The best staff and beautiful view
직원들이 정말 친절합니다. 인상 한번 안쓰고 먼저 다가와 도와주려고 합니다. 언제나 생글생글 웃어주면서 기분 좋은 곳입니다. 객실도 Modern한 구조에 여느 리조트와 다르게 매우 깔끔합니다. 방안에서 보이는 View 도 멋지구요. 이제 단점들을 적어보겠습니다. 하지만 이 단점들도 리조트에서 매우 잘 대응해주고 있습니다. 첫 번째, 단점이라고 한다면 리조트 자체에 beach 가 없어서 옆의 Beach resort의 Private beach 를 사용해야 합니다. Beach 에 해파리가 많다고 하신분도 계시던데 제가 이용할 때는 하나도 없었으며 다른 섬 투어 가는 것보다는 그냥 이 해변에서 노는게 더 좋았습니다. 해변 자체에 자갈도 없고 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 두 번째, Ao Tonsai Pier 까지 롱테일 보트가 아니면 갈 수 가 없다는게 단점입니다. 그런데 하루에 2번 롱테일 무료 셔틀이 있구요. 어차피 Ko Phi Phi에 가시면 돌아다니려고 가시는 거 아니고 Tour를 해도 Resort까지 데리로 오니 문제가 되질 않더라구요. 그리고 15분 걸어가야 되지만 Trip Advisor 에 나오는 맛집들이 가까이 있어서 좋았습니다. 세 번째, 객실들이 다 가파른 산중에 있습니다. 그래서 올라가실 때는 툭툭이 불러서 타고 다녀야 할 정도입니다. 하지만 직원들이 언제든지 밑에 까지 내려와서 툭툭이로 모셔가 줍니다. 짜증 한번 안내구요. 오히려 나중에는 이게 익사이팅하고 재미있더라구요.

허니문으로 2박을 했어요. 평이 많이 없어서 걱정하긴 했는데. 대체적으로 너무 만족했어요. 옆 아웃리거 리조트만큼 비치가 가깝진 않지만 뷰가 정말 끝내주고요. 프라이빗한 숙소가 맘에들어요. 픽업서비스도 좋아서 전화하면 바로 와주시공 ~ 청결도 좋고 직원분들이 대체적으로 친절해요. 사람도 복닥거리지 않아서 수영장도 여유롭게 쓰고요. 조식은 정말 짱짱굿. 호텔비에 포함되어 있어 더욱 좋았던 것 같아요. 다만 냉장고가 안시원해요 ;;; ㅠ 전기포트가 있고 커피도 있어서 커피계속 압출해먹고 좋았어요. 청결도 좋고 대체적으로 너무 만족해요 !

So lousy it made me laugh
Quite honestly, this was the most disappointing hotel stay I have ever had. Without even having high expectations, I was extremely let down by the experience. With that said, the staff were great, and did try their best, but the whole place is just completely worn, there are screws loose in the wooden floor by the pool (don’t let your kids run around), aged rooms, tired bathrooms, no bar open even though it said there was, and so forth. If you do decide to stay here - PLEASE go to the village next to it. It has some great(!) restaurants and great bars, which Villa 360 barely communicates to you. It is possible to walk back and forth, regardless of the tide. All in all, my advice is to temporarily close the hotel, upgrade and improve it, and you’ll have a quality hotel.

Just dreadful - 2 star hotel
Positive - the room was nice and the view was spectacular. The staff are friendly. Negatives - the whole hotel is run down into disrepair. You have to walk across sharp rocks to get from the boat to the hotel. If you want to go out at night, you have to climb over rocks - I slipped and sliced my foot open. The breakfast is dire, with hardly any options in a run down hall. The pool has three loungers that are falling apart - you have to go back to the breakfast room to get towels. There isn’t anywhere to get drinks or food in the day that we saw. All of the guests were super down about their stay. It might have been 4 star a decade ago, but it’s not even 2 stars in my opinion. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone - absolute dive.

Great hotel and great service. They could have informed us better about the daily shuttle schedule and practises. Also it was a bit dissapointing the spa and massage services were unavailable. Overall the stay was excellent, really enjoyed the peaceful enviroment and staff was excellent.

We absolutely loved how secluded this property was! Though it was a bit of a hike up to the villas, the staff were extremely accommodating in providing motor transport to and from the villas. We also loved seeing all the wildlife around the property and being just steps away from the crystal clear waters at the base of the property! The food at the restaurant was great and we loved that week could get a mix of Thai and western food there! The staff was friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Phi Phi!

这是一个明智的选择，虽然没有沙滩但是房间舒适美丽，工作人员热情礼貌，房间天天都打扫的非常干净，房间里还给准备了免费的冷饮和小零食，特别舒服，唯一提醒大家的是两点，第一不要选择包餐，从价格上来说单点更值啊……第二房间的一次性白色拖鞋是不能拿走的，本来想带到飞机穿，结果被告知要150泰铢，这两点注意下就好了，总体说酒店是非常优美适合度假的，我想有机会我还会选择它

Amazing minus the cost of breakfast
GORGEOUS hotel! Our room was amazing and the view was incredible. They provided 6 bottles of water and snacks for free each day!! I wouldn't stay here if you don't enjoy stairs, but otherwiser, I highly recommend. My only complaint is that the breakfast was not included and they charged and extraordinary amount to eat in their restaurant. 590 THB is INSANE for breakfast for one person. Not only that, but they called it a la carte when it was clearly a set menu for one pre-set meal.

Great ocean views and nice comfortable rooms! The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help. However, this hotel looks like it’s seen it’s prime. The outside of the property is very worn and as we were hiking on the back side there was trash and abandoned equipment all around. The hotel is situated on a hill so there are many stairs to get to and from your room to the restaurant and pool area; although the staff are more than happy to pick you up if you call them. Also note that this hotel is located on the windy side of the island...so it actually gets pretty windy in the evenings and early mornings. The current goes out and in every 4 hours so you have to go pretty far out to get to the beach if you want to go swimming. There is another hotel resort and village down to the left but to get there you have to go through the hotel’s garbage area and duck under trees, go over boulders and navigate the incoming current. Not ideal at all. Note that this hotel does not have direct beach access. You have to go down to the resort on the left to get to the beach. (i.e. scramble through the trees, ocean current and rocks). This hotel is not close to town so you are kind of stuck here unless you want to pay 1000 BHT each way for a water taxi. The hotel does provide a free shuttle twice per day either 8 am or 12:30 pm. We were really glad that we only booked one night here. This hotel did not meet our expectations.

Villa 360
The villas are located on a mountain side. Be prepared to walk many stairs to and from your villa. There is a shuttle that will pick you up from your villa following a call to the front desk. The shuttle was quick and convenient. The hotel manager was great as well as the remainder of the hotel staff.

The property had a great view! I wish that it would have been known that it was hard to get to anything when tide was high. I also wish the property mentioned how many stairs there were, it was difficult with an ankle injury.

Jeg ELSKET dette steder! Vi var her på en romantisk tur og dette hotellet passet perfekt! Det var så stille og rolig og med en helt fantastisk service. Jeg følte meg som en prinsesse da vi bodde her. Maten var helt grei, ingen gourmetopplevelse, men (!!!) når den spises den til utsikten ble den rimelig 5-stjerners likevel. Rommene var så nydelige, litt slitt ja men dette er ikke noe nytt hotell. Samtlige ansatte var så utrolig imøtekommende og genuint interessert i at du skulle ha et bra opphold. Tilbake til utsikten, altså WOW! Jeg er faktisk målløs over dette steder og vi skal ABSOLUTT tilbake!

Amazing views of the ocean from all aspects of the hotel! It was about a 20 minute long tail boat ride or 10 minute speed boat ride from the main pier but the hotel offers free shuttle service at scheduled times. Great place to stay for a relaxing stay.

Recommend top resort on Phi Phi island
We had a wonderful stay at villa 360. Staff was great and very helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean. The resort and room were much better than pictured and we were pleasantly surprised. It was expensive to take a taxi boat to the village (not the hotels fault it’s just expensive) if you plan on visiting the village often for the nightlife etc I would recommend staying somewhere closer to the village. Otherwise perfect spot if you are not into the bar scene the pool is gorgeous, they have complimentary kayaks, and you can book an excursion for snorkeling around the island for cheap!

Very quiet location amazing view! Beautiful rooms and very kind staff. We tried booking a massage but there was inly one lady available. But rather than that we had an amazing time!!

Villa 360 gave us exactly what we were wanting, a peaceful retreat away from the world. Our villa was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. The staff were wonderful, incredibly polite and helpful at all times. The food was good, well priced and it was great to be able to enjoy an early dinner and drinks during happy hour by the pool. It was an easy walk to the local village where there were lots of really good, inexpensive restaurants and bars and we were able to get a very well priced private long boat tour of the surrounding islands. The exterior of the property is a bit weathered and could do with some maintenance.

Beautiful view - large villas for all
Wonderfull staff, clean and great service. Amazing view over the beautiful bay. Free transportation. Minibar is largely free, including soft drinks, chocolate and chips, which is a nice touch. Hotel is a bit dated and could use some renovations. Food is not the best, but nice local restaurants are available within walking distance (15 min). The hotel is situated on a very steep hill with long stairs leading up to the villas, so the hotel is not suitable for people with difficulties walking - although staff will drive you up in a golf car if you want. 30 minutes walk through the beautiful jungle hills to Tonsai bay if you feel like it. Overall good stay.

Our mini bar is likes a gimmick that we do surprise to our guest. Regarding food, our kitchen team is trying hard to improve themselves and with help from skillful person to set up workshop.

The best place to rest :)
Villa 360 has a fantastic location near a beautiful beach and small village. The room/cabin has stunning view over the sea and the beach. Friendly staff, but their english could have been better, though not a big problem :) The room is large, the bath has also fantastic view. The included breakfast was absolutely okay. The only negative thing was the wine collection, not good.

Exceptional views. Attentive staff. Remote location away from the main port on Phi Phi, but minutes away from a Village with local food and tourist attractions. I stayed in several villas in Thailand and this was definitely one of my top 3 favorites. absolutely stunning resort.

Saaren paras hotelli, täydellisellä maisemalla
Saaren parhaat näkymät, palvelu loistavaa. Huoneet oli siistejä ja näkymä sängystä sekä kylpyammeesta tuntuu epätodelliselta. Aamupalalla saa nauttia postikorttimaisemasta. Aamupalalla muutenkin sopivasti kaikkea ja päivittäin pientä vaihtuvuutta. Kahden viikon lomalla paras hotelli jonne haluan varmasti takaisin.
