This property was the dirtiest in all areas facility I have stayed at. The facility was rundown. They advertised breakfast was included - all they had was a couple pre-packaged donuts Will never stay there again

First room was filthy. Cigarette burn holes in bedspreads, torn bedspreads, dirty carpet, and toilet seat was broken and would half fall off toilet. Supposed to be non-smoking room and it stank like cigarette smoke. Demanded new room and it was not much better. Reservation and charge were for 3 beds; second room only two beds. Awful hotel.

Comfortable and in a safe area. A bit from the highway but not far. Breakfast was limited, but a DQ was within walking distance.

Disgusting Room
The sheets looked clean, so I stayed. Everything else was terrible. TV wasn't hooked up and it's remote didn't work, there was a desk but no desk chair, broken (bent leg) easy chair, totally disgusting toilet bowl, dirty bathtub.

Just outdated
This is a small town, completely outdated motel. If you are traveling this highway and do not care about anything fancy at all, this is your cheap place. However, it is dog friendly and their are neighborhoods across the street to go for nice walks.

Our room was SO DIRTY. The bathroom was disgusting. There was no breakfast available even though it was advertised as part of the service. Not even coffee. Sheets stained. After a rain shower in the morning, my car was sitting in 5-6 inches of standing water in the parking lot. I couldn’t even get in without wading through muck. Never again!

They denied my reservation. They were over full. Did not help me find another place yo stay. I want a refund. That is theft!

No one was at the counter waited for 30 min and walked the halls to find help to check in. My husband said panel’s were falling off in the hall. There was furniture stacked to the ceiling when you walk in. We left and drove 100 miles more to find another hotel

This place has really gone down hill. Stayed there a couple years ago and then this weekend. Building smells of cigarette smoke. Non-smoking room had been smoked in-- a lot. Manager, was playing video game on lobby TV with his girlfriend. Got moved to a single room due to a fire in another room, but no call or heads up.

Belleville stay.
Stayed two times in one week, going and coming. Pleasant, easy check-in, comfortable room, clean and welcoming. Bathroom could use a little more attention on both stays. Will likely stay here again.

Take a pass
I know we shouldn’t expect much for the low price but this place was dirty. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door, the toilet seat was old and loose. Our room was non smoking but the hallway smelled of old cigarettes and dirt. I waited quite a while in the lobby to get checked in. I’m not sure where the clerk was but he said something about “checking in that room”. We stayed in this motel last fall and it was not nearly this bad. We will move on to another town on our next trip through KS.

There was mold all over the ceiling in the main hallway, I was put in 3 separate rooms because all of them had hair all over the bathtubs. This was the most disgusting hotel I have every stayed in and will NEVER return here.

I stay at this property every year on my way to Sturgis, SD. It is always a clean and friendly place to stay. Comfortable beds and close to restaurants. I recommend this motel.

Was told we could check in but the rooms would not be ready. This was already an hour after check in. Got the key left ought bags, wettte told it would be finished soon. Arrived back at 1:00 after attending a late event, our room was still not cleaned beads were stripped nothing had been done! We agree expecting a refund, but was told because I booked through Expedia only the owner could refund my money.

Staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Room was super clean! The bed was SOOO comfy! Unfortunately, due to covid-19 restrictions, I was unable to use the laundry facilities. The breakfast was unavailable as well, but they still put out some muffins and yogurt. I was very pleased with my stay!

Said pet friendly but not a word about $10 a night for pets, the heater fan constantly blowing air on you without it was cold, constant noise like a MRI machine. Won't do it again.

They offered a good short breakfast, though it would be nice if they would add some bisquits & gravy. The room was clean and they offered DirecTV including the Cinemax and HBO. It would be nice if they would have a front desk associate on duty all the time.

Had a mix up with hotels.com front desk was VERY understanding and helped resolve the issue. Hallways had very thick smoke smell, room seemed to be okay with little to no smoke smell. Could hear the Neighbors pretty easily ( could hear talking on the phone ALL night) Overall for the money would not stay again .

Threadbare and stained towels. Understaffed. Cluttered. Unorganized. It is handy for the Belleville Nationals. We may stay in Concordia again.
