This was my favorite hotel of 7 that a stayed at during my road trip. It was very nice and reasonably priced too.

Pluses- nice staff, decent breakfast and comfy beds. Compensation was offered when I expressed my concerns. Negatives- noisy halls, doors and can hear guests walking on your head. Spot cleaning in room. Some areas are dusty. Most surfaces are worn. Could have used a third bath towel for hair. Definitely a 3 star place.

My room was in disarray when I checked in. Dresser/tv stand was pulled away from wall and had trash, food paper plates and other things behind it. Bathroom was not very clean. Stayed for half the night and left early. Would not recommend.

Older hotel, but in very good condition. Nice room, Next to a busy city street, but rooms are quiet.

The room was clean. The breakfast burritos were great and included. The room was a little stuffy and hot when we got in. Despite putting on the AC it never really cooled down and the constant on/off of the fan (even though i set it to on) woke my friend and I up multiple times in the night. I would still recommend it because the price was great and the room was clean.

popcorn in the bedside table drawers. lumpy pillows. Trash around the front of building. building in general felt worn. could use a bit of TLC, but it had a groovy bohemian vibe. The breakfast tacos and breakfast bar was yummy.

Honest review always 😊 -Overview of pricing we stayed in a 1 bed suite with 3 dogs for 1 night. Total came out to $190 after $20 per pet per day dog fee. They do take a $100 deposit that will be put back after no damages have been seen to the room. Just like most hotels. With this being a boutique motel you don’t have a parking fee. And breakfast is included. -burritos, they are good because they are filling and great size but they definitely keep it simple with seasoning due to making it adhere to everyone’s needs. She does have a side of green Chile for the ones who need more flavor. The muffins are great and love she includes yogurt and an apple. Google maps has my full review <3

It was very noisy and the front desk person over night was unfriendly. The window to our room was opened and left that way until discovered early the morning we left. Our previous stay was good.

Budget price for very nice property. A shuttle to downtown is available. Some homeless walking around outside so not a great walkable area.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My first night, I did laundry, as they had laundry machine and dryer on site — it was easy and quick, and they had a vending machine for the laundry detergent. The walls in my room seemed a little thin during daytime hours, but in reality, as soon as it hit 11pm, everything quieted down nicely. Breakfasts were — as noted in other reviews — excellent, they had a range of offerings in addition to their famous breakfast burritos.

One of the best free breakfasts I've had. Was expecting the same eggs and sausage you get everywhere else, but some home cooked cheese, egg, potato wraps instead.

Loud drunk guy in the hallway banging on a door, woman crying, police yelling open the door, and then the ambulance and fire truck arriving. All at 2-3am, very unrestful night. Thanks for the breakfast burrito though.

Very nice place. Check in was easy and room was in great condition. Blanket on bed was too light for my taste but warmed up after a while. Breakfast was great!

I liked the lobby area but the staff was loud so it wasnt peaceful. Too close to Cerillos traffic noise. Breakfast burritos were good. Bathrooms baseboards and ealls neede cleaning.

This property is really trying. They have many amenities that are great. Fantastic homemade burritos for breakfast. A van that will take you to the Plaza. Friendly personnel, pet friendly (I don't have pets, but that is friendly), very clean accommodations, beds were clean and comfortable. AND super inexpensive. On the downside, the water pressure sucks for the shower (remedy in progress we are told), and VERY noisy through the windows and the hallway.
