Sig. Forte La ringrazio per aver fornito un orario di arrivo ed averlo rispettato.Mi dispiace che non si sia trovato bene. Comunque è di dovere risponderle punto per punto: il wifi non solo funziona ma ne ho due( ' ), infatti quando è entrato si ricorda ho interaggito con la telecamera (in tempi reale); la camera è stata rinnovata (intero bagno e ritimteggiata) a fine agosto. Per il momento lo stile della mobilia scelto da me è questo, c'è la cucina, tavolo e sedie, mobiletto accanto al letto.Questa come per il momento ritengo debba essere la camera doppia che offro

excuse me but your feed back seems little too low after you have exploited such a good behaving: earlyer check in (in propose for you beside it is written at 12.00!!) you have been helped twice (becouse you keeped out yoursefl also if you had the keys) in order to be like at the hotel with the reception you use the common areas with you friends for your daily meals, evening, afternoon (despite you had your own place, letting the table with rests of your meals and dirty pots of tea we had other guests in the house but nobody staid on the all night time chating with their friends in order, may be, to allow the other guests to sleep!!

il ne s'agissait pas d'un hôtel mais de chambres. La propreté était limite, pas d'entretien durant le temps de notre présence. Présence du propriétaire quelques minutes à notre arrivée puis plus aucun contact. . La photo est trompeuse car on imagine qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel alors que ce ne sont que quelques chambres à l'intérieur d'un immeuble. De plus, beaucoup de bruit du à des travaux de réfection dans l'immeuble

Luis who runs the place is really open and friendly. Super good location close to the Vatican, shops, restaurants, and right next to the train. Had a little closet kitchen which was great so we could cook and didn't have to spend money eating out every meal. Great place to stay if you want to be close to things and be out all day and come back to a good safe place to sleep. Only thing was the toilet didn't work for a bit, not a huge problem for us, which Luis fixed. And wifi was on and off. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a good and cheap place to stay to explore the Vatican and Rome!

Rims of toilet bowls very dirty,showers not clean I’m not used to staying in a place where they don’t give you fresh towels everyday.microwave could have been good.It is close to train stations and Vatican.

Soggiorno gradevole molto silenzioso,anche se in una via di grosso traffico non si sentivano rumori esterni. Camera piccola ma accogliente e pulita, in oltre dotata di una piccola cucina armadio per potersi cucinare qualche cosa è mantenere le bevande fresche grazie al frigorifero incassato in essa.

Great Value, Easiest Metro access we had
Great room for a great price in a very easy spot to catch the metro lines. Our single complaint was an odor from flushing the toilet. We were sure something was wrong after the first flush, a fully liquid flush, resulted in an awful stench that continued thru our stay each time we flushed. We did not let the management know about the problem, so it's not on them at all. But be advised to ask before booking. If the issue gets fixed, this place gets full stars from us! Thanks for the stay!

Very good was situated close to most attractions and two far from central city by metro we were upgraded from a rom to an apartment which was very good close to restaurants and bars overall very good value for money only downfall was terrible wifi nearly non existent inside unit

Peaceful place in the center
I was affraid that flat at the Ottaviano station will be loudly, but I was surprised - every time of the day & night it was quiet place. It was safe area. Staff was very friendly. Very good price Thanks for Marlene & her brother (Luigi ?) with 2 weeks old daughter

Good location, poor service.
It's hard to call this place a hotel. It's a room to rent. Pros: price and location Cons: Your room won't be cleaned, your towels won't be changed, there's nothing in the shower room: no soap, no shampoo, no lotions, nothing. There's no breakfast offered, though they call it B & B.

ero in viaggio da solo. l' hotel è proprio a due passi dai musei vaticani e da piazza san Pietro. Fuori dall' uscita della metro. posizione eccezionale e comodissima. la camera era pulita e in ordine. l' angolo cottura pratico e funzionale. la stanza nonostante sia cosi' centrale era silenziosa e confortevole. il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare le mie richieste. ci tornerei di sicuro. Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo b&b, è una casa che affitta stanza con gestione familiare, non ci sono lussi.. Ma la stanza era pulita, aveva condizionatore, angolo cottura, anche silenzioso. poi non si può chiedere di più con così poco prezzo. È vicinissimo al Vaticano. Appena esci dal albergo ti ritroVi con la fermata del metro Ottaviano. Il personale che ci lavora e gentilissimo, cercavano sempre di fornirci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci ritornerei ben volentieri.

Pulizia delle camere scarsissima, nessun servizio, mancano tutti i servizi,la colazione non vi era, solo briosche in bustine cellophon, buona la posozione dell'Hotel. All'interno vi era odore di fogna. Le tariffe per questo albergo sono altissime, non riuniscono le qualità per essere tale, all'interno della stanze vi erano fini elettrici vaganti, wifi non era disponibile (invece nella richiesta diceva che era disponibile) da non consigliare affatto.

Proche du Vatican et devant bouche de métro
Ca n'est pas un hôtel mais un chambre parmis d'autres dans un appartement vieillot. La literie est très peu confortable. 2 lits simples collés avec une literie plus qu'usée. Un manque de luminosité au niveau des éclairages, heureusement que nous rentrions tard et très fatigués. La salle de bain est très fonctionnelle mais dans un état proche du délabrement. De la moisissure au niveau des murs et une mauvaise évacuation de l'humidité quand des goutes d'eau contenues dans la chasse d'eau vous tombe dessus quand vous êtes aux toilettes :-) Sinon le petit déjeuner manque de produits frais mais est assez copieux pour vous caller sans problèmes jusqu'à 14h30. Mais le hic est que on ne peut le prendre qu'a compter de 8h15 et il faut aimer le café latte car rien d'autre n'est disponible. On voit une personne à notre arrivée, d'où la demande d'appeler 1/2h avant d'arriver car personne n'est sur place. Sinon une personne est présente tous les matins le temps du petit dejeuner.

Good place for sightseeing
Everything was perfect for us, it's a low budget place but very comfortable for a few days of visit. Only one thing was bad: the breakfast. No cold cuts just sweet croissants and jam. By the way, if it is said to be from 8 to 10, this period should be respected. Not 15 minutes delay, or the other day at 8:35 nothing was out there and we were just guessing why...For those who plan their days and perhaps have a booked date and need to go without breakfast and quickly find someting to eat on the way, it's not so pleasant.

Pelo e entendi funciona como locadora de quartos em apartamentos disponiveis. Fomos acomodados em um apartamento de 2 quartos, cozinha (não usamos. Geladeira desligada e cheirando mal). Apartamento bom, em prédio antigo, com preço honesto, próximo ao Metro e ao Vaticano. Não espere luxo pela tarifa cobrada.

場所だけは良いホテル
地下鉄オッタヴィアーノ駅の出口を昇ったところすぐに入口があるので、バチカン観光には場所だけは最高のロケーション。 ただ、いわゆる「部屋貸し」なので、いろいろと手抜きが多い。 3泊したが、朝食付きということだったが、8時からという遅い時間の上、最初の日は8時になっても朝食が用意されていなく、食べないまま観光に行くことに。 スタッフが常駐していないため、支払いやなどでいろいろと不便でした。 部屋は一切掃除もシーツの交換もなく、シャンプーも石けんも置いていませんでした。お湯の出も悪く、温かいお湯が出るまで時間がかかるので最悪でした。 支払いの際、領収書をメールで送ると言われたが未だに届かず(1週間過ぎました) これであれば、テルミニ駅近くの2星ホテルと同料金だったので、そちらに泊まるべきだったと後悔しています。

Good for a short stay
Clean room in good location. That's about all. The room, facing the street, is very noisy during the entire night; in spite of perfect weather you need to keep the window closed- - also because of exhaust gases. Poor light in the room as well as in bathroom. The bed needs to have the mattress renewed. The shower is tiny, but good water pressure. And, last but not least, breakfast is very poor. 4 days in a row the same prepacked pastries, never a fresh croissant.

Wir haben erst mal kräftig gesucht, das Hotel ist ein B&B und niemand kennt es! Es ist auch nicht ausgeschildert! Das Zimmer war dann weiter entfernt vom Haupthaus! So mussten wir unsere Koffer noch weiter schleppen. Es war anscheinend eine Privatwohnung! Obwohl wir noch extra gefragt wurden, wann wir ankommen, war das Zimmer noch ungereinigt, siehe Bilder! WLAN gibt es auch keines, weder im Haupthaus noch in der Wohnung und als Steuer wollte man uns 3,50€ statt 3€ pro Person abkassieren! Das große Frühstück war dann in einer anderen Wohnung bei einer älteren Dame, aber das war anscheinend auch Privat, ein kalter Kaffee, ein Orangensaft der nicht mal für 3Personen ausreichte und für jeden ein einziges ausgetrocknetes Kaffeestückchen!

Nice apartment near metro station
Stayed for 4 nights. Apartment is very close to the metro. Neighborhood is very safe at night but not very clean, maybe because of the tourists. Make sure they answer back to you if you send them an email because they didn't check my emails so we had to wait 2 hours before they let us in. Overall condition is good, air conditioning works, confortable beds. No wi-fi available in the apartment, breakfast is very limited. Staff is very friendly.

Great location
Stayed while backpacking in Rome. Ideal location near the Vatican and right next to a metro station. Make sure you call 30 minutes prior to your arrival so someone is there to let you in. Has the world's weakest wifi!

Worth every penny. Ok.
Location is perfect and the price is cheap. Beds could be more confortable. Check in is a bit tricky cause there's no reception and outside office hours you have to tell beforehand what time you will arrive.
