Before booking, I read the description of the room, which said it had two queen beds, and a pull out couch. There we were to head to dinner and then the concert. We checked in at the front desk of the hotel after valeting our car (the hotel had no other parking but I knew this as it was described on the website. We were given two keys to the room and told how to find our room. When we arrived at the room, it had one queen bed and a pull out sofa. Clearly there had been a mistake, so the five of us carried all of our things and headed back to the front desk to inquire about being given the wrong room. After a few minutes, we were told that that was the only room available and they didn’t have any other options. They said that Expedia hadn’t sent the confirmation until the night before by which time they didn’t have any rooms like the one I reserved.
