We stayed in separate apartment near Rooms 25 B&B provided by Domenico, the owner. Perfect location not far from Central station, clean and nice place, good communication! Recommend it.

Excelente estadía
Tuvimos una excelente estadía! Aceptaron a nuestro perrito. El lugar muy comodo, con un gran estacionamiento para el coche y una cocina que podias utilizar en todo momento. El desayuno super abundante, la ubicación perfecta, frente al hotel hay transporte publico. La atencion de Domenico impecable! Volvería mil veces más. Altamente recomendable.

Quartos grandes e confortáveis, boiler do banheiro muito pequeno não dando vazão a 4 pessoas tomarem banho, o café da manhã precisa ser preparado pelo próprio hóspede e uma cafeteria minúscula, prepara 2 cafezinhos por vez, local apesar de próximo ao Coliseu é distante dos demais pontos turísticos e não é muito aprazível.

The owner was kind and helpful in getting us familiar with and knowing how to get around the city. There is a bus stop outside the door which was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. The only drawback is that not in the greatest section of the city and we couldn't find many good places to eat nearby.

B&B grazioso,pulito ed economico. Colazione abbondante. Parcheggio privato scoperto. Sito in un quartiere popolare ma il centro è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, le cui fermate si trovano nelle immediate vicinanze. Il quartiete offre vari esercizi commerciali, tra i quali fornaio, supermercato, tabaccheria e ristoranti vari. Il sig. Domenico cordiale e molto disponibile.

Vi ankom på den adresse der er i bookingen, men blev kørt til en helt anden adresse. Der hvor vi skulle bo, var en lejlighed, som der slet ikke er billeder af eller oplysninger om, på bookingen. Der stod også at der ville være morgenmad fra 08:30-10:00, det eneste vi fik var en pose med noget brød, 1 glas syltetøj, 1l juice og 1l mælk, til alle 4 dage. Vi fik ikke noget nyt i løbet af dagene, og juicen var drukket efter første dag. Ejeren var dog flink og hjalp os med at ringe efter shuttle car, til lufthavnen. Det lever heller ikke op til titlen som et B&B!!!

Pas super la personne donne une heure et n'est pas capable d'être là. Obliger d'aller voir le commerçant à côté qui heureusement pour moi parlait un peu le français qui a téléphoné au propriaitaire pour lui indiquer où se trouvaient les clés après deux heures d'attente.

Inside much nicer than outside. Trams to major attractions stop outside the door. Basic but comfortable. Close to university so reasonably priced restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

Very comfortable and quiet. Our host was most friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and a very relaxing place to stay.

25 Rooms B&B Stay
The host was welcoming and thoughtful. While the location is noisy, the windows are reasonably well sealed and most of the noise is not heard. I had noisy neighbours who disrupted my sleep instead. I felt that my privacy was compromised. I know that the host would come in at various times because furniture would suddenly disappear and once he walked in while I was in the bathroom..
I am happy that you have found good, he was lucky enough to sleep in a large apartment everything for her very large and spacious. I am making changes to improve the apartment, and in those days there was a lot of maintenance. The "privacy" is guaranteed to all customers, in no way whatsoever, you probably will not hear the sound of the bell.

主人很友好，我们离约定的时间晚到了将近两个小时，到的时候已经快晚上11点了，没想到主人一直在等我们，让我十分不好意思，他还很热情地告诉我们怎样坐车去附近的景点，早餐很丰富，房间很漂亮，就是空间有点小，因为我们是三人住，感觉房间是双人间，只是多加了一张单人床，显得有些拥挤，位置步行离火车站有些远，但是坐电车，地铁还是很方便的，总体还算满意

Lovely hotel, felt like home from home. The host was very welcoming, he gave us tips about getting around in Rome. The room was very clean, good decoration, the other guests staying there are also very friendly. Would definitely stay here next time we visit Rome.

Domenico var yderst venlig og serviceminded. Han sørgede for alt hvad vi kunne ønske os. 25Rooms er relativt tæt på centrum og meget tæt på Termini stationen og har fine Metro og sporvogns forbindelse til hele Rom.

Great place but a bit hard to find
I stayed at this place with my daughter and sister last week for 3 nights. The host was wonderful as he was there waiting for us (very important: Please let him know your arriving time at his apartment THE DAY BEFORE, so he can be waiting for you.) We loved it as it has a nice kitchen so we sometimes buys groceries and make a little snack ourselves using the kitchen. There is also a nice grocery store about 2 blocks away. The only thing that is challenging: It seems located in a not so good neighborhood and a bit scary (could be that I came from the US and an equal type of neighborhood would have labeled as "to avoid" in my mind). But it is actually quiet safe. It is not on Metro but on Tram line. or you can walk from the train station dragging your suitcase through narrow and bumpy path next to the Aquaduct - very romantic but can be challenging if you carry large luggage (about 25 min walk). I would come back again to the same place as now I figured out everything and I like Dominica the host. Lee (from Connecticut) Dec 29, 2015

This is not a hotel just to be clear but a room in an apartment in a building with brown double doors.From the Roma Termini Train Station, use the Giolitti Tram #5 or #14 & get off the 4th stop PORTA MAGGIORE.Look across & walk towards the bridge & under it & you will be on the street of Viela Dello Scalo di San Lorenzo Street,stay on the left keep going until you will reach #25 then press the doorbell for #25 B&B.Our room for 4 was big with plenty of space to walk around & luggages.The bathroom was regular size, shampoo/shower gel were provided &trash was collected everyday.I would like to commend Domenico for getting in touch via email a month before our stay so I was able to get certain questions answered.He was very accomodating by letting us use the kitchen for cooking & we made sure we cleaned up after ourselves.For breakfast, there are croissants,cookies,coffee rolls,cereal,yogurt,coffee & different types of juices.We especially were touched when he told us to treat his home like we would our own.He showed us where to get which tram to go where.He also was lenient with the check out time, allowing us to leave our luggages to get more sightseeing.To go to the train station, one can walk back towards Porta Maggiore to get the tram or take the tram across from the 25 B&B, get off Porta Maggiore then another one to the train station.

Bad location, not a B&B, but clean "hotel"
It's not a B&B. It's rather a rooming facility with separete bathrooms. Domenico who runs this "hotel" is very frendly, helpful and keeps the place very clean. However, he only comes there at certain points during the day, and nobody looks after the place and the guest at night. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are small, equipped with old and fatigued furniture. It's impressive, however, how Domenico manages to keep it clean and operational. The location is a big disappointment. Dirty, unsafe and not so easy to get to area of town. Something to avoid if you want to have present memories from Rome. Bottom line: We don't recommend this place. However, we thank Domenico for taking good care of us when we were there.

customer friendly unfortunately lately Rome is a very clean city, not a matter of the neighborhood of my b & b but it is a discourse of 'whole city, even the San Lorenzo district is very lively because frequented by students and artists. To this regard my structure, in Italy the rented rooms in the way I have work all the requirements of b & b, and the reception is guaranteed eight hours of 24 ... while the availability is 24 hours 24. If you want a reception all day must contact an actual hotel is right. regarding the furniture that you say "old", that is a lot of money as it defines "antique", indeed many customers who appreciate the vintage have complimented for the kitchen and furniture. in any case it was a pleasure to have hosted.

Primeiro os pontos positivos: - o dono e anfitrião é fantástico: educado, prestativo, cheio de energia e bem disposto; - em frente ao hotel fica a rua onde passam opções de transporte (tram e ônibus) que te levam para quase todos os lugares ou para alguma integração: Vaticano, Coliseu, Termini, Stadio Olimpico etc; - embaixo do hotel tem uma loja que funciona a noite (Paninoteca Scala 27) até bem tarde e tem lanches e atendimento excelentes (nada sofisticado); - café da manhã simples e prático, preparado em uma mesa para todos os hóspedes, o que pode ser uma oportunidade de conhecer pessoas. Tudo isso combina com o clima caseiro do local, você pode realmente se sentir em casa; - instalações boas: cama, chuveiro, ar condicionado, tudo funcionando bem; Pontos negativos (infelizmente): - o meu quarto ficava de frente pra rua Scala Lorenzo, que é bem movimentada e onde as pessoas se reúnem no final de semana para beber e conversar, ou seja, é um quarto barulhento, tome o cuidado de pedir para não ficar nesse quarto. Mas não chegou a ser um tormento; Enfim, não é um lugar para quem procura luxo, mas é acolhedor e foi uma ótima experiência para meu primeiro contato com o cotidiano italiano. Destaque para o Domenico, que é um cara com carisma e disposição, e sua cachorrinha a Toffee (uma graça).

Wat het hotel leuk maakt is de eigenaar . Hulpvaardig , vriendelijk . Doet echt zijn best om het je naar de zin te maken. Kamers zijn niet al te groot , maar voldoen wel aan wat je van een hotelkamer mag verwachten. Ontbijt was een beetje sober , maar op verzoek haalt hij alles in huis wat je vraagt. Tram en bus voor de deur , en in een rit naar het Colloseum of het Vaticaan.

Ich war Ende September 2015 für 1 Woche dort und kann diesen B&B Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen, die Zimmern sind sauber in jedem Zimmer befindet sich ein Badezimmer. Die Strassenbahn ist direkt vis-à-vis von dem Unterkunft, wo man von dort aus überall in alle Richtungen fahren kann. Der Besitzer Domenico ist sehr nett, kümmert sich um alles und ist sehr behilflich. Er gibt sein Bestes damit seine Gäste sich wohl fühlen, er geht sogar auf die Wünsche ein, was man zum Frühstück essen mag - toller Service!

お部屋の可愛い素敵なホテル
お部屋が広く、そして可愛いく装飾のしてある素敵なホテルでした。ただ、フロントがありませんので宿泊予定日の３～４日前に送信されるメールでチェックイン時刻を伝える必要があります。到着したら指定された電話番号に連絡をします。自分は先のメールに気づかなかったため、建物に入るまでに３０分待つことになりました。３０分待たされたりもしましたが、やってきたホテルの人が陽気で親切だったり、お部屋の装飾がとても良かったりしたのでトータルとして良い印象を持ちました。朝食はセルフサービスで好きな時間に取ることができます。場所ですが、テルミニから歩くには少し遠く治安も悪そうな場所を通るので、トラムに乗ることをお勧めします。ポルタ・マジョーレから歩いて５分ぐらいです。

Carinissimo bed and breakfast in stile casa particular nel centro di Roma Domenico il gestore una persona simpaticissima è molto disponibile. Fermate del tram per il Colosseo e per il Vaticano direttamente davanti al portone. Nel caso dovessimo tornare a Roma soggiorneremo nuovamente qua.
