Estimado, lamentamos tu experiencia y nos extraña, ya que nos esmeramos en lograr que cada detalle de nuestros espacios esté cuidado y no hemos tenido previamente ningún reclamo por los olores. Valparaíso, por otro lado, es una ciudad puerto que no siempre tiene el mejor aroma. Ojalá en tu próxima visita disfrutes más.
