Spent one night at this property which is conveniently located close to restaurants and the Kingman Route 66 museum. Unfortunately, the room left much to be desired. The tub in the washroom still had leftover hair from previous occupants and we woke up to find a bedbug scurrying underneath the pillow.

The good the bad and the ugly. The evening and morning receptionists were very nice and professional. The beds were good and we slept well. Tv was ok and we had hot water. That is the good. The refrigerator reeked. I realize you can’t control what guests place in it but you’ve got to get it clean. I opened it and immediately closed and opened the door for fresh air. That is the bad. After unloading the car I took one of my sons to the shower. I walked across the street to buy a small rubber mat. The shower was simply filthy dirty. Tub, walls, curtain, drain, faucets - everything. Told my son not to sit down and don’t touch anything. If my other son hadn’t fallen asleep when I was unloading I’d have asked for another room. That’s the ugly

Staff very friendly. Shower disgusting and toilet not clean. Shower base turning black and actually had cracks. No micro or fridge. Only bar soap. I don't think motel 6 will be used again.

Das einzig gute waren die sehr angenehmen und bequemen Betten (King Bett) in den Räumen 402 403, die Größe des Zimmers und die Nähe zum guten diner 'Calico's'. Ansonsten waren in beiden Zimmern die Böden dreckig (mit Fußspuren und klebrigen Stellen). Ebenfalls lagen Haare in den Badewannen, die wohl nicht ausgetauscht wurden bei der Renovierung. Die Zimmer werden wohl offensichtlich von Arbeitern gebucht, die draußen (und wahrscheinlich auch drinnen) rauchen. Deshalb roch es leider auch im Zimmer nach kaltem Rauch! Für eine Nacht mit zugedrückten Augen okay, aber nicht zu empfehlen für längere Aufenthalte.

Stayed here several times over the years, and will likely stay again when passing through. Large rooms, fridge and microwave option, plenty of areas to walk the dogs, very friendly staff. Love to hear the trains roll by!

Conveniently located, and easy to access. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, with option of fridge and microwave. Reasonably clean, though shower is dirty and in need of replacement. Hot water takes several minutes to start running warm. Good water pressure, comfy bed, lots of space to walk the doggins. Stayed here several times, and likely will again when passing through.

This is the best motel 6 I have ever stayed at. Always clean and friendly staff. The rooms have been renovated and are awesome. Best value in Kingman. It is because of my stays at this location that have led me to stay at other Motel 6’s as I travel.

The room floor was dirty & sticky because they didn’t wash it. The pillows were old,flat & worn out. Even for the low price I don’t think I will stay there again. I was told by their employee that the Motel 6 corporation doesn’t monitor or check these facilities to make sure they are up to their standards. Because of that the owners or managers just do as little as possible to bring in any business & that’s a poor way to operate any business. Thanks Ron Garrison

The motel was easy to check into and we got into our room fast. The room was dirty, there were pubic hairs on the toilet seat and dirt on the floor, I opened one of the plastic cups to use to wash my mouth with water after brushing my teeth and it tasted like womans perfume. The buttons on the heater/cooler were picked off and we had to flip the breaker on the plug to turn it on.

This place was disgusting. The toilet had a ring around it. The tub was so dirty we couldn't shower. The sink was dirty. Then, I cleaned up some spilled water on the floor and the towel was black. The area was convenient but no sufficient parking. Also, you have to pay for the wifi. The "free" wifi does not work at all. I could not do any school because of this and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantasia is a rude and mean person
Angelina was extremely nice over the phone she helped me change my reservation due to me not getting in until after 3:50 super nice. I get to the hotel after driving through the night to be greeted by Fantasia she was extremely loud and rude. First off I was on crutches she didn’t open the door for me and watched me struggle to open the door and made me go out to the car and get my BF drivers License (which I’ve stayed here multiple times and no one has ever asked for it) she loudly tells me “I am a stickler for the rules so it is what it is” she again watched me struggle to open the door no help at all. I will not stay there again due to the rudeness and attitude from Fantasia.

It's a motel 6....
The sheets are cheap, itchy and over washed. The towels are cheap and very tiny lol but the room was clean, updated and sufficient for a night. The heater worked well and the property was safe and well lit. You're getting what you pay for at this price but it's great for a night before hitting the road again.
