The staff was excellent, the hotel wonderful. The only thing that was extremely disterbing was the people that were in the room next to us was very loud and remained that way all night long. I have never heard people talk as loud as them. When asked to tone it down they simply got louder.

Virginia , thank you so much for your feedback we have recently changed our flooring from carpet to the laminate flooring and have been trying different products to keep the floor sanitized, thanks you for letting us know that the floor was sticky after it dried so we can try something different. we hope that you had a safe trip and that you will stay with us again in the future. thank you so much

We got there at night so not sure about the area. Room was very small but doable. We had issues with the hotel charging us for something we did not believe we did. We arrived at night and got up early and left. I called them 4 times to speak to a manager and she would never call me back. very disappointed in this hotel. I would not stay there again.

Super 8 Holbrook is SUPER~~Thanks Daniel
Thanks to Motel 6 constantly raising their rate online in minutes, we went to Super 8 in Holbrook, and had an amazing stay! The cleanliness was superb, the manager, Daniel, was amazing. She made sure we were well taken care of and that we had a ground floor unit as we requested. she made you feel like you were at home, and part of the family, very friendly in the morning. When we had breakfast, we found everything to be exceedingly clean and attention was paid to making sure that beverages and food were clean and kept at proper temperatures as well as keeping the milk and juice stocked. Other Super 8’s could take lessons from this one, Danielle totally made Super 8 excellent, when we came back from dinner, she was even cleaning the carpet in the hallway! Well done Daniel!

The room was clean, has a refrigerator and microwave, but no coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is pastries, cereal, and waffles, no meats or eggs.

When I got there to check in there was another guest checking in and it took twenty minutes. They were having small chat the whole time. The hotel itself is old, worn out and dirty. Other guests constantly slammed doors and there was a dog barking in the middle of the night. I would suggest going elsewhere

The place is dated. No major networks on the tv. The floor in front of the bed had holes under the carpet. The free breakfast was almost non existent. We had to go to McDonald’s.

We'll be back...
Our visit to this hotel was totally spur of the moment. I booked based on location and pricing. We didnt need big and pricey just a place to rest for the night. What we got was a gem. From the moment we walked in to register, it was welcoming and peaceful. Jay, and im guessing a few others in management, collect rocks, and petrified wood from the surrounding area. All were displayed about the counter, along with live plants. A great welcoming. The room was small, but just right, the bed comfy, our sleep, peaceful. We had a quick complimentary breakfast, and off we took. My wish is, all of my future motel visits, could be this way.

Comfortable layover!
Great rates and pet friendly, although there was no pet rates listed or feature to declare your pet on Hotels.com. The room was quiet. The advertised breakfast was a bare bones continental, hi carb, no fruit but convenient. The coffee was always hot but no decaf.

Luke warm to cool shower. Room was ok. Booked through hotels.com where pet fee was listed as $20, but hotel charged us $30. Said they weren't responsible for third party sites. Wouldn't recommed.

we are so sorry about the pet fee discrepancy we do try to keep all of our reservation websites up to date but errors do accure, and thank you for letting us know about the water in the showers we will get that looked into as soon as possible we do hope that you had a safe and enjoyable trip.
