Rooms although fairly clean, were in need of repair, eg: paint, new bathtub, etc. Outside of property needs repair also and grounds need cleaning.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever ever stayed at! Absolutely filthy, they haven’t vacuumed in years the yellow stains in the shower floor, dripping taps, years of dirt and grime built up behind bathroom sink edges and along base boards, one would need a scraper or maybe this place needs the wrecking ball and something new put up. It’s finished the Men that work here don’t know what a vacuum cleaner and a mop is!

The rooms are old and show their age. Bathroom floor has warn spots, bath tub enamel scratch and warn giving the appearance of being unclean. The staff was pleasant and helpfull.

We should have known by the price that this would not be a pleasant experience. When we got there the guy checked us in and the room we originally booked was not pet friendly so he moved our room. When we got to the pet friendly section of the building it was run down and smelled like cigarettes. Then we got in our room and it smelled like dog urine that had not been cleaned up. There were barely any toiletries and minimal linens. The fridge was disgusting. The bathtub was falling apart. The toilet seat was also broken. My husband asked me if I was sure if we should stay there when we booked and I was like it’s just for a night and we are getting in late, we just needed a bed. It was so gross and I was afraid of bed bugs. I’m not usually this picky. I have stayed at some Super 8s that were not that bad. Do not stay here!

Didn’t like having to pay a non refundable fee per pet $50. Total, but I blame that partly on Expedia they forgot to mention a pet fee at a pet friendly hotel Get rid of the carpets

The room was dirty like it wasn't vacuumed. At 2am they plowed the parking lot and it was extremely loud. You could hear everything through the walls. Needless to say it was just a place to sleep, otherwise we stayed away. The man at the front desk was friendly but the quality of the hotel was poor. The free breakfast was a waste of time and the juice was not juice.

Upon my arrival I paid for my stay with cash and the gentleman at the front desk gave me more change back than the price of my stay. I left to go to dinner and he called me saying he messed up on charging me. There was also hair in the shower and whole hotel was outdated and could have been cleaned to higher standards.

I absolutely hated the fact that I booked a pet friendly room with a queen bed and got a non pet friendly room which a full sized bed and got over charged by $103 because of the dogs

The pet-friendly room doesn't mean it's free. We only charged the pet fee and kept you in the same room even after knowing that you had the dogs with you as you already signed the paper for no pets and no smoking in the room where the non-disclosure pet fee is 150.00. You have to mention that you got dogs with you at the front desk which you didn't but still, if you are concerned about paying the amount that you are supposed to pay there's nothing we can do to help you from our end. The property is very old and needs refurbished badly. Staff was unfriendly. Room was never cleaned. TV picture kept going out sound worked, but no picture. Breakfast was limited at best. My advice, stay elsewhere.

We arrived at the hotel at 3:45 and their was absolutely nobody in the lobby or the desk. There was no sign explaining why. After nearly 15 minutes my husband came to see what was taking so long. I had been ringing the bell on the counter and calling out but got no response. After we waited another 5 or more minutes I became concerned that there may be "foul play" invoved and I was ready to call the police. My husband found a phone number for the hotel and called. The man who answered said their computer was not working and he was offsite trying to get it working. He said he would be back soon. About 15 minutes later he arrived and there was a woman with him. One of them should have stayed to explain their absence, don't you think? Once we were checked in and went to our room, my husband went to use the bathroom. When he lifted the toilet lid the inside rim was covered in feces. He also noted that the floor had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and two men came to clean the toilet and mop the floor. ( The bathtub was in need of replacing or reglazing.. It looked really dirty, but it was just where the finish had worn away. We were uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the place so we didn't use the coffee maker in the room, or have breakfast in the lobby. We checked out at 7:30 am and went to a restaurant for coffee etc. Although there is a sign in front of the hotel saying not to smoke within 25 feet of the building, I had to step around dozens of buts at the door.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused at our hotel. Our system went down on that which took a while to fix the issue but we already kept a sign that stated the clerk would return momentarily on top of the desk as we don't leave the lobby without any sign and with the issue you had with the room we are extremely sorry about that but with the cigarette butts outside we got that cleaned once in a day maybe you might be mistaken. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Hope you will give us another chance to provide you a better service next time. Thank you. Have a good day.

Short staffed and shabby.
The staff were very nice, but there weren’t many of them and they seemed overworked. This place seems to be in transition. The room was dirty in a way that suggested a lack of quality control. The towels were very old, frayed, torn, and stained. Never say never, but I won’t be staying here again anytime soon.

My husband and I originally were put into a different room but asked to move rooms when we noticed that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and the bathtub was falling apart. Our second room really wasn’t any better though. The bathroom was also falling apart, the floors looked like hadn’t been cleaned in years, the fire alarm was battery operated without a battery. The hallway that our room was down had trash scattered the entire time we were there.

This hotel is rundown. I asked for a pet-friendly room.Maybe that’s why the carpeting was stained and musty smelling. I didn’t use the bath/shower because it looked terrible. It had been painted at one time and the paint had pealed off in many places making it look like it had a disease?! And the shower curtain smelled like mould. The bedding was clean and the bed comfortable so I had a good sleep but awakened with a headache and stuffed up from the mould in the air. The landscaping was let go to weeds; the outside handle on the back door of the hotel was broken off! Not so handy for dog owners to exit to walk their dog. There was a smashed up vehicle in front of the hotel and another one parked along the side! And there was a brightly colored sign on the front of the hotel saying the hotel was not responsible for damage to guest’s vehicles in the parking lot. I would not have stayed but my reservation was paid and I’d accepted no refund rate! I won’t do that again! One positive: the receptionist was friendly and efficient.

The property is run down and dirty. Carpet in door ways smelled like urine. The room was dirty, shower did not drain. Carpet was terrible. I left and stayed at Wyndham down the street. It was disgusting.

When we walked in at 9 PM for checking in the Lobby lights were dimmed. The first room we had was not cleaned. The luggage rack was in front of the door and the bathroom had evidence of the previous renters. The TV rested on the lamp to stay on the wall. The second room was better but the sheets were paper thin and wouldn't stay on the worn out mattress. Towels were one wash cloth, one hand towel, two bath towels and a bath mat in a king bed room. The"Hot Breakfast" was one waffle machine for everyone to use. Super 8 is off my list to rent.

This hotel is not up to the Super 8 standards I have experienced in other locations. My expectations were not high, just basic and clean. - carpet on the stairs coming in from the parking lot was awful and nearly wore through in many areas and on the landing as well - door trim hanging loose from the stairs to the hallway creating a hazard - bottom corner of the door was very beat up with gouges - many large stains on the carpet in the room - lampshade had a hole in it - random piece of furniture took up what little floor space there was by the window - a large, low coffee table type thing - toilet seat didn't fit properly as it was a long oval put on a round bowl - tub/shower was so worn that there was no finish left with cracking, flaky pieces by the drain - lino in the bathroom was completely worn out with no finish - silicone along the floor/tub edge and around the bottom of the toilet was very worn - coffee/hot beverage machine in the continental breakfast area was out of order with just a 12 cup coffee maker sitting beside it that was not sufficient for the demand on a Sunday morning - breakfast offering was meager at best - upholstered chair seats in the breakfast area were worn, stained, dirty I would NOT recommend staying here. -

This prperty was dirty, glass doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned since prepandemic. Same with the carpets. Light bulbs were missing from lamps, Fire alarm didn't have a battery. Internet must be dialup, maddingly slow. Room smelled, not of cigerette smoke, but of some cloying, stale smell. Checkin had so many rules and regulations posted behind the desk it felt like entering a prison. I;ve stayed in worst accomodations, gut I had to go to a Third World country to find it,

Probably won't stay at this hotel again. It 's amenities has deteriorated in the year since we last stayed there. Could use refreshing, like the bathroom fixtures. But amenities poor. Only 1 washcloth and towel for 2 people; air heater/air conditioner didn't work properly, breakfast was poor. The 2 good things is the bed was good and location is good.
