We are happy to hear that you had a pleasant stay with us here at Hilton. I am very sorry to hear that you couldn't dine with us at the 1847 Lounge this weekend! Unfortunately, we had some technical difficulties with our oven this past week and are trying to get that fixed within the next couple of days. In the meantime, we do have the bar/restaurant open with a limited food menu options for the time being.

We deeply apologize that you were not satisfied with your stay. We have since had our maintenance man look into the hot water and have fixed the problem so that this experience does not happen to any of our guests again! As far as the broken glass in the shower, we have taken this situation VERY seriously and have had this resolved immediately. We can simply not apologize enough for the inconvenience. We have looked into refunded your card multiple times but unfortunately there is no possible way for our systems to do so if you do book through a third party. I would highly suggest booking directly with us if you are interested in staying with Tulyp again. As far as the issue with the water pressure, unfortunately that is something we cannot fix due to the fact that all of our rooms are eco-friendly certified so there is a specific pressure that comes from the faucets that cannot be changed. We are remodeling ALL of our rooms this January so that is something we are looking to change.

Since we are located right in the heart of Holland, it is a very busy city with a lot of noise. We are also located right in the heart of holland, within walking distance of all of your favorite downtown shops.

We are so sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Our price point is set as such because of our incredible geographics located right in the middle of downtown Holland. The convenance of being able to walk to any of the downtown locations makes more unique than other hotels.
