직원분들 친절하고 아침 맛있어요!!!!직원 영어도 잘해서 좋았구요 시내 쪽에 있어서 근처에 먹거리 즐길거리 많아요~~~숙소는 오래된 느낌 이였지만 그래도 나름 만족 합니다.

재방문 의사 있음
이그제큐티브룸을 예약했는데 오버부킹이 되어서 패밀리룸으로 업그레이드받아 하루 지내고 다음날 원래 예약했던 방에서 이틀 지냈습니다. 패밀리룸은 조명이 어두운 것 빼고는 훌륭했습다. 이그제큐티브 룸은 문이 제대로 열리지 않고 관리가 잘 되어있지 않았습니다. 스태프들이 매우 친절하고 관광에 대한 조언을 많이 제공합니다. 다만 이 호텔에서 추천한 시티투어가 별로 만족스럽지는 못했습니다. 아침식사도 메뉴2개와 음료 2개씩 선택할 수 있어 든든합니다. 수영장은 식당 옆에 딸려있고 사진에 보이는 것보다 훨씬 작습니다.

We had walked along the river side every night during 3 days staying at Hue. I liked the hotel was located at the deep alley of the street but near the street of the good restaurants. We, I and my wife, rented bicycles and turned around the citadel and every corners of the old town inside the citadel after we rented bicycles for only $1 thru the hotel. After the trip, we swimmed in the hotel pool, but it is too small unhappily. The only thing that we were not satisfied was that they supply shampoo and soap every when we asked.

싸다고 했건만...
먼저, 바퀴 벌레가 나와서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 처음 체크인 하자마자 관광지 소개부터 시작해서 결국 투어 상품을 팔려고 합니다. 그런데다가 오토바이를 1시 이후에 4달러에 빌렸는데 저녁이 돼서 돌아오니 왜 5시에 안 가져다 주느냐며 호텔 직원이 따지면서 1달러를 더 내라고 하더군요. 돈 천원 그냥 줄 수도 있지만 고객한테 따져묻는 직원들을 보니 그냥 줄 수 없었습니다. 솔직히 나트랑에서도 오토바이를 렌탈했는데 거기서는 하루에 150,000동. 이 호텔보다 훨씬 싸다는 거죠!! 이 호텔에 묵으면서 드는 생각은 싼게 비지떡이라는 말입니다. 그리고 백인 우월주의인지 동양사람한테는 하대하고 백인들은 떠 받드는 것을 보니 정말 화가 났습니다. 여행을 많이 다녀봤지만 차별 받아본 거 처음이네요~ 아무튼 베트남이 싫어졌고, 이 호텔 비추입니다.

The breakfast was good. The surrounding area was busy and close to the imperial city, also many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and the furniture was not old. We even got a free upgrade to a bigger room without asking for it. The hosts are very kind.

Would stay again!
Great location and terrific staff who organised a driver for a tour to the tombs and back to the airport. Great pool and the location is close to all food and bars, but quiet as it's in a little lane off the main street.

Not 3.5 stars. More like 2 star.
Hotel was a disappointment. Service was terrible, rooms were old and musty. Bed was rock and pillow was so thin I might as well not had it. Location was good, right in the heart of fabulous nightlife but that’s about the best thing I can say about our stay.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt immer wieder
Für den Urlaub ist es ok, aber für die Geschäftsreise ehr hinderlich. Der Pool ist sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Zimmer sind für vietnamesischen Standard normal, etwas klein. Sehr ruhige Lage, obwohl Zentral. Sehr viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Give it a miss
Great location, but not the best value for your money when compared to another place we stayed in Hue. Our room was “tired”, needed a new shower head that wouldn’t spray all over the place (hubby actually fixed it), and the bed was downright uncomfortable. Breakfast was fine, but service was a bit terse. Pool was okay, but only a few places to sit. In all, I would suggest you look elsewhere. There are tons of other options in Hue.

Vores oplevelse var samlet set en succes. Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme. Vi blev modtaget med en velkomstdrink og fik at vide, at vores værelse var blevet opgraderet uden ekstraomkostninger. Derudover fortalte den søde receptionist os om forskellige aktiviteter i byen, og ture man kunne tage på. Jeg vil absolut anbefale dette hotel til andre rejsende. Hotellet ligger super centralt, gå afstand til det meste. Det ligger i en lille sidegade til en større gade med masser af liv. Hvilket er skønt, da der er stille og roligt ved hotellet, men kort til byliv. Morgenmaden var i øvrigt rigtig god, der var et godt udvalg og det var velsmagende. En god start på dagen.

It’s a great hotel, because of the staff. It’s old, but has been updated in some ways. The room was clean and my enclosed shower was so nice to not have a wet floor!The breakfast was awesome, pick as much as you want and dont miss the chocolate banana pancakes. They arranged a good city tour...fun, informative, well worth the money... swimming pool is dated and needs a bit of work, but it is a swimming pool and really needed it after a hot day touring...the staff went beyond to help me...I left my pillow in the lobby and didnt realize until I was in Phang Nha...I emailed them, and they sent to through on the next bus...so kind!

We had a two night stay in Hue. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We found the room to be average. A small space, almost clean sheets and a dodgy door. The shower had not been cleaned as it still had soap scum on the walls. On a positive, breakfast was tasty with a couple of options. It was an okay experience but wouldn't stay again.

Staff were lovely, breakfast was great - even one day when my partner didn't come down for breakfast they made him a spread to take back to the room. Check in was also great they brought tea and fruit. Got a full nights sleep which after traveling for 2 months I found doesn't happen often. Room was clean only thing was it was damp...tbf it was raining constantly but the room itself was damp

Great hospitality!
There were two outstanding things about this hotel. One was the breakfasts. You can order two a la carte entrees and two beverages. The quality of the food was excellent. All items were freshly made. The second thing was the hospitality. You are greeted with a place of fresh fruit and tea. Sue was the hostess. She provided a wealth of information and went out of her way to ensure that I had everything I needed. Although the accommodation is mediocre, her hospitality, and the great breakfasts, made this a memorable stay.

Alles is goed aan dit hotel!
Alles is goed aan dit hotel. De ligging, in het centrum en toch rustig, het is schoon, goed ontbijt, fijne ontvangst, goede uitleg over de omgeving, medewerkers doen alles om het naar je zin te maken. Wij hadden de familiekamer. Groot met 2 badkamers voor relatief weinig geld. Klein zwembadje was heel fijn voor onze kinderen. En ook Hue bleek veel leuker dan we hadden verwacht. Als we dit vooraf hadden geweten waren we waarschijnlijk langer gebleven.
