Nice and secluded area near Hot Springs. Far enough out of town to enjoy the quiet yet close enough to access Hot Springs and surrounding areas easily. Property had everything we needed and more. Easy to find, clean, great staff and service all the way! We highly recommend Los Logos in Hot Springs Village! We will be staying there again our next visit!

The Staff were AWESOME!!!! Unfortunately, the property is older and in pretty bad condition. The walls are paper thin, the heating/cooling system was apparently possessed by the Devil, because no matter how many times we tried to set it to cool, it kept setting itself back to a very uncomfortable temperature (Hot)! The beds were also very uncomfortable as well! Give the staff raises and knock down and totally remodel the property!

The maintenance staff is trained to assist you with any HVAC issues that you may have as you share a system between the A and B sides of each condo. The neighbors were horrible. It was after midnight and their music was blasting. Plus, they were super loud. We couldn’t call anyone, because the office closes at five. We couldn’t move rooms either. My wife and I were are so upset about it. We regret having stayed at this property.

Thank you for your review and we are so sorry that you had noisy neighbors. The resort was 100% occupied for Spring Break. Quiet time is 11 PM to 8 AM. Violations should be directed to the local police by calling 911. They will respond promptly.

Absolutely Amazing! We didnt want to go home!
Loved our view of the water of the balcony! It was alot like having a home away from home, so much better than everything being crammed into one room like it is at a hotel. I had some awesome pictures of our view but it wouldnt let me add them for some reason, I would love to of been able to share though.

Stayed here for our anniversary. This property is extremely communicative and very clear with all instructions. Property and units are beautiful and very much like coming home after a long day of exploring Hot Springs and surrounding areas. Will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here for a last minute weekend getaway to Hot Springs. The price point fit our budget on this quick trip. We opted for the small efficiency place, and next time, I would spend the extra money for a patio or balcony for coffee in the morning. Loved that the condo was on a lake with a beautiful walking trail. The bed was not comfortable, and the dishes in the cabinet had dried food and greasy fingerprints on them. Our particular condo could use some updating and some better attention to detail, but overall, it was a lovely weekend and I would definitely stay here again. I will upgrade to a nicer unit next time. Lots of options to eat downtown. DeLucca pizza was delicious! The German beergarden was a nice place to have a beer for Oktoberfest, but the food was just ok.

This property needs to be updated. Paint was in poor condition and some of the furniture needs to be replaced. Tiny refrigerator. But the location is nice and reasonably quiet. Washer and dryer was a plus. Adequate if you are in the area for work but not as a vacation rental.

Hot Springs Village
We always have a great stay when we travel up to Hot Springs Village. The weather was magnificent with the blue skies and NO CLOUDS. The property does need some updated appliances for sure. Our stove was not good and one of the burners was very bad. We did our daily walks along the lake, and enjoyed the peaceful area around us

Beautiful Property
The property was very nice! Everything was clean. A little outdated in the actual condo, but we can over look that! The only complaint my husband and I have, the bed was terrible!!!!! I can over look a lot but we couldn’t get comfortable due to the sagging mattress and springs poking in our hip.

i loved how we were by the water and able to walk the trail along the water. It was so beautiful! Felt very comfortable, felt like we were at home and stress free. The only thing that wasn't the best was the shower had very little hot water. The kitchen sink had no problems, just when we showered.

This was our first time to Los Lagos and my husband and I loved the quiet hidden gem that it was! The lakeview was a perfect picture in the morning as we sipped our hot coffee and the trail around the property was a great way to end our day. We will definitely be back and next time we will bring our family!

Los Lagos is a very nice, quiet rental property tucked back in Hot Springs Village within a secluded gated community. Ladies at the front desk are very accommodating and courteous. Only con is that they are made like a shared apartment with only a master door separating the other side. Behind the one door you find two apartments and there is an A, B side and they are really close. So if you’re traveling with family request both sides, or it can be a little awkward. Luckily, we were able to move close together. But overall a great find and a great stay.

Good for the price
The property was great. The unit we stayed in was ok, the air conditioner did make a loud high pitched sound some which was annoying, and a couple times when we were coming back to the property, the workers at the front gate were kind of rude. If you want something away from the main stuff in Hot Springs, this is about a 20 minute drive.

I love that the resort was safe and secluded. You had to have a clearance to enter the village. The studio that we were in was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Saturday night we ate at a local restaurant called the Wine Down that was on the resort the food was very good. The walking trail to the lake was nice the area was very peaceful and the weather was nice. Carrie at the resort was very professional and our check in and check out was very easy. We will be returning and getting the 2 bedroom apartment.

Great stay
Everything was very comfortable and clean. The pool was great and we loved the entire stay. The only thing I didn’t love was the fact that we got multiple notifications to not turn the air conditioning lower than 74 to avoid freezing the units. It did get a little hot inside the unit since the temperature was nearly 100 outside.

Everything was very close to the property such as restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. There was security at the entrance which felt very safe. There were also several activities both on the lake and around the village such as mini golf, pickle ball, the pool, etc. The apartment was super cute and well kept, will definitely be coming back!
