Checked in to the hotel the outside looked great. Got to my room it was dirty it had stains on the floor and wall and had a smell. Turned the TV on didn’t work. Went downstairs to let them know said they had no maintenance on site at the time and will be fixed. Stayed 7 days and ended up buying a TV they never fixed it. Second day the toilet started leaking. They fixed it but wanted a different room but was fully booked. The only reason for staying was I was in the area for 7 days and the price was manageable. The maintenance man stands outside smokes and sells weed all day while living at the hotel. You get no help from staff. This place is a joke.

We do apologize for your experience. We were sold out and not able to move you and unfortunately our TV's are on back order. We are glad the staff was able to fix your toilet. Our rooms are being updated with new flooring and we hope you give us another try in the future.

The staff was really good asking for help and they were there right on the spot stayed there twice and I'll do it again the kitchens are really clean

My complaint is about the hotel only. It’s old and gross. Thankfully we only had to sleep and leave. Not a place I’d choose a second time.

Room was dirty, sheets has black spots on it (bedbugs?). I did not stay and ended up finding a different hotel.

Our apologies you did not realize there is a "tiered" internet. There is a "free basic" that is available as well as a faster speed for a fee. When signing in to the internet; the guest has to select the internet speed. We apologize for your experience.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Noise from the highway was pretty significant. It also seems to be geared more towards people looking for medium/long term housing as opposed to short stays like a typical hotel.

The room was not clean or properly set up for our arrival. The floors were disgusting and there was no soap, and not enough towels. The refrigerator was turned off (not a huge deal). there were no batteries in the tv remote. Altogether, not the best experience.

Checked in and was good, dropped bags in room and left for the day. Came back at night to find no hair dryer in room and no toilet paper was in room either, good thing I had rolls in car. It was after 10pm and front desk was closed and said to call. Could here them on other side of wall but was told they don’t give out hair dryers after hours and told I was wrong about no toilet paper. Shower was awful too.

The desk clerk was MIA for 30 min. Tried the call the front desk thing with no success. Called the national number and was getting close to having them call someone in charge when he showed up. His eyes were 21st century Michigan glassy (if you get my drift) The shower head had obviously been broken for some time. It was being held up with a cable tie. The tub drain was clogged. We won’t give this brand another try.

Not the place to extrnded stay.
The beds were like sleeping on a pull out couch. They were metal framed with no box spring there was nothing to cook with, no utensils, no pots, no pans, and this was the kitchennet. And what they said was they had no way to disaffect it. So they didn't have nothing for you to use. But it really makes no sense, considering it's just like being at home, but obviously not.

Very disappointing
Arrived at 3:25 to check in, no one around. Called phone number provided multiple times, no answers. Left after 35 min. came back 30 min. later and finally had people at the front desk. Not overly happy when we said we had already waited over 30 min to check in. 1st room we got had greasy stove, dirt on the floor, something smeared on the wall and part of the blinds broken off. Second room was better. Very generic, no dishes/pans provided for kitchen. TV buttons didn't have batteries, night desk clerk was very polite when changing them and apologized for rude people on earlier shift.

Unsafe room
the doorlock was not working, people from outside can open the door from your room. It will not lock at all when you leave the room. Unsafe and the staff did not reponse.

At checkin the clerk seemed to have a date in the back - came out with her shirt open and a breast half out after a long delay. Kitchen area coated with grease and sticky. No chairs…cheapest pull out style bed.

Great location and price. Rooms had nice kitchen but it and the bathroom were not clean/well functioning. The kitchen fridge was dirty/unclean and the batgroom shower didnt turn off all the way, which resulted in rust/dirty looking tub. Also, there was damage around the air/heat unit from mositure.
