first night I connected without a password. The second night I could not connect with or without a password.
