booked 2 bed rooms with kitchenet, but room was not ready till the time they promise.
Room was stinky, smelled like a pee, and not disappeared till 6;30 pm.
The only treatment the receptionist Jenny did was sending housekeepers. They also got stinky smells, but they thought it came from airconditioners, and began to clean them with big machine. What a mess! It was totally non-sense. (attacted photo. the time was 7:35 pm)
The receptionist Jenny said she can change room with one twin room with extra bed. I refused coz we were 3 person, and booked 2 rooms for our need. And then she suggest only 2 queenbed rooms with one extra bed. I felt it was non-sense and maybe she was bullyng me with extra bed... I demanded nornal bed like we booked.
Finally we moved to another hotel with 2 bed rooms after 8 pm... But the receptionist didn't give us a proper excuse.
Their responses was totally absurb, nonsensial and irrational. It was worst memory in using Hotels.com...
