My family and I enjoyed our stay for two nights. We found that the location was convenient. What we didnt like was the noise from the street traffic. I plan to stay again in the near future. Thank you so much.

Stated here many times never had a issue they had me in thr rooms in the rear was super dirty and staff was unprofessional and rude.

Rooms stank with what I assume was a cleaner or room deoderizer. Group drinking beer in the parking lot was unsettling.

Places around it are still renovating, so if no transportation you have to walk further to get to convenient stores etc …, won’t recommended walking towards the evening seem a little bit of a rough neighborhood.

I didn't like that the hotels rooms was not kept up right the first room she tried to give me was nasty who had to have semen on the covers and smell like a molded room.. the lady at the front desk had no customer service or hospitality

They do not honor the 2 hour early check in , nor do they honor the 2 hour check out even though that’s what I paid for through Expedia. The Hispanic woMAN was so rude and literally was beating on the door at 10:40 am to remind us to be out at 11am. We paid for a jetted tub…IT WAS DIRTY! The blow dryer did not work. The toilet clogged. It was just a mess. I definitely would not recommend stay here until they upgrade the staff and the rooms! I will say.. the bed was comfortable. The towels, blankets and pillows were clean too.

I reserved a non-smoking room and when I checked in the room smelled like smoke. I also noticed the was a burn hole in the sheet. I didn’t even stay I just left and went somewhere else and highly recommend everyone go somewhere else.

The hotel and room were fine its the employees who kicked me out because my service dog was dangerous when they had no interaction with him whatsoever. I paid good money and was quiet and kept to my self didnt bother anybody and was treated like trash worst hotel staff ive ever dealt with

We did not like the room at all. The receptionist at the front desk was horrible and not helpful. They gave us smoking room when we don’t even smoke. It was so strong we asked her kindly if she can move us and she was rude. She said no and we had to spray the room with a lot of scent sprays to take some of the smell. We had no choice but to stay because it was already really late and we were extremely tired from driving. We will never ever come back. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms were horrible as well. I would strongly tell people to not ever come here, go somewhere else.

Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy Staff was not very friendly or understanding. Rooms were dirty and smelled like mold. Had a hard time falling asleep because of the smell.

Stayed here as a family of 3. The outside area was ok, was not great, but it was alright. The room smells moldy, and you can see some mold in the AC, the price was decent enough for the area

A+ at Super 8
I live in Texas and don't get the chance to travel, much less stay in a hotel or motel. However, the opportunity presented itself to meet up with a friend for a little R&R. And of all places I got to cross state lines and roll into Lake Charles, La. and get a sample of that La. hospitality. I actually made good time, with not so bad traffic and really nice weather. I had reserved a king size, non-smoking room with a jetted jacuzzi type tub. Upon arriving early I was greeted with a smile and friendly chatter. I was pleasantly surprised to be given the room key before the normal 3 o'clock check-in time. However, as I got to the room I attempted to open the door as shown on the key but the door wouldn't open. Thankfully a young lady was cleaning a room a few doors down and didn't hesitate to help me. She let me in with a pass key and even brought a new working key back to me. All done with a smile and we laughed about it. The room was clean and neat. There was a smell in the room but when I saw they were renovating some rooms so that was where the smell was coming from. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked great, great water pressure as well as hot water. Very enjoyable stay and if I get the chance to go back to La. the Super 8 by Wyndham will probably be seeing me again. Thank you to all the staff for making my trip less stressful. Keep up the good work.

The front desk lady obviously doesn’t like her job. She has the attitude that the customer is always wrong. The problem was how we paid for a full breakfast as advertised on Expedia and was told that they only offered coffee and juice. When we asked for a refund she said no. She also told Liz at Expedia that they did offer a full breakfast, the opposite of what she told me. We went to the room anyway and when we discovered that there was indeed false information on Expedia she said that because we did enter the room it was not possible to cancel.
