Hello Sarah, Thanks for your comment. We tried to find your booking but failed and probably you used others' name for reservation, therefore we don't know which room you stayed. Normally we arrange the room according to the room types you booked, so not all the room will have wifi in rooms, just depends on what you booked before.And we do clean the room every day, did you report to reception about the bathroom and TV problem?you could come to reception to tell us about those problem, we are happy to solve those problems for you immediately . ;) Sorry that you think our bathroom is not clean enough and we will keep an eye on our housekeepers.
