The property is in need of a facelift and cleaning of the main lobby area. Very dingy looking. The room was ok. Some long hairs stuck to wall and in my towels. Light switch in bathroom had visible dirt. Again, furniture and carpeting could really use updating. Pool area near my room was closed. Pool was drained and the pool area was FULL of crap.. tools old furniture. Very unsightly. Also out door D was an old camper that someone was staying in that looked kind of shady. The price was cheap, so i guess u get what u pay foe in this instance.

Ok for a one night.
We were checked in prior to getting to the hotel. The room stunk like smoke. There was hair on the bathtub. The curtain didn't close all the way. The TV was below eye level. We just need a place to stay prior to my surgery.

Upon our arrival, we were told the pool was down since the day before but we were never notified in time to cancel. The staff lied and said allvother ones in the area were closed, and just because the pool is down, doesnt warrant a cancellation. We had young children that were looking forward to the pool and this is the big reason we booked this hotel. The place was being renovated and had a mess every where and was dirty. My room only had electrical outlets on one wall and the other ones were not even covered. The beds were comfortable, but the toilet plugged and we needed to rush to the front lobby for a plunger, the walls were freshly painted, but the crome bathroom fixtures were rusty. A guest that was there for several days said the pool was full on friday and she went for supper, when she came back the pool was empty. The breakfast area was a mess because of their renovations. Overall we HAD to stay or we would have been charged. Another guy checking in that used travelocity was told the hotel notified travelocity about the pool the day prior so he could not cancel. Our other friend stayed here the same day and was double charged!

This was a big disappointment. They were under construction and we couldn't even grab our own breakfast. They had also mixed me up with someone else and given my room away. But were able to get it back.. We did not feel safe and our room was ok except for a large print that was laying on the floor because it had fallen off the wall.

Sorry that you had to drive so far. We are unable to find your reservation, so if you could please provide your full name so we can look into this further. Yes, we are undergoing RENOVATIONS, so yes there will be some dust, which is cleaned periodically through out the day. However, it does not affect the rooms in anyway, so the rooms are perfectly clean. The lobby is next to the breakfast area so people will see that, but it is clean nonetheless. As for the pool, due to the bad weather, a pipe busted. This was out of our control. However, this is an amenity, not a necessity. We wished that you would’ve stayed so you could see that it would’ve been a comfortable stay with great service as the majority of our guests had that kind of experience with us. Some did complain as you have about the pool and renovations, yes, but after the remodeling is completed, it will be much better for everybody. I have stayed at this hotel before. And now gave it a decent review. So I decided to give it another chance. They are currently doing remodels. So the pool and hot tub weren't open again. That's excusable. The room I stayed in was partially updated. The bed was a pillow top beauty rest. It was pretty comfortable, and I did look for bed bugs.... I didn't find any. The room had a sleeper sofa in it that that from the early 90s.and should probably be burned. This room had an updated bathroom. The tile was clean and looked really nice. But the tub wasn't. It had cracked at some point where n it's life and they fixed it and painted over it.... The paint is pedaling off, and the crank is visible.... So I wasn't sure if it was leaking or jot. The Faucet leaks badly, and the water got Luke warm.... Nothing better after a long car ride than a Luke warm shower. I get it they are remodeling. But the straw that broke this camels back is, there wasn't any continental breakfast in the morning. I think the last time I stayed here I payed 40 dollars, I think this time I paid 66 on Expedia.... It's not bad for a 40 dollar room.... But for an almost 70 dollar room.... That's a hard no.

However, we did provide breakfast upon request and brought it to guests’ rooms and notified every guest that we were doing so because of the renovations. There is record of this. We are happy that you liked that room and bed. As for the bathroom, if you could give us your name or room number so we can confirm because we have checked our rooms for any damages or issues. We wished you would have told us while you were here so we could look at it for you accommodated you accordingly. Thank you for your feedback. The remodeling is necessary to improve the experience of our guests in the future. It may look inconvenient, but it does not interfere with the services we provide. Since we are remodeling, there is no place to sit. To combat this, we did tell every guest that checked in that we would be providing breakfast to peoples’ rooms upon request during breakfast hours. We even provided breakfast and hour early for some guests who requested. In addition, this is a non smoking facility. We wished you would’ve complained right away so we could’ve done something to improve your experience with us and to fix that for future guests coming in. Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you had a bad experience. You walked in right after you made your reservation, so there wasn’t time for it to show up in our system. Even though it wasn’t there yet, we attempted to get you into the room and we require a credit card for incidental. We had to notify you that if the money does not come from the third party, we would have to take payment from the incidental as we cannot give rooms for free. We do not control third party reservations and we did try to tell you it came in as you were walking outside. Try to book with us directly in the future, that way we can avoid any complications. Looks nothing like pictures on line. False advertising. Claimed not to have my reservation, then tried to pressure me into paying for the room again. Said they would refund me in the morning or Hotels.com would refund me in the morning. I had called before reservations were made to make sure the pool was available and was lied too. It has been down for months. They offer continental breakfast, but I would not have ate there. They have a layer of dirt everywhere from the remodeling that is going on. Very rude and dishonest manager. Refused to refund my money when we finally had enough. Stood in lobby for over half an hour while they claimed my reservation wasn’t there and I should pay for the room again. When we refused and were walking out then they had the reservation. But refused to refund me when I said we were not going to stay there. My son also saw a mouse in the lobby while I was trying to check in. Filthy place, dishonest, and possibly dangerous due to construction materials left out all over and rodents.

There was an issue that day with Hotels.com so the reservation wasn’t coming through initially, this is something that is not within our control. You did pay Hotels.com for the reservation, not us. We did our best to accommodate you by checking you in with an incidental and if Hotels.com’s payment did not come through then we would’ve had to take from the incidental as we do not provide rooms for free. We were just trying to get you into the room that way you could be comfortably in the room while we sorted out the issues with Hotels.com. The breakfast area was actually a lot cleaner thank you described as I was in the middle of cleaning when your family came in. As for the, “rodent” I personally was a guest prior to working here and I have never seen or heard of pests of ANY kind being here and neither have ANY of our guests. It’s not nice to lie about things like that, please avoid that in the future as it is unbecoming. Very disappointed
Front check in and breakfast area fully under renovations and just a mess. Room booked was not ready had to provide one that had been cleaned. Pool and hot tub out of order and looked like had been for a while so when I booked this should have been on website saying under maintenance. Felt very sketchy and if I had of been by myself I would not have felt comfortable staying. There was also someone living in a camper out back plugged into electrical outlets

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. The sitting area was the place in which the renovations were taking place, the breakfast was perfectly fine. We do apologize for the room mix up, but it was quickly amended when you were given a clean room. The pool had not been closed for months, we did send a notice to whom we needed to, but there must have been a delay in updating that status. However, we did have a sign saying that the hot tub and pool were not operational. If a guest parks their camper, trailer, etc. it is their business and theirs alone. They are allowed to bring those things with them when they travel. We provide outside outlets for campers or any other vehicles that require them. You may not have that kind of experience, but some people do travel with campers or trailers and require that service. They were gone a couple of days afterward. Sincerely, JP

Dirty, renovating with no signs, picked up the remote and it was filthy, it had a very uncomfortable feeling. 4 cars in the lot and they put me at the farthest point from the lobby after requesting to be as close as possible. The guy checking me in took a call from his “sweetie.” The don’t plow their lot and the don’t shovel but one walkway about a foot and half wide enough to get through the door. There were long dark hairs all over the room. I could keep going but instead will NEVER stay here every again.

When we arrived the entrance area was under renovation. There were tools and materials all over the entrance and breakfast area with dust all over everything including trim and material on tables and chairs. Also the hot tub was Out of service. We refused to stay there and booked elsewhere.

Walking in to the hotel, we were a bit worried. The floor was ripped up and it smelled very musty. They might be doing some remodeling? Great check in, the guy behind the desk was very polite. The building was very hot and muggy. Our room was ok, nothing special. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We were escorted into the hotel by 3 police officers responding to an incident with a guest. Luckily, our room was right next to that guest. She began screaming in the room at 6 am... The hotel itself was not in good repair. Needed a good remodel. Tub did not drain.

Not totally what we expected
The staff was fine/friendly at check in, however they charged us a higher rate at check-in than what was shown on hotels.com and I’m still waiting to see if there is a refund coming. They had told me it was because of a second adult in the room when I had in fact made the reservation for 2. I spoke with a rep from hotels.com and they connected with the hotel and was told it was a damage deposit that I should be getting back. We shall see. The bed was comfortable/clean, the room wasn’t cleaned well with sticky brown substances on the countertop and chair. We were most disappointed with the free breakfast selection. Typically used to a few more options than cereal and toast with warm coffee. The last place we stayed for the same rate offered a wider selection of baked goods and even scrambled eggs/bacon. Not sure I would suggest this as a place to stay if other options are available.

Hello, Sorry I don’t have name to start with. Our Breakfast on weekend start at 7-10 and week days 6-9. I have been in Managment from almost last 3 months and we haven’t been late at all. Even if someone requests early or little late than we try to accommodate. Remodeling, redecorating, updates on are good for customer and property. Since this is 24 hr service, we try to work around. If it may have caused any problem than I’m deeply sorry but in future when you come it will better and completely nice looking entry. I hope you can revisit and enjoy our updated property and please let me know if you are leaving early than I can arrange early breakfast for you or your family. Again sorry if you had any trouble due to our remodeling.

Our booked room wasn't available when we arrived. There was some kind of repairs/remodeling that was being done. Offered 1 double Q. for 4 adults & 1 child with blankets to sleep on hard floor for 4 nights. Ended up having to get 2 rooms. One double Q & 1 K. Charged discounted prices on both rooms. Management did their best to accommodate. Hadn't planned on extra room expenses in budget. Oh well, we made it work. Bed was very comfortable. Seemed like hotel staff too was overwhelmed by the number of guests. Breakfast choice was small, good. Very convenient location. Overall we had a nice stay/visit in Fargo.

Even your son came quite many times for coffee and we had little conversation and everything seemed fine. Not worth the money.
For a Wyndham hotel it does not meet their standards in my opinion. It was upsetting to arrive only to find the pool and hot tub under construction. Could have rented the hotel next door for $15 cheaper a night but chose this one because it had a pool and hot tub. It would have been nice if there was something on hotels.com or the hotel website about this. Bring your own pillow because theirs are so soft you bash your head into the headboard. Toilet seat was broken and mentioned it to the front desk but when we returned from a day out it was still broken. Shower pressure is weak but at least there is nphot water. Hotel is run down and a little shady. Could have stayed at the other super 8 up the road in a newer building. Truly upsetting.

Staff was very helpful! Beds where nice comfortable and clean. Asked to change our room from below ground and she was very nice when I told her it was for health reasons I would prefer to be above ground. We would stay again.

Lots of dust everywhere. Bed was comfortable and looked clean. We booked based on the use of pool. Pool was out of order. Would have been nice to have known that prior or we would have booked elsewhere.

No customer service
They gave out room away and refused to give me another one for the same price. We were told there were no rooms that would fit five adults until a cleaning lady came to the front and asked if there was a problem. She convinced the front desk clerk to give us a suite with enough beds for us. The pools were so cold we couldn’t use them and the hot tub was broken. When she couldn’t help me I suggested she call her manager and she said she couldn’t do that. The internet never worked. It was not a good experience at all.

Beds were extremely comfortable, room was clean, staff was friendly. My down points were. Pool was a little to cool and the hot tub was not working which was the reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub.

it’s ok
The room was ok the rack on wall was barely on. Roger told front desk they just looked at him said ok will let maintenance know. Toilet was really low felt like you were falling to floor.

Overall
Very dirty.. transite people everywhere. I would not ever recommend or stay here again.
