El personal de ese hotel es un 💯, han sido muy amables en cualquier momento. nos han dado recomendaciones geniales de restaurantes y calas que visitar y nos dejaron usar una ducha privada después del checkout para poder disfrutar de la playa. La comida del restaurante está muy buena. Fuimos en temporada baja y estaba muy tranquilo el hotel. Vamos a volver seguro! Lo único negativo fue que la cama era muy suave, pero eso es un gusto personal, supongo que a otras personas les gusta así.

La consiglierò a tutti gli amici per una vacanza a Minorca. Posizione ottima, comoda. Personale gentilissimo. Confortevole anche dopo il check out con stanza d'appoggio per doccia. Ristorante ottimo per spuntini e pranzetti.

Perfect get away!
Santandria is the perfect get away! The hotel has everything I desire and scuba diving business next door. Everything else is within a few blocks walking; restaurants, groceries, souvenirs, etc.

Une belle vue sur une Calanque
Hôtel confortable et calme à 5 min en voiture de la magnifique Ciutadella. Plage bondée en été mais vous irez voir les fameuses calanques de Macarella et Turqueta. Petit-déjeuner de qualité. Difficile de se garer mais on a toujours trouvé une place.

Kan rekommenderas- för läget är superb
Mysigt hotel som ligger i en super mysig vik. Lunchen på hotellet var sisådär.. men restaurangerna runt om var bra. Vi promenerade in till stan - annars kostar taxi ca7euro.. stora rum och hotel frukosten var helt ok ,massa plus att man fick färsk pressad juice. Hellre dessa mindre hotell än hotell med 4 stjärnor som är opersonliga, små rum och tråkiga frukostar.

Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Mit Deutsch kommt man allerdings nicht weit. Mit Englisch und Spanisch kann man sich aber sowohl im Hotel als auch in der Region gut durchschlagen. Leider bleib die erhoffte Erholung wegen der unangenehmsten Flugreise meines Lebens aus. Ausfälle, Verspätungen, Übernachtung am Flughafen nach über 6h Wartezeit, um zu erfahren, wenn der Ersatzflug geht usw. NIE WIEDER VUELING!

Dirty room
The hotel looked very modern on pictures however when we arrived there was a unpleasant smell. The room was dirty. For eg. The fan had so much dust on it that we couldn't use it. The curtains were dirty and ripped. There was no tea coffee or kettle in the room. The walls were dirty. The only nice thing in the hotel was the bathroom. We asked for room to be cleaned how ever bed sheets weren't changed and floor not swept or cleaned. On the positive side the food was very nice and staff very helpful.

mooie ligging, gezellig en schoon strand, helder water, strandstoelen en parasols, toiletten. bewaakt strand. Het hotel is heerlijk, op het strand, uitstekend kamer/badkamer, mooi uitzicht, rustig en prettig. Goed ontbijt en restaurant. [geen harde muziek!] Het personeel is uitmuntend, ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam! IK ZAL ZEKER TERUG GAAN!

El entorno es bueno, el personal muy amable, la playa de la cala no es una de las mejores aunque se puede observar un hermoso atardecer. La habitación común, con linda vista, limpia pero tenía una de las cortinas rotas (tela rasgada!) , no había colcha ni mantas, el baño sin jabón de manos. La piscina y solárium con las reposeras sucias, muy marcadas. Esperaba mucho más por el puntaje que tenía dado por otros huéspedes!

Ascensore da RIVEDERE. Inizialmente l’impatto non è stato del tutto piacevole ma grazie alla gentilezza dello staff e alla struttura ben posizionata e ben servita abbiamo cambiato idea consiglio vivamente di visitare questo hotel. Excelentes vistas desde la habitación con vistas al mar, las laterales solo tienen vistas a la arena de la playa. El atardecer q se ve desde la habitación quizá es de los más bonitos de la isla. El personal es muy agradable y dispuesto. Las habitaciones son correctas, disponen de tv plana y frigorífico, este último un poco molesto ya que cada vez q necesita enfriar hace un ruido un poco desagradable. El hotel es tranquilo y la cala en la q se encuentra también y esto puede suponer un problema por las mañanas ya que los servicios del ayuntamiento no velan por respetar esa tranquilidad, todos los días el señor de las sombrillas las pone con un taladro y un martillo a las 8 de la mañana, los servicios de limpieza y pocería a las 7:30 están ya haciendo ruido y el más grande de todos fue a las 7:30 los jardineros del ayuntamiento sierra mecánica en mano podando las palmeras, una pena q el hotel tenga q sufrir la poca empatía del ayuntamiento con los que allí vamos a disfrutar del descanso.

Super hôtel
Super hôtel calme très bien placé (au pied de la petite plage), superbe vue sur la Cala pour les chambres avec vue mer. Le staff, et en particulier Gabriel, sont top. On a eu un problème avec la climatisation et ils nous ont proposé sans rien demandé de nous inviter à dîner ! On a découvert qu'il y avait une demi pension avec un menu excellent qui change chaque soir (pas un buffet pour anglais comme dans la plupart des hôtels...). Je conseille vivement cet hôtel.

Ho trascorso qui una piacevole settimana. L'hotel è situato su una splendida baia attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e molto cordiale. Noi avevamo pagato solo per la prima colazione ma sono sempre stati disponibili per esigenze extra senza chiedere niente

Perfect stay
The hotel was perfect! It is located right on the beach. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a good size balcony with beautiful views over the beach and water. All the staff - front desk, bar, restaurant, housekeeping, management were efficient, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety to choose from. The beach bar and restaurant served quality food, snacks and drinks all at reasonable prices and good service. Big thank you to Gabriel, Paul, and both Tony’s for making our stay a highlight of our Spanish holiday. We highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Excelente experiencia. Muy buena trato y el lugar es lindo, riquísimo desayuno y muy tranquilo. Wifi no era de lo mejor, pero en general súper recomendable.
