Convenient to our destination. Clean lobby and room. Quiet room although close to Interstate (we carry a fan for sleeping). Decent complimentary breakfast in lobby diner area. Will stay here again when in the area.

I am dropping the rating of this hotel to one star. My last trip, two rooms for seven days, was terrible. Here are some of the problems encountered: 1. Got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and the floor was covered in water. No idea whether it came from the toilet, sink or otherwise. I spent the next several hours packing all of my items and moving them to a new room. This of course made me miss sleeping the entire night, ruining the next day. 2. Another night, just after going to bed, someone parked a truck behind the second story building and were blasting music as loud as possible. Informed the management who went to talk with them. That lasted thirty minutes before starting up again. Contacted the on site manager who advised he talked to them, They were employees of the hotel chain sent to work by the corporate office to work there and this was their night off. He thought he was going to have to call the police. On their own employees. Again, this required packing everything up and moving to a new room past bedtime, interrupting the night's sleep. 3. Half of the two story hotel, on one side, gets noise thru the windows from the freeway that runs near the hotel. This was enough problems, I am unlikely to return to this hotel.

Lobby, breakfast and staying room was very clean and nicely updated furniture. Decore was modern and everything was nicely kept up. Staff was very friendly for check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again.

The positives are the breakfast and the bed were comfortable. The negative is that we were unable to sleep due to the highway noise. The property is situated 60 yards from the highway. Our bed literally shook. It was so loud! It is a very busy highway. Not even the extra pillows over your head helped. If you stay definitely ask to be at the furthest end from the highway. I believe we deserve a significant discount or a refund. When I asked at the desk for compensation, I was told it is a problem but I would have to try and contact management. Disappointed with my stay.

Upon check-in, we were informed that the entrance to the hallway where our room was located was not working. I'm not sure if it was still operable as an emergency exit because they didn't offer any other details or instructions, but it seems a little unsafe. The room was clean enough. The tub/shower did not drain properly. The first time I attempted to take a shower must have been around the same time as most other guests because the water was luke-warm at best. It was very hot a little while later. We went to breakfast at 7, and the only things decent were the eggs, coffee, and gravy. I'm assuming that's because those things have to be made fresh daily. The bottom of the few biscuits that were already out were so hard we couldn't eat them. So we were happy to see the employee bringing out "fresh" ones. Unfortunately, it was just more of the same. The pastries and muffins, I'm pretty sure, were the same ones that had been there for, at least, a few days. Getting to sit down and enjoy a nice breakfast that we don't have to cook is one of the things that we really look forward to when we stay somewhere. So, I'd have to say this one was disappointing, at best. Definately, will not be staying in another Baymont.

My only complaint about this property is that I am very light sensitive and the gap around the door allowed quite a bit of light into the room from the hall at night. Reducing the gap to allow less light in would be amazing!!! Otherwise it was a very nice property! Would recommend to others and stay there again when I come to town.

There was an accident on the I30 traffic backed up and stopped so we got off and turned around and found a room for the night… it was off the interstate so there was road noise during the night.

I don’t normally add reviews however while the room was OK the following Towels were frayed, sink was slow to drain, breakfast “hot” food was cold cup sizes for coffee were small, juices had been watered down. Obviously trying to reduce costs !!!!!

Almost a Five
The facility is beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. It is wavering on 5. Would be solid if someone had checked the breakfast. It was a slow morning for guests at breakfast. By the time I got there I had gravy and yogurt. I couldn't cut my biscuit and the eggs wete rubber.

This was an unexpected stop on a longer trip. Hotel is very nice, clean and staff was friendly. This was one of the nicer hotels we stopped at on our trip. Highly recommend.

The location is easy for getting on and off the interstate. The hotel has a great breakfast and is located within 1 to 2 blocks from several fast food restaurants and a couple sit down restaurants.

We were allowed to check-in early. The room was clean and quiet. We slept well and breakfast was really good. The hotel is in a good location just off the interstate.
