We truly apologize and really wish you had said something at time of check in. Especially if it was "as soon" as you walked in the room. We see you are still on the property in the same room with no problems at 11 pm at night.? We just changed out all carpets and had a full remodel last february and would have gladly switched you to another room that wasnt so stuffy. We never expect guests to stay in a room for over 12 hours and not be fully satisfied. That is just not up to par or our persoal standards. If we are graced with your presence again we hope you will inform us at the time of issue and not just post a bad review without giving us the chance to correct the problem and so we may accomadate you right then. Hey there! Thanks so very much for taking the time out to leave us a review. We are truly sorry about the remote but we do keep extras on hand for times like these. Please just let front desk know and we will be sure to fix every issue that we are able. As far a black in tub i do apologize about that. Several of our tubs have been cracked by previous guests and our maintenance man uses a waterproof putty to fill in the crack and it is colored. Not pretty but it does the job. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused. At this time we do not have a large enough generator to power 42 rooms. We just truly hope this type of electrical outage never happens again. It was rough for numerous northeast texas counties all the way to shreveport and towns in louisiana. We hope you found other accomadations and again we do apologize but straightline winds and tornadoes are just out of our control.

Hi there, we are truly sorry for the horrible inconvenience. We had no way to contact you as we lost power on 6-15-2023 due to tornados and straighline winds. If you look in the news it was a horrible incident and swepco was out of transmission for days. We just got our power back online today 6-19-2023 at 7pm and have issued a full refund and again we are so very sorry we couldnt get any information to contact our guests. We would have let you know if we had access to your email, phone, anything. We hope youll be understanding as this was absolutely the worst power outage our area has seen in years. Again we notified expedia of the full refund and should you have any furthur questions please contact us and we will answer. We hope you all were safe and will give us another chance. Dear Ms Tinamarie, as a townsfolk yourself we are sorry you believe we are snobby. Front desk was extrememly nice upon checkout so we are not sure what you are referring to? We would gladly have worked with our local clients if something had been said during your stay not just at checkout. Even though your room was prepaid we would have went out of our way to compensate you for the issue as well as made sure to switch your room. We NEVER expect our guests to stay over 12 hours in a room with pests. But you waited and only then complained of roaches at checkout and when the owner checked the room he took pictures of damage to the shower walls. We do have pictures we will gladly send you if you contact us. We tried to contact you within an hour of you checking out but we are unable to get a reply. Your cell phone wouldnt accept voicemails. Please dont hesitate to call the owner Andy Patel and speak with him about compensation for the damages. We understand your frustrations due to the multitude of reviews you and your guests are leaving and hope you will contact us in return. Have a blessed day.

Hi there, We truly apologize you were not happy with your stay. I never had the pleasure to be of help to you. We do have issues with our Suddenlink cable boxes being out of date and we are waiting on them to come replace every single box. We are at their mercy and time table to get our cable back up to date. It works perfectly except we do not have a guide/menu at this time. We are having to go old school and scan through channels but front desk does have a printed guide our Suddenlink represenative kindly sent us. It is annoying but out of our hands. We are hoping it will be fixed within the month. Second, all staff and even our owners were on property for the weekend so not sure what issue you had there or other issues we could have helped with. Would love to know who at the front desk you spoke with about any and all issues. Again we do apologize.Finally, our housekeeping do not do a full room service on stay overs unless requested. Just touch up room, make bed, change trash if needed, and replace towels. Again we are deeply sorry your stay was not up to par. God Bless and safe travels.
