1박후 하롱베이 여행다녀왔다가 다시1박을 했는데 첫날에는 업그레이드를 해줘서 에어콘이 두개나 있는 큰방을 배정받았습니다 701호입니다 돌아와서는 큰방은 아니였지만 엑스트라베드가 있어서 3명이서 숙박하기에 무리가 없었습니다 호안끼엠 호수에서 조금 멀긴하지만 가격대비 좋아서 다음에 또 여행으로 갈경우 이용할 생각입니다

호텔스 닷컴 홈페이지 예약조건은 2명의 성인에 15세 아동으로 예약하였으나 호텔에서는 15세 아동은 추가요금을 내야 한다며 10달러를 현지 지불하라고 하여 당황하였고 객실도 아주 작고 그외 서비스는 아침 일찍 출발한 관계로 전혀 알수 없었음. 같은 가격에 훨씬 넓고 서비스 좋고 위치 좋은 호텔이 많음. 가족여행으로는 비 추천합니다.

저녁 11시경에 입실하여 아침 8시에 체크아웃을 한 관계로 오래 머물지는 못했습니다 주변을 관광하기 위한 곳이라기 보다는 그냥 단순히 하룻밤을 묵기 위한 장소였기에 조용하고 아담한 상황이 좋았구요 시설도 깨끗했으며 조식도 가격대비 아주 좋았다고 생각합니다.

Great memory in Vietnam
All staffs are so kind and food was so nice. some foods are not on buffet table, but it's available on your request. my room was second floor so a little bit noisy due to the noise from out side, for example klaxon of motobicle. but the room is fine and the location is good. this hotel is located near hoankiem lake, not so far you just can walk. all tours are available, so just ask staff to book tours and taxi to airport or sleeping bus to sapa. all the thing you ask is available at this hotel ! i love this hotel so much. if i visit vietnam again, ill go this hotel again! so gooood!!

전반적으로 만족도가 아주 높았습니다. 호텔 덕분에 여행이 즐거울 수 있었던 것 같아요. 우선 서비스가 너무 좋았어요. 친절하구요. 호텔 연계 여행상품도 잘 안내해주고, 추천 식당과 마사지도 물어보는대로 모두 친절히 알려주고 만족스러웠습니다. 히터가 잘 작동하지 않는다고 하자 더 좋은 호텔로 업그레이드도 시켜주셔서 감동했습니다. 무료 조식이라 기대 많이 안했는데 입맛에 아주 잘 맞았어요. 사먹는 것 보다 더 맛있게 먹은 것 같아요. 한가지 아쉬웠던 것은 위치는 여행자거리에 위치한 호텔들에 비해 멀리 있는 편입니다. 여행자거리나 호안끼엠까지의 거리가 멀지는 않지만 하노이 시내는 오토바이가 너무 많아서 가까운 곳도 걸어다니기가 불편하더라구요. 하지만 하노이는 택시가 저렴하고 호텔에서 콜택시를 불러줘서 원하는 곳까지 바로 갈수있도록 친절히 안내해 줍니다. 저렴한 가격에 최고의 서비스였던 것 같습니다. 하노이에 간다면 또 이 호텔에 방문할 거에요!

利用飛行機の到着の加減で半日市内観光ツアーを個人手配しましたがそれでも12時頃に終わってしまいスーツケースを預けるつもりでホテルに行きました。 若いスタッフの方々が食事中でした。 ちょっと早すぎますね。と言いつつも部屋に案内して下さいました。 ホアンキエム湖や旧市街に近く前の道も広いのでタクシーも行きやすいです。 部屋は不潔ではありませんがあちこちガタがありました。 連泊時のアメニティの補充も最低限です。 バスタブはありましたが夜遅くなると温いお湯と少ない湯量です。 朝食は食パンとバゲットに副菜がありましたが二日目は宿泊客が少ないのか前日余り食べなかったからか副菜があまり無かったです。 二泊の予定でしたが帰りの飛行機出発が深夜二時近くだったので思い切って一日分増やす事にしエクスペディアで予約を入れチェックアウト無しで部屋を利用させて貰いました。 お蔭で荷物を置きホテルに帰って入浴してからチェックアウト出来て良かったです。

Easily the worst hotel I've seen in 15+ countries
Based on other reviews there are very good rooms and very bad ones. And I got the bad luck. Room 601. Where do I begin? I hate to give a bad review as the staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. However, the room was just a disaster, even if I overlook the budget price point. It would be criminal not to warn others. First, the humid musky smell made it hard to breathe. Next, the bathroom fully floods from as little as a 2 minute shower. The drain simply doesn't work. And other reviews mention this, so why not fix it?? Last, blankets and towels were dirty, and the sheets made my skin crawl/itchy. I suspect they give the terrible room(s) to those who prepay online as you can't do much about it except review them badly when they already have your money. This is easily the worst hotel I have stayed at in 10 years and over 15 countries. The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff assisted in ordering an early morning taxi, so I can't rate the place zero, however comfort of the room is the main thing. Instead of cooking a feast that no one even eats, why not invest $5 a day in repairing things or washing the bedding?

繁華街の中にあり、迷うことなく着けました。 部屋も快適で、朝食も美味しかったです。 が、6:30から朝食開始なのに、開始時刻では朝食がまだ揃ってなかったのが残念でした。

如果只是想隨意的待一晚，這邊的床還行，隔音還能接受，但熱水澡可能要洗快一點，因為洗到一半會變冷水，飯店備品不是很足，浴帽要自己帶，杯子感覺很老舊(但沒味道)

Perfect for a one night stop over
Dropped into hotel for a one night stay between local destinations . Staff accommodated us perfectly after arriving early 6.30am with day room until our family room was ready. Perfect central Hanoi location also. Not a swish hotel if you are looking for luxury!

Great location! They were very attentive and it's close to do walk around the museums, street market and places to drink st night. Considering the hotels at that location, this was one of the best.

The room given to us on top floor was more a storeroom converted into a room. The furniture were all old and broken. With other reviews I guess the room below were better. We got upgraded to suite when we moved to another hotel. It is even Stevens

Rethink if you have booked this Hotel
We arrived at Icon 36 and were told that the hotel was fully booked, and we would be moved to their sister Hotel, which was supposed to give us a bigger and better room, Upon entering the room, we it was smaller and older then the room we originally booked. There was a cup with a burnt pineapple core in it which caused the room to reek of smoke for the 2 nights we stayed. Also in the early hours of both days, we were awoken by screaming and yelling and slamming of doors which continued for half an hour. If you are considering staying here, I would think again, as you will probably be fobbed off onto this second class room. We were very disappointed with Icon 36

Good hotel for the price
The staff at this hotel was the main selling point for me. They were super nice, and helped us with many things, such as getting taxis that didn't rip us off, arranging for laundry, and suggesting good restaurants and shops. The room was spacious by Vietnamese standards, and very clean. I only have two complaints, which are more "first world problems" than anything else. One, the air conditioner could not keep up with the 95-100 degree heat in June. The lobby staff let us use one of their fans to make it more bearable, but the room never got below 80 degrees. Second, the internet was too slow to do much more than email if all of us were on at the same time. Other than that, we would definitely use this hotel again. Great location, much quieter than most of Hanoi, and wonderful staff.

El hotel está bien. Aunque estuvimos en una planta alta se oía el ruido de la calle, dentro del centro antiguo, lo que podría ser molesto para algunos huéspedes. El personal es muy atento y de mucha ayuda a la hora de aconsejar qué ver, organizar transporte, etc.

Wonderful experience
From the time we arrived to the time we left our experience with this hotel could not be faulted. We also would like to thank all the staff and management for a wonderful stay and a special thank you to Haon who organized a trip to halong bay and Sappa. Also thanks for looking after our bags while away on the trips and the extras that we did not expect. Would recommend this hotel and certainly come back and stay here again.

A good little hotel in the old quarter within easy reach of many bars, restuaurants and walking distance to the local bus station and the lake. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable. I would stay here again.

The bed was on the hard side and my window opened into a brick wall (not an alley or a narrow space facing a brick wall but bricks about 1 inch from the glass. Other than that, everything was great. Very clean, nice decor, nice bathroom, decent breakfast (free) and EXCELLENT staff. I've been traveling continuously for 17 months, studying at hostels, yurts, tents, guesthouse a and hotels rated 2-5 stars, and while this place was about a 3 star, I'd say it was the best overall experience and great value for the money.

Hotel I would book again
Hotels location is great, anywhere you want to go you can walk to. Staff was very helpful, almost too helpful. Hotels condition was good, of course the walls are like paper (like almost everywhere), shower was the best I have seen on my trips in Asia, water actually came out from it and with good pressure. Tv although was quite old and small. They also serve a good western breakfast.

Single travellers, beware of the Superior room
Booked 3 nights and was put to a 10sqm cubicle (like in a $10 guesthouse, but newly renovated and clean) with a tiny window 1,5 m from the floor. Was tired to complain at first, but next morning the management explained they have 2 Superior room types (Single and Double), and they put me to the former "because I came alone", as it "should be fine" for just me. Well, by far not the worst room I've stayed during my years in Asia, but then it should be also "fine" for me to bargain the price - the facilities I paid for were stated as a decent (22sqm - minus bathroom should be 16-18sqm) sized room with a proper window, and the room on the sole photo (for Superior type) looked exactly like that, not like the one I got. Some facilities were under-par to the description, namely: no bathtub, TV which is neither 32" nor LCD, safety box not attached to the wall - it's more of nit-picking though, and I could be happy with all that, should the room itself be up to the standards promised. Wi-Fi is of "hit or miss" type - if you need to do any business, have your 3G/4G handy. Well, on the good side the staff are attentive and pleasant, and the buffet breakfast is the best I had in Hanoi so far. Thus I feel pity to put such a low rating - but I'm convinced that deception shouldn't be tolerated, and I suggest the hotel to sell "Superior Single" rooms as a separate category (with proper pics and facility lists), to avoid further disappointment, as my review is already second of this kind.

I had a really nice stay in this hotel. The location is perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful, they helped me to sort out a problem with one of my reservation.

Good hotel, great staff
I had previously travelled as part of a tour group and so continued on to stay in their hotel by booking online. There was alot of confusion with bookings as they seemed to have missed one of the tour group so they were rooms short however everything was sorted by later in the afternoon. The breakfast was lovely with quite a bit of choice. The shower and air con were the best I'd had in my whole trip in Vietnam. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Whilst it's not in the tourist area it's only a 5/10 minute walk so convenient once you've orientated yourself.

Great Stay!
After staying in similar priced hotels around South East Asia, Icon 36 was by far the best value for many reasons. It was very clean with a hip decor and in a great location in Hanoi. The bedroom and bathroom were large and there was plenty of space to lay your things out (something we didn't always find in SE Asia) The staff were very friendly and even personally called us for the 5:00 wake up call. I should also mention that the included buffet breakfast was tasty and had a great selection of Vietnamese and Western food. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Hanoi.

Not as expected
Dat and Annette were phenomenal. They both were so friendly and helpful. My main issues was room was well smaller than indicated, and wanted the 32" tv indicated but got a 18" old box tv that couldn't see anything on. Hotel was in decent condition but definitely not a 4-5. Lot of rust around the room. If not for gracious service would rate lower.
