This facility was noisy. The people next door where loud and uncaring about any noise they made. Brought it up with the motel office and the next night this particular room had a fight at 2am and proceeded to beat each other up. After 2 nights with barely any sleep we packed up and left at 3am. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS FACILITY.

Staff was very friendly and tried his best but as he was new didnt know everything. Tv didnt work and was never fixed. The room was over 35c and even after turning down had to open the door to cool off. Ground floor so everyone that came in you heard till 1 am then it got quiet.

I was charged 4 separate fees for one night! To be fair, when I called to inquire about this, they were very good at getting back to me quickly and fixed the issue immediately.

Very quiet, staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. When I arrived to book in they surprised me by upgrading me to a bigger room with a bigger kitchenette at no additional cost. Will definitely go back again and would recommend to others.

This wasn't a bad place to stay really. I stayed here specifically because they accepted Debit / Cash for payment. I forgot my physical Credit Card in travel 😖. I was told a Deposit price and that it could be paid in Cash. Within half an hour I try to check in , and they seemed to have no idea I was paying Debit and Vash , and then added on another $50 because of Cash for deposit. That was not mentioned over phone at Ll. Room was pretty clean and tidy and made up. But bed sheets had a lot of leftover cat hair all over , and found a lot of random long threads of hair around the bed. I have very short hair , so definitely wasn't mine.

The place was good for the basics, a place to sleep and watch some TV. If you need many amenities (pool, breakfast, housekkeping every day, gym etc.) this is maybe not the spot for you. The staff were great and very helpful. We had a noise issue twice and they were very effective and efficient in dealing with it. The staff were great to deal with and very helpful during our 3 day stay. Price was good for our needs.

We stayed here because they allow pets, the only complaint we had was that the door did not have a good seal around it, so it was loud when the wind was blowing, which is all the time in Lethbridge.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and check in was easy. However, the parking in front of our room in the back of the motel was too tight to use and not very well lit. I asked for a different room in the front where there was more parking available which worked great. It was much more noisy in the front but more accessible.

I liked it
The woman at the front desk was nice. The cleaning ladies were friendly. It was quiet, had its own thermostat and was fairly priced. A bidet isn’t something you get in every hotel.

Basic accommodations - clean and good price point. If you are only sleeping and showering for an overnight stay, this is the perfect place for budget-minded travellers a especially for one person. Shower was outstanding - best experienced for a while!

The unit was in great shape and the shower was fantastic. Only small complaint was that the bed was hard but that is a personal preference and you can’t please everyone.

Two bedroom with Kitchenette
I booked a room with two bedrooms. They are both clean but the bed makes noise at certain times when you move around. The hot plate in the room does not seem to work or function. The toilet comes with a Japanese style water spray which is really cool. Both AC units work. The lighting is also good. Overall, the stay room was good.
