Excellent area filled with helpful people-wonderful boutiques- great bars and restaurants- beautiful buildings-60 Balconies is a charming building and our apartment was very spacious and pleasantly furnished- although seriously needed more light in the living area! Comfortable beds and linens- helpful staff

Es un lindo departamento en el primer piso, no es necesario utilizar el elevador ya que es muy cerca. Amplio, limpio cómodo y bonito. Muy cerca del Banco de España, a unas calles de Serrano y a unos 10 minutos caminando de la gran Vía.

Excellent place in the trendy Recoletas area. Really close to Cheuca and all the fun bars and restaurants. Our room 1B was excellent and really large. Great to have maid service which was excellent. Only suggestion would be to add more lighting since in the night it is a bit dark. Would highly suggest for families -we were four adults and place worked amazingly well.

Highly recommend
I would recommend 60 Balconies to anyone. The kiosk check in process was a slight problem because our 13 year old was "a minor" and we couldn't get past that point except by lying about her age. Otherwise everything was wonderful! We would absolutely stay here again..

Estadia bastante confortável para hospedagem de família (no meu caso, casal com dois filhos). Localização excelente, que permite conhecer muitos pontos turísticos e museus a pé. Único ponto de aprimoramento: máquina de lavar roupas poderia também ter a função de secar.

Buena ubicación pero me tocó habitacion sin vista.
El hotel es muy bonito. Me dieron una habitación que no tenía ninguna ventana a ningún lugar despejado. La habitación era grande y agradable. Solicite check-out tardio y sí bien no lo aprobaron de inmediato lo terminaron aprobando por lo cual quedó agradecido.

The property was great and well maintained. The description of the 2 Ed room one bath in level BB is inaccurate. It does not make clear that this is an apartment that is sub street level. Windows do not open, are opaque and the second bedroom is windowless. Instead you sent me a very deceptive picture of another apartment that had bright airy windows.

Away from tourist trap. Great.
Overall great apartment. We had top floor which was quiet but really is only for 2 people as only 1 bed and no sofa bed as advertised but not a problem for us. Great location in an upmarket area away from tourist trap.

Unfortunately despite booking well in advance on arrival we were given the last studio on the ground floor. It was spacious and clean however Ground floor bedroom only had a window into the courtyard next to the luggage store and toilet and opposite the office. This meant we could never have the shutters or window open. Basement bedroom had no natural light, was damp and had brick and mortar falling from the ceiling. Living room although spacious and light had only frosted windows but until half way through our stay when bamboo was planted outside it felt that we were visible when our lights were on, not ideal. I asked to be moved but this was not possible, it was a disappointment after the pictures I had seen online. I feel this studio should either not be used or rented with caveats and discount.

In a nutshell: great place to stay! Beautiful building with nice little apartments. Great location, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Metro station is just a few blocks away.

Rymlig och trevligt boende med lugnt och centralt
Mycket trevlig och rymlig lägenhet. Vi bodde i varianten med ett sovrum och två badrum. Skön säng i stort sovrum. Badrum med både badkar och dusch. Varmt vatten med bra tryck, vilket man inte alltid hittar. Köket var välutrustat och hade köksö med bra och bekväm sittyta. Centralt men mycket lugnt läge. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

The property is very clean and nicely updated. Location is ideal and the apartment spacious. Check-in was really easy and the staff very responsive. Want to point also how nice the cleaning lady Lis was ... a real sweet heart that goes above and beyond to ensure you have all you need. Will definitely go back next time I visit Madrid.
