Love this UPDATED AND SUPER CLEAN MOTEL
This is really a small town gem that’s conveniently close to the city The staff are more than helpful and very courteous and the rooms are 100% updated and super clean This was the first time I have ever felt I was in a clean and sanitary and pest free hotel I’ve ever experienced It’s not super fancy but it’s very modern and hands down the best shower than any hotel in the area They are pet friendly and by far the most relaxing time I’ve had in a while simply because I had my dog with me and felt clean and safe for the first time in a hotel I’ve experienced in a very long time The only thing I wished they had was breakfast But at the great rates I’m not complaining

The rooms were great for what we paid. The location was easy to access from a major highway. However, i was provided with 3 different check in times and when I went to check in I waited at the desk for 30 minutes while ringing the bell every 5 minutes and did not receive service. So I left and came back 30 minutes later and ther were 2 people behind the desk. They did not have the booking correct. I paid for 2 rooms and they tried to only give me 1. Then my rooms were separated because of this.

Great stay for a great price
When I checked in the guy in the front was very nice complemented my truck and made sure I was gunna be happy with my stay. We ended up needed another pillow and I went to the desk and the lady there was very helpful and wanted us happy. Over all I would stay here again.

Convenient, quiet, affordable
Clean comfortable room. Good for the price. Sits close to the main road, but seemed pretty quiet. Check in was nice and quick. Prince the hotel dog gave a nice greeting!

This property is managed by a local family and is staffed by them 24/7. Such a relief, they were so nice and accommodating during my weekend stay. AND the family dog "Prince" was the cutest front desk greeter! Would definitely stay there again.

Check in was very efficient and Craig was extremely accommodating. He made sure our room was close to an exit door so we could take our little 5 pound Yorkie outside. Upon our request Craig also put us in a room on the main floor, since my wife and I have bad knees and don’t maneuver stairs real well. We really appreciated Craig’s follow up with a phone call to our room after we made him aware we were having some trouble with the tv remote. We’ve stayed in 5 star resort hotels, paying big money for luxury suites numerous times and can honestly say we’ve never received the prompt response and cooperation Craig afforded us! Thank you Craig for services rendered!

Don’t expect much
No coffee , even at 7am! No one at the reception desk in the morning. We were ignored by the person in room behind the counter, so we just left the room keys on the counter. Room had no chair, no shampoo, stiff towels, stained bed linens, and really poor workmanship on the recent remodel.

Towels had stains. Sheets on bed he stains or spots on then that made me uneasy about sleeping on them. But we got back late and didn't want to Deal with it so just toughed it out and went to sleep.

Love the motel 6 in Augusta. Will return!!
Loved staying here. Friendly staff! Craig was awesome! Very welcoming and cordial! Great rooms! Good location near the city without big city prices. Friendly guests. Will definitely stay again!

Expedia sent confirmation of my reservation. When we get their there is no record of our confirmation and payment. Earlier in the week I made a reservation prior to my call to Expedia. We are told no rooms available. I told the Expedia agent there is a reservation in my name they still have. Agent said no room available and started to find me a room in another hotel close by. This was a basketball tournament. We had a game to play. After hours they found nothing. We approached the same hotel we had reservation from told them we had a prior reservation. It was still available. We checked in. Had to pay for rooms again. Not impressed with our experience

It was different.....the floors in the rooms were fake wood. Not one rug anywhere. The sheets had dirt marks on them on both beds and the towels just did not look clean. Nothing was provided in the way of amenities. I had to buy a hair dryer. It was a bare minimum room. Would not stay here again,

I went off a couple other reviews stating this was a newly remodeled facility. However slapping some paint, very poorly might add, is not remodeled. The room was obviously smoking at one point as it had a heavy underlying smell of smoke. The beds were layered with padding, they are no where new or even reasonably good ones. The bathroom door know was so loose I was afraid we may not get out. There was no overnight attendant and had to call later to check out. There was only a lonely bar of soap, no shampoo, conditioner or any other items. The towels while they mostly smell clean, are no where white. I would not return to this location or any others if it is like this location.

Clean, Quiet and comfortable - Will stay again
Hotel was quiet, clean and at the edge of town close to MANY places to eat, and across street from wal-mart. Bare bones room - no toiletries (so don't forget yours) nowhere to sit other than a hard wooden desk chair (or the bed) but if your just staying over while traveling - it's great! bed was super comfortable too!!

Hidden gem!!
Great experience!! Craig at the front desk has excellent customer service!! He was so helpful and friendly and made sure I had everything I needed! The rooms are spacious and very clean and welcoming. When in Augusta, this is definitely the place to stay!

updated hotel with fantastic new beds
hotel is nicely updated still has a bit of the old issues (musty in bathrooms and room without fans/air on) but beds are SUPER COMFORTABLE. best sleep i've had in weeks!
