The manager was not supposed to charge my card before I got there. The card was only applied to hold a room until we arrived but it was charged. The manager's transaction placed my balance in the negative. Fortunately for her, my bank did not put overdraft charges on my card. I received a deposit at midnight the following day to compensate for the deficit. I did not see any other abnormalities, but I will keep an eye over the next few weeks just in case. Also, the tv did not work the first night after the attendant assured us it would only be off for less than an hour. It finally came on the second day. The worst issue was the bed was too hard. I had back pain from the experience. I have liked Motel 6, but this one has much to work on.
