Hotel was located right off the highway and easy to get to. Night Desk Staff was friendly and informative, a pleasure to work with. Quiet, except for the loudest of trucks, just enough noise to make it easy to fall asleep!

Good value for money. Clean and well maintained.. Pretty close to the shops and the freeway. We enjoyed the stay. 2 out of 3 front desk staff was little impatient

I did not like the fact that. It didn't have full breakfast every morning, which was mostly carbs no meat for the customers to chose from and no working ice machine on the floor you had to go down to the first floor to get it.

Quiet and comfortable with courteous staff
Although I had confirmation and itinerary information from Hotels.com, when we arrived, the hotel had no record of our booking. The desk clerk was extremely helpful and courteous even though Hotels.com never forwarded them the booking information. The room was quiet and comfortable, and there were sufficient breakfast options.

I love staying there but the carpets need shampooed! They had our feet very black from just walking on the carpet

The pool was out of service before Labor Day. Our room was dirty and the door didn't shut properly. The bathroom door didn't shut at all.

The hotel was nice, clean and in a nice area. The front desk staff was very nice. The only thing that I didn’t like was the breakfast.

the location is hard to get to even though it is close to a main hwy. Also the coffee pot in the room was missing the basket that holds the coffee packet and the coffee in the lobby was not very hot, just warm and that's a shame.

My only dislike is that there was a jacuzzi in the room that did not work. I was so pleased when I saw it but my feelings were hurt when I saw that it did not work.

Thank You for your feedback but we did call professional pest control company to check both of your rooms, They did NOT find anything at all. We went above and beyond to take care issue. so sorry we had to call police to escort you out from building.

Hotel room was fairly nice. Shower spout had leak and was spraying everywhere. Guy walked into our room one morning, not sure how he had a key that opened our door. Luckily we had the top latch engaged because he became very aggressive when I told him he was in the wrong room. Breakfast was a joke. Lady seemed put out having to put food out and would only put a little out at a time. We ended up just eating somewhere else

First the bed sheets are dirty with blood stains. Second the bathroom was dirty with stains in the bathtub. The tv it doesn’t work until the lady front desk come personally to fixed. Also was to much dust in the table ,windows. My family was totally disappointed with this hotel. We never will getting it. $90.00 for dirty place? I can not believe 😳😤😱I do not recommend this place.
