Skywalk to hospital was great. Two complaints…the pillows were awful. No support at all. Even stacking two, they just hugged your head and you sunk right in. I had hoped the breakfast options would have been better, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. I’ll bring my own pillow or buy one next time.

The hotel is great. The location is perfect for the hospital. It’s just that a group of 10 year old boys were allowed to run up and down the hallway yelling till 10:00 pm when my wife had to be in the hospital at 5:30 for surgery made me upset. They figured if I yelled at them they would start knocking on our door. I just let it go

We loved the skyway to the hospital. We could stay parked and walk over. Alyssa at the front desk is top notch!! She is kind, helpful and the perfect person for that role. She was empathetic to different situations her guests were dealing with being next to the hospital and very accommodating. She made our stay during unfortunate circumstances pleasant.
