Stay started off bad at check-in, clerk was asleep and had the awakened. Once checked in I went to room and couldn't get in room due electronic mechanism failing to unlock door. Went back to desk, clerk stated she would send maintenance. I went back to room and while waiting for maintenance, I continued to try key card. As maintenance was about 100 ft away, door finally opened. Once in room, I found the vanity mirror broken and TV wouldn't come on. I would've called the desk, but there was no phone in room. Went back to desk and informed clerk. She called for maintenance again. Met maintenance at room and was advised that they would have to change out TV. Maintenance also supposedly fixed door at this time also. Once TV had been replaced, I had to leave to pick up some dinner. When I arrived back at motel, I again had problems entering room. After approximately 15 to 20 key swipes, the door finally unlocked. At this point I made a reservation for another site nearby for the next night since this was supposed to be a two night stay. The morning on departure, I went to desk and cancelled my 2nd night
