Appartement bien situé
Bel appartement, dans une résidence ultra-sécurisée, avec parking souterrain associé. Tout marche (sauf l'ouverture de l'une des porte-fenêtres). Pas facile à trouver en arrivant de nuit. C'est en fait juste à coté du Westin, grand hotel du coin. Il y a un restaurant directement en bas de la résidence (pas besoin de sortir), idéal pour le diner et le petit déjeuner. Le Waterfront est à 1.5km, donc pas très loin. Appartement avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Ne pas hésiter.

Overall this was a perfectly good location and apartment. The location is not that easy to walk from but there is a free canal boat service to the Waterfront. The best way to get around if you don't have a car is Uber there are thousands of drivers and the rates are extremely low. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the utilities you would require. Ideal for a couple. Internet access was good and a large choice of TV channels. The view was good as was the organisation. Slightly strange arrangement with the use of electric being bothered almost on a daily basis about whether we have a enough electric. There is a restaurant on the ground floor with a good variety of food and drinks and a small terrace overlooking the canal. The only disappointment with the entire booking was a ridiculously high charge the owners made to collect me from the airport. Four times the charge of Uber and twice the charge of a regular taxi. Tipoa Rental Car have just opened an office nearby and there is space for parking in the basement. This location and apartment his recommended.

Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry you were disappointed with the price of your transfer. Please be advised that we do NOT accept to do an airport transfer unless the price has been agreed to by our client in writing. It is an expensive exercise for us and we understand there may be other means of transfer but also know that taxi drivers have a tendency to overcharge overseas clients. It is in the end much cheaper and safer to utilise our service. Of course when flights are delayed or changed at the last minute, we do not charge any extra but we are subjected to extra cost, whereas a client can get a refund from his travel insurance. Good convention location and waterfront canal taxi
Good location for the Cape Town Convention Center and to take a canal taxi into the Waterfront. Apartments are located in between main freeway and busy harbour road so can be noisy, but it's not a massive issue. Convenient restaurant in building with acceptable menu, just very limited choice of meals. Nice apartment size for up to two at reasonable rate.

Hotel ist in Zentrumsnähe (mit Auto 10 Minuten)
Hotel bzw. das Apartment, welches ich gebucht hatte entsprach meinen Vorstellungen. Ich empfehle allerdings ein Mietwagen (Tiefgarage ist vorhanden) da die Sehenswürdigkeiten doch in einiger Entfernung liegen. Mängel: Momentan und voraussichtlich noch ein paar Monate, befindet sich das Hotel direkt neben einer Baustelle (mitunter Lärm). Außerdem ist die Anzahl der TV-Kanäle (nur ca. 10 von 50 möglichen DSTV-Pay-TV-Kanälen freigeschalten) für diese Preiskategorie etwas dürftig.
