Dear Thomas, Thank you for the detailed feedback. Let me react point by point: The description of the studio is accurate. The size is stated clearly, there are photos, where you can see all the details and we even paid attention not to use wide angle lens during the photo-shooting, not to show the studios bigger than they are in real life. There was a sponge for washing dishes and also liquid. There were 4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and if you would ask for more, we'd be more than happy to give you. You did not... :( We run self catering apartments and so we do not have front desk. As self catering apartments never do. The tap and the temperature of the water is perfectly manageable, you are the first in the last 11 years in our business who was not able to manage it. Wifi runs on 100MBps, I don't think it is slow. You're upset because there was a very strong wind one night and made some noises as winds usually do. And for this reason and because of your frustration, you wrote a "review" trying to hurt us the most. Thank you. Best regards: Laszlo

Dear Jason, Thank you for the feedback. I'm very sorry for your disappointment. Jason. All those you're complaining about is visible on the photos and the size of the room is shown also. The price should not be a surprise either, as it is shown before you book. The shower is 90x90 cm, designed for normal size people, never had complaints before. Still, I'm very sorry for your disappointment. Next time, I'd suggest you to book a big apartment instead of a studio. Thank you! Best regards: Laszlo

I'm glad you had an overall positive experience with us. :) I'm sorry for the TV, but these are the channels our cable provider can provide with. :( Also, the bed remains a sensitive point all times. Some like it hard, some soft. We have medium hard mattresses, as it seems, this is a good option for the most of us. Hello, Thank you for the feedback. I'm not sure why didn't you mention you had issues with the internet while you were in the apartment. Usually a restart fixes the problem. Also, I'm not sure if the internet issue was the ONLY problem you have had, did it ruin your entire stay? To downgrade us to 4 out of 10 points? I mean, I do understand, internet is important. Hi, Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry for the bed. We already replaced it for you. I have no clue what has happened, but we'll double check all beds to make sure non is broken.
