The staff that checked us in was friendly, overnight staff was not friendly, morning staff was friendly. The floor in our room was pretty dirty and our bathroom had hair in the drain and on the wall before we had showered. There is a pool, it is cold. There is a basic breakfast and coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice. The rooms are some of the cheapest in the area. That said, if we stay in the area we will probably try a different hotel.

We were not able to stay there. No one was there, it looked abandoned completely, no one answered our phone call. I do not wanna be charged for this as we were unable to use the place.

I was able to get a full refund! This place was terrible! It smelled like a litter box, and the room when we got to it was not clean. Bathroom was wiped out; beds looked like they just remade the beds with changing the linins. The only good thing was the desk staff did not argue with me on getting my booking canceled and refunded.

We returning about this hotel was disgusting. The floors were filthy, the bathtub was filthy. The coffee maker had old coffee still in it. The hottub was closed. The staff was reluctant to even bring a clean coffee pot.

The bathroom in our room hadn’t been cleaned, we had no towels, and there were multiple dirty spots all over the walls in our room. We also found old food in the fridge.

There was left over garbage in the room. And a poop stain along the wall of my room. The beds are worn down I woke up to my back killing me. The breakfast was terrible I literally could only get my hands on an apple that was bruised and gross. They serve at 6 and ran out of food by 6:30am! And at that I found mouse droppings by the counter they serve food on! They didn’t whip up or attempt to. The sheets smelt of old mold. The internet would shut down when I had to work on something for my boss. And the stuff is completely out dated for 2024! Everything around the area was sold out and I didn’t want to take my kids and sleep in the car given that the area was unfriendly and unsafe. Top 10 worse stays in my life

Run!!!!! Don't stay here!!!!
Do not stay here!!!! Upon check in you can see missing and stained ceiling tiles. The hotel smells terrible. The pool was out if service and this wasn't advertised. The receptionist took a personal call during check in and was talking on her phone the entire time she was checking is in. You could push room doors open going down the halls. When we entered our room we noticed decomposing furniture, old food on tue carpet, and furniture that was shimmed as it was falling over. The room was freezing cold and it was noted that our room window had a 1/2 inch gap at the top and was unable to close properly. My son went to use the restroom and the toilet wasn't bolted to the floor. We were never able to get hot water for him to wash his hands. We immediately went back to the desk and asked to check out. The lady didn't look surprised in the slightest and immediately told us we wouldn't get our money back as they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Stay somewhere else and don't waste your money. This hotel should not be in business!!!

We did not stay at this property when we arrived the lobby and hall smelled musty , pool was closed the outside looked like it was falling apart . The staff was kind when we asked for a refund. The room was updated but the overall hotel was gross

The property is probably fine. I've stayed there before it's fine. But I made the mistake of using Expedia to make the reservation instead of the cancelable one that I would've gotten through super eight. When I tried to contact Expedia, there was all these roadblocks in the way and I could not get a refund so I am out 90 some dollars so screw you Expedia.

Nice breakfast, especially waffles. Enjoyed orange juice and yogurt. Thanks for piping got water for my own drink. Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed on the way out and back. Will come again.

No hanging rack, no place to put the suitcase, no radio/clock. Had to get help to get TV to work. Killed bugs in bathroom. Other than that, everything was good.

Old property but no excuse for slacking off on room maintenance. Big crack in the flooring as you entered the room. Missing and dirty baseboards in the bathroom. Smelled of mildew. Nose ran all morning and stopped after being out of the room for an hour. Breakfast was marginal. Waffle, toast, cereal, oatmeal....

Not only desperately needs renovation, the place was disgustingly dirty. Hair on the bathroom floor, hair on pillows, old worn, stained towels, stained carpets, dirty coffee maker, etc, etc. The box spring had neither a cover or a skirt. The old mattress was covered only by a very thin and worn fitted sheet. That sheet was wrinkly and I couldn’t be certain it had even been changed. The front desk person did offer us a different room, which was slightly better. When I tried to talk to the supervisor the next morning ( in a calm, productive way) she was basically uninterested in what I had to say. We didn’t even consider trying the included breakfast. The lobby and hallways were no better than the rooms. Wyndham, you’ve got a major problem there!!!

I really appreciated the night attendant Shiela (?) She was awesome and really tried her best to help me out with a problem. She went out of her way to assist us. She's a super great lady. The room was filthy. It needed to be vacuumed and the carpets shampooed. We didn't dare use the very stained comforter and i was glad i had some blankets. The chair was gross and the bathroom tub/shower needed a good scrubbing. (It had a black film on it). The floor needed to be swept and mopped and we weren't sure if there was a mouse turd or two. . The room also had repair spots in several areas and needed to be painted. If it hadn't been almost midnight, I would have gone somewhere else.

Outdated and in need of a renovation
The biggest disappointment for us was the lack of a hot tub in the room, which the booking picture for the king suite showed. Since it was a Super 8, and one of the cheaper hotels in the area, I wasn't expecting anything glamorous, but the room needed an overhaul. The carpet was old and lumpy. A section of drywall had a big gash in it and the sofa-pullout bed had seen better days. I guess if you were looking for a cheap hotel and not expecting much, this place would be okay. Otherwise, I'd avoid it.

The cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired and then in the room, the chair was completely chewed up on the arm and there were stains everywhere. Stains on the entrance carpet and stains in the room. The sink was broken and wouldn't drain. When I tried to pull the release in the back the metal piece came all the way out and was not hooked to anything so the sink would not drain at all. The best they could do was switch me rooms but we were all already settled so I said forget it.
