I stayed for two nights and let me tell you I’m very happy that I picked this place. The room was super clean and neat, the owner very nice man and the location super convenient. I will definitely stay here again. I don’t write reviews unless is a great place and this one it is for sure!!!!

The property was very clean. It is a block from the Boardwalk. There is a great miniature golf, go kart, and water park right across the street. The only negatives were that there were no hand towels and there was no hot water by the time the third person in our room took their shower.

The location was great only a short walk to the boardwalk. The room was nice and clean my only complaint would be the beds were pretty uncomfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful and it was very quiet.

The owner is very rude, it’s an absolutely nightmare to park there. If you want to use your car in and out of what they call their parking lot, good luck. Might as well Uber. Room was so hot even though we called well in advanced and said what time we would be there. No courtesy to put the air on. Never will go back

The hotel was clean and updated and the owner was extremely helpful. Its close to the boardwalk and waterpark but wasnt loud. Would stay here again.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Only thing that could have been better would be a coffee maker in the room. We're early risers and there were no coffee shops open. Other than that everything was perfect. Staff was extremely accommodating. Would definitely book there again.

The motel was one block from boardwalk & beach- can't beat that. Room was VERY clean. Some furniture was older but really not a problem. Bathroom was updated and spacious. I found owners to be super nice and easy to work with.

Never staying here again!
Location is ideal for people wanting to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. When you check in you have to sign off on a ridiculously huge list of rules that the owner wants you to abide by. Pray that you get one of the parking spots close to the street so you don’t get trapped by the other guests staying there. Bed was uncomfortable it was on a metal frame that did not support it well. Shower curtain was old and moldy.

This Motel was awesome. It was literally right next to the board walk which was very convenient and allowed us to be able to use our own bathroom if we were on the board walk , or run back into our room quick to drop things off or change. The owner was incredibly nice and gave us an option for an upstairs room or downstairs and showed us both. We chose downstairs to be able to just walk out the door and walk right to the boardwalk. When your at the shore , your never really in the room so for a place to sleep, change and park our car, we were more than satisfied!!! I would DEF recommend this place to others for its perfect location and friendly staff!

It was ok for the location, close to shops right on the boardwalk. Just needs a coffee pot in the room and the bedding should be updated.

I loved everything. It was small and quiet even though it was so close to the boardwalk and rides. We never had to use our car. Everything was walking distance. The staff was amazing! So friendly and courteous. The place was spotless and smelled so clean and nice. There was nothing I would have changed.

Its a nice clean motel with assigned off street parking the owners/managers are friendly and helpful. The only downside is the parking lot is very small and cramped.

Very close to boardwalk, across the street from waterpark, go-karts, and mini golf course. The first level has an awesome ice cream place built into it.

Very disappointed.
For the money we paid per night we expected better quality room. Mix matched sheets, it smelled like you soaked the carpet in Fabuloso floor cleaner. Old mixed matched towels. We paid $315 for Sunday and Monday nights definitely expected better rooms. Old furniture, horrible mattress and old mixed matched sheets dirty and very old pillows. Was very disappointed. If it wasn’t that it stated no refund we would have left the moment we walked into the room. I definitely will not be going back to this place.

We were welcome by the manager in a very friendly manner. The room was clean and spacious and there were many cartoon channels for my son to watch. Extremely accessible to the boardwalk. I would recommend this place to anyone and I'd definitely stay there again in the future.

It is right at casino pier. Only thing closer would be camping on the boardwalk itself. It has all the 1 star hotel amenities. I would book again.

The staff was friendly. For the price and location (right by the boardwalk) the price was right. It was clean. It is outdated and tge beds are very uncomfortable. The shower was super small and took a good 5-7 minutes to heat up.
