Overbooked and still no refund
I booked one night at this hotel through Orbitz. I arrived with my 18-month-old baby hoping to make her a bottle and go to bed. They had no rooms because they had overbooked and I had to find accommodations for the night. There was no one at the check-in desk and when I call the number on the reservation, they told me to wait in the parking lot for someone to come. The gentleman came and told me I had to go to the office at a different location so they can find me some place to stay because they had overbooked and had no rooms. I told him I was not leaving and that his boss needed to come and meet me in the parking lot and reconcile the situation. As a calling multiple times, someone showed up that they did not have any rooms at the location that I had booked. They left and told me they would refund my money. I had to find accommodations for the night on my own at 8 o’clock at night in a dark parking lot. The security guard knew of a rental property that I could rent for the night and the owner was very accommodating. When I arrived back in Boston, I thought my refund whatever already been processed but it was not. I called Orbitz to find out why and they said they would call the hotel and clear up the situation and refund my money. I booked a hotel for January 12, 2018 and today is January 18, 2018 and I have yet to receive my refund. I want my money Orbitz!!

Horrible! Do not stay here!
Horrible! Do not stay here! They over booked. Made me wait almost two hours. Gave me the run around about the room. Paid for four ppl. Only three went. Left towels for two. Bed was like a brick! Pillows worse. Had roaches. Ac barely worked. Hot constantly. Poor service. Only cleaned one day and was daily house keeping. No wifi for three days and made me take modem down to them. Told me all their problems with my booking instead of upgrading or fixing problems kept blaying the next person. Toilet didn't flush. No channels to pick from. Was more of a Hassel than a vaca! When I complained about wifi and needed to call the main number to complain and get it fixed the guy at the desk tried to charge me until I went OFF! RUDE, NASTY,UNCOMFORTABLE...LIST GOES ON!

DO NOT BOOK, THIS IS A FRAUD This establishment is a complete fraud and is extremely unsafe for guests. There is no "Beach Club". It is a run-down apartment complex where a woman rents out a room. While the room is, in fact real, there is absolutely no establishment called "Beach Club" nor is there a front desk, maid service, etc. There is no internet (as indicated on the booking), there is no safe, and there is nobody to call for assistance. There was no formal check-in. No check-out time; no credit card for incidentals, no papers to sign, absolutely nothing. This is not a commercial establishment and the apartment building super was not aware that rooms could be rented. Right outside the gate (which was a rundown shack with a chain across the road) a significant number of illegal drug-dealers stand outside aggressively pestering tourists who frequent the few bars on the street (which is not "Main Street" as indicated). The locals are fully aware of the drug dealers and warned us about the apartment complex. Because of that, the street is almost empty making you a prime target. Needless to say we did not feel safe staying there and sought other accommodation.
