No real breakfast, granola bar or a pack of oatmeal (small kid size). Ceiling leaked(from room above bathroom, bath tub backed up while showering. The only saving grace was that the bed was very comfortable and clean.

When we first arrived they didnt have the room we reserved. So placed us in a room w one bed and it was gross. Cigarette butts on the ground in the room. The lamps were held together w zip ties. The bathroom door had a hole.in it. The bedding had Cigarette holes in it..the pillow cases had other peoples hair on it & the mattress was absolutely disgusting..with stains all over it. The people next door were up & loud all night. People living in the rooms. I almost left to find another motel but it was already 9 at night so i stayed. The only thing decent at this place was the staff...

This was an AWFUL experience. The employees do not care to pay any attention. I went in with my reservation ready and the female who was working the desk in the office tried to tell me i didnt have a reservation here. Then i show her my messages and confirmations on the hotel room reservation and then she agrees to finally help me. This same woman gave me a card to a room that was completely destroyed and filthy by other guests. Then i had to go back to the office and request a new room and they tried to tell me thst they did not have any ... until they realized they gave me a filthy used room. Even the final room they gave me was very dirty. This hotel is gross with high price and careless staff members.

I was greeted by 3 ppl who wanted to buy dope and men all outside cat calls. Dirty room no towels not renovated since 80s smelled bad dog poop in stairway suite my foot nothing about this place was enjoyable. wonder if anyone from Wyndham/franchise has actually seen this place and ppl who clearly live there. Lady at front was nice no issue there. Very uncomfortable just walking to room. Will never ever stay there pretty sure if health dept. Went there it would be shut down. Got full refund left 30 min after I got key.no thank you

The room was dates and dark, not horrible, not cheerful. They gave me 2 see-thru thin bath towels that had stains on them. the thinest bath towel I've ever seen in my long life. and no other towels. The bed was comfy, and I slept well. TV worked. Was not far to go out to dinner. Free breakfast was a joke. coffee, and if you ask, the dude at the counter with the full sheet of bullet-proof glass would hand you a dry single pack muffin of some sort. I would not go there again.

God Awful…not Safe
If i could give a negative amount of stars I would. To start w things that were not working: phone, refrigerator, hot water, and TV. Neighbor was a tweeker family up till 4am…then back up again at 7am. We asked to move rooms and were denied. Open air drug market it seemed also. We left and call the cups on the neighbors bc they had small children with them

Adequate accommodations
For a low budget hotel the room was clean with no musty smells and clean sheets. Bathroom was fine and it didn’t smell of mildew. The room had the expected amount of towels for two but only had one wash cloth. The place was fairly quiet. Checking in was easy and the people were nice. I think they need to change their advertisement of "free breakfast", though. Yes, I would come back if just passing through. For us, it was clean.

Don’t ever stay here
Bad experience floor was dirty and furniture messed up place had bed bugs left to get another hotel person at front desk wouldn’t accommodate us at all and said we need to get a hold of hotels.com for our money back

I had requested for a first floor room and a rollaway bed when I booked online in advance however wasn't provided with neither. The room didn't even have a coffee maker and when I requested for one it took the front desk guy eternity and couple of reminders to get me one. There was no trash bin in the room which was unexpected. Even though they advertise breakfast is included, it is simply a joke as you get a muffin and coffee at the front desk that's it. Overall a below average experience for me and family.

So sorry for any inconvenience I replied back we do not provide a rollaway. For breakfast it does say to go breakfast online. Our breakfast room is currently under renovation, though we believe our breakfast is over average for the pricing of our bookings. Have an amazing day.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The rooms were terrible. Holes in the wall, dirty wall, missing screws in the bathroom door, tub and sink was stained, carpet needed replacing, some holes were Patti but not painted. The furniture was old and chipped. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am not super picky. We got in at 1a Friday night, left first thing in the morning, came back at midnight and left before checkout time. I don't need a lot from a hotel. With that said, towels and bedding were very stained. Main use areas were clean but definitely not the walls and carpet. We reserved for 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) but were not given a room with a couch. In their defense, I never asked to be moved because we were just too tired to deal with it. I did have a small argument with front desk when I asked for more towels. There were only 2 in the room, there were 5 of us, pretty common sense we would need more. They wanted me to wait until housekeeping came in at 930a (we needed to leave for our event at 10a so that wouldn't work) and wanted us to return the 2 dirty towels we had to get 2 more clean ones (still not 5). They were very good when I came in late Saturday night and had lost the room key. Got me a new one quickly.
