Roaches in the room. Loud ppl outside in the parking lot all night. My air conditioner worked but made a loud screeching noise all night. Rooms were gross. Personally, wouldn’t recommend.

Pedro at the front desk is such a great person he is super helpful . We had lost a wallet and went out his way to help us find it and even delivered to our room when he found it .

It was great the first two days, then the 3rd day my room power went out. When I came down stairs to tell manager, he began talking to me as if I was in convince at nd stupid( I'm a disabled person) and that I must unplug everything, he began yelling at me when I told him I only have my phone charger plugged in, he started cussing and screaming very loud, told me I must check out that he'll flip switch but I must go. He don't care that it's 3 am n I have no car to leave I asked what his bosssd number is he told me to piss off.. , he stormed off and I went to room n the power was still off, I was the only room on floor with no power, but he came to my room to check n there was no power n I had nothing plugged in n he applogize and got me a new room, the new room was great till about 10 am, when my power came on and off for about a hour I'm afraid Togo say anything to him.

Reasonable cost, friendly staff
It was a fine base for me visiting famiky. The front desk people were very nice to deal with. The only curious thing was a wierdly made bed-bottom sheet, blanket, top sheet.

I have bed bug bites from my recent stay at Motel 6. The bites itch without relief and are bleeding now. I better get scars from these. Comparing these bites to bites from the internet I am sure they are from bed bugs. I wore sleep pants and socks the first night and shorts an and no socks the rest of my stay. I reported this to the night front desk person and he said ok and hung up on me. I would like a credit for at least one night. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow. I know I travelociy will not disappoint.

Nightmare run. Stay at the other hotel in Cordelia
Dirty counter, floors have not been swept in ages nor mopped. Bed bug cover ripped off bed in the middle of the night and I woke up with my face in the nasty mattress. Neighbors were extremely loud they were up fighting verbally and physically slamming doors all night till 4:30 am. They also had a child in the room and he was crying and yelling all night as well. I didn’t get much sleep because everytime the door slammed it would wake me up. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. There was an issue with hotels.com they room I went in expecting to have i had already payed for had been sold out so they up charged me to a “deluxe” room which wasn’t even a deluxe how is just having a fridge and no microwave a deluxe? I’ve had the same issue with hotels.com for my last 3 stays in different hotels but neither of the other hotels up charged me because I went in expecting a different room.

How about a refund
Hotel was under renovations. Understandable. I didn't feel comfortable staying the night with transient people roaming around. there was a camper trailer on blocks next to a car that looked vandalized in the parking lot. Overall bad experience and a waist of money as I didn't stay the night.

They put me in a smoking room. It smelled really bad. Also it not feel sabe in the property. I was a bit scared. The staff were very unplesand. It was a cheap stay but it was not a good economy.

Ok not great
Overall ok for the price. There were some sketchy people hanging around the property not sure if they had rooms or were just there. The front desk guy was nice. Probably wont stay here again as I just didn't care for the aesthetic of the hotel. Room could use some updates the smoke detector was even missing.
