시설은 참 좋았습니다~ 자전거나 수영장도 잘 이용했고 욕실은 창이 뚫려있어서 멋지긴 했지만 도마뱀 출몰과 창을 못내려서 노출감행하고 씻어야하는건....;; 그리고 서비스는 친절하신건지 잘 모르겠던데요~~ ㅎㅎ..

조용하고 깨끗한 곳
호이안 외곽에 위치하여 조용하고 깨끗합니다. 수영장도 아담하게 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 직원들이 정말 친절해서 불편함을 전혀 느끼지 못했습니다. 호이안 시내를 오갈때 40,000동씩 소요되며, 조식도 괜찮았습니다.

3박숙박시 무료픽업이라고 했는데 공항에 도착하니 픽업 나오지 않고 비행중에 부재중 문자가 있더라구요. 호텔로 전화해 오라하니 30분넘게 기다려야된다고 하길래 짜증나서 그냥 택시타고 왔네요.. 그리고 구글지도에 나와있는것보다 상당히 멉니다. 구글지도에 위치가 잘못나와있어요. 호이안 구시가지까지 30분정도 걸어야되요. 4월중순에 숙박했는데 너무멀어 자전거 타고 구시가지갔다가 저녁에 완전 퍼졌네요. 호텔 데스크 임산부 아줌마 무뚝뚝하고 다른분들은 친절한 편이에요. 식사는 먹을만한데 메인종류는 3가지 에요. 방은 깨끗하고 사람들은 친절하고 풀도 작긴하지만 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 조용히 잘 쉬다왔네요. 가격대비로 하면 다음에 숙박을 하고싶지 않고 그냥 좀더 큰데로 가고싶네요.

한적한 호텔.
서비스는 고만고만. 아침 숙소 주문 받는 아줌마는 정말 무뚝뚝해서 서비스정신 밥 말아먹은 줄 알았는데 원래 성격이 그런 것 같음. 좀 교육 좀 받으셔야 할 듯. 시내에서 꽤 멉니다. 걸어가면 한 20분 걸릴 듯. 자전거 무료 대여해주는데 애기가 있어서 이용 못 했어요. 택시타면 구시가지까지 6만이나 7만동 나왔어요. 모기는 많이 보이는데 물지는 않는 얌전한 모기? 모기향 사서 피워서 일단 제거. 수영장은 조그만한데 3월 중순인데 물이 좀 차서 애기랑은 못 들어갔어요. 건물은 지은 지 일년된 새 건물입니다. 방도 커요. 객실과 거실이 분리되어 있는 구조. 1층이라 3층 다 묶었는데 1층 객실은 샤워 화장실이 실내가 아니고 바깥과 연결된 특이한 구조였어요. 그다지 편한 구조는 아닌 듯. 조용히 묵고 오실거면 좋아요. 식사는 별로.

Loved our stay! The villas, the pool, the staff, the location, everything was fabulous. Breakfast was super yummy. We rode the free bikes everyday, which was so easy to get around. The location is perfect and really safe with kids who can just walk out along the riverfront where there are heaps of cafes and restaurants. Old town is just a 5 min ride away. We’d stay again definitely if we get the chance to return.

Hidden gem of peace & quiet
Hidden gem of Hoi An. Beautiful space right on the river with garden, pool courtyard, and lovely rooms. Clean and comfortable. A bit off the beaten track and away from the crowds- 15 min walk/5 min taxi to Old Town. We would definitely stay here again. The staff are wonderful and give lots of tips, information, and more.

房間內部需要維修
飯店裡的泳池非常的棒！ 可惜房間裡的設施老舊，冷氣不能調溫度聲音也有點大，插頭不好使用，水量也略小。 地點很不錯，非常的悠閒，騎腳踏車到古城約10分鐘。

Fantastic place, lovely room, great pool and the staff are amazing, kind and very helpful. Plenty of places to eat within 5 minute walking distance and about 10 minute walk into Old Town! My first choice to stay when I come back to visit again!

The staff were fantastic and really made our stay! Pool lovely and not as warm as some of the others across sout east Asia that we have swam in. The beds were a bit hard but the staff added some extra padding underneath to make it more comfortable. The water pressure was a little funny- had to turn shower on and then fiddle with the sink tap to get the pressure to come through and the hot water. Overall it was a really great stay!

Brilliant
A great place to stay. A little way out of the main area but a nice walk along the river. Staff were great and gave us plenty of information about where to go and what to see. FireFly restaurant just round the corner was excellent as well. We had an early flight and had to leave at 6am and arrived to a package of Bahn Mi rolls and a fruit salad and taxi waiting at the door. Fantastic!

Perfect place to stay in Hoi An!
We travelled in SE Asia for 6 weeks and this was by far the highlight of our trip!! We absolutely loved our stay. The staff are incredible! Especially Nguyen who helped us book things locally as well as our boat trip in Ha Long Bay. When we arrived we were greeted with the most delicious banana pancake with coconut cream that we continue to dream about. All the food and service were amazing! It's about a mile away from the center of everything but we really liked that. There are free bicycles and we would either ride those or take a lovely walk. It's also only about a 20 minute bike ride from the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was great. We can't wait for our next opportunity to visit again and in the meantime will recommend this place to every one we can! Thanks for everything :)

A hidden gem
The location is great as it's nice and quiet but it only takes a few minutes to get into town on the free bikes, and cycling round hoi an was one of the highlights of our trip! The rooms are lovely and spacious, and the outside shower was great in the heat. The pool area is lovely and I would defo stay there again.

テト後半に2泊しました。花がいっぱい咲いてとても美しいヴィラでした。部屋もきれいで清潔。予約した部屋よりアップグレードしてくださりとても可愛く素敵なお部屋で快適でした。エアコンもよくきくし、シャワーの水圧は弱いですが問題なし。長めに使うと水になりますが少し時間をおくとまたお湯が出ました。自転車を貸してもらえてオールドタウンまでは自転車で10分弱。クアダイビーチまで15分程だったような。距離は全然問題なく、むしろその道中がとても気持ちよくて、町はどこもかわいくて面白いし、海までの道は水田が広がりのんびりとして最高でした。オールドタウンの喧騒から自転車でホテル前の川沿いの静かな道に戻って来る時は家に戻ってきたような…気持ちいい風に吹かれながら幸せな時間でした。プールもきれいでのんびり泳げて気持ち良かったです。朝食もバインミーやフォー、カオラウなどどれも美味しく、フレッシュフルーツとワッフルもついて最高でした。スタッフも皆親切で優しかったです。本当に素晴らしいヴィラでした。

Hotellpersonalen var underbart trevlig och hjälpsam, och mötte oss med gratis bananpannkaka när vi kom till hotellet. Vårt rum var jättefräscht och modernt med en skön säng, och hotellets pool var fräsch och poolområdet likaså. Sista dagen åt vi hotellets frukost som var riktigt bra men lite dyr. Hotellet ligger en bit från stan med restauranger pch affärer, men med en av hotellets cyklar är man inne i centrum på 20 min.

You should definetly pay for the breakfast from home, because it is amazing. The only bad thing I can say is, that they try to sell you expensive tours, considering what you can get it for otherwise. But..... amazing stay!

Beautiful Villas and Yummy Breakfast
My husband and I stayed here for two nights and wish we could have stayed longer! Everyone was friendly and helpful and the rooms and property were beautiful. My only complaint is that it was a bit from the Old Town (about 20 minutes walking), but the location right on the river was nice. The breakfast was also very good! Make sure you eat the banana pancakes with fresh coconut cream!

房間設施不足。
房間的電插頭很難插入和拔出，沒有一張椅子，要取門外走廊籐椅回房內。

Todo un acierto
La encargada de la recepción es una chica majísima. Nos explicó qué ver en la ciudad y los horarios locales. Además, te reciben con un pancake y unos zumos naturales buenísimos. Nos ayudó antes del viaje con las excursiones y traslados por email. El traslado a Hue en coche con parada en 3 tumbas lo contratamos con ellos por 70$. La habitación está limpia y la cama es cómoda. Lo mejor de todo es el desayuno. Puedes elegir entre dulce y salado a la carta. Todo recién hecho. El pancake de plátano está riquísimo. La ubicación es el punto débil, pero por 1€ con grab estás en el mercado central en 5min.

Lovely friendly staff. Welcome drink & banana pancake on arrival. Very helpful at providing information on & booking tours & transport. Bikes to use for free. 10 min cycle along river to get to old town. Lovely pool & very good breakfast. Would recommend.

It’s a OK hotel
The hotel is good, but not my taste to be honest I prefer indoor rooms instead of the door of the room immediatly to the outside. We had Some problem in the room but they couldn’t be fixed so we got another room. It’s all in the details That i say it’s OK. F. E. I like the minibar filled and not missing things That are on the listing not in the bar. (They know it’s not complete so no charge) Just Some better cleaning in details in corners etc. The hired scooter was OK but it was damaged on Some points. Good breakfast , free cycle , Nice pool View to river with breakfast So I would say it’s an OK hotel.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff
Upon arrival we were greeted with chocolate milkshakes and banana pancakes and then given information about the area which was very useful. Our room was lovely and breakfast was delicious, location was near town and motorbikes could also be rented - highly recommend

Beautiful hotel
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, we are so glad we stayed here and we will always stay at Villa Orchid if we come back to Hoi An. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great Air con and a nice shower. The pool is beautiful and the staff are so helpful. Breakfast is $5 a day but is so worth it. They bring you complimentary waffles and drinks. I would recommend renting a moped if staying here as the town is a bit of a walk and the beach is very far too.

Great location, friendly staff, great price. bikes very useful to take into town. breakfast was awesome and accommodating. was in town for the lantern festival which was unique. the staff at the hotel gave us great recs for tailor shops.

The friendliest staff ever. Right from the beginning we were greeted with a big smile and were given a perfect guide to the best food, and attractions. They tailored our stay toe exactly what we wanted to do with our time in hoi an. LOVED every minute of it. Thank you! Our hoi an experience has been our favorite so far.
