Hello Ms Silvia,I am sorry for inconvenience. we can't verified your valid Identification upon check in due to your last name was not matched with your Expedia reservation under Chavez. we request you to call Expedia and changed your last name so we can verified you upon check in time and you already passed 24 hours cancelation policy. we explained everything to Expedia Representative, He tried to called you back, but you didn't answer. Finally, they changed your name on your reservation, but you didn't come back for check in. we can't cancel prepaid reservation, so it went through as NO Show. We are very sorry, Its part of check in process to reservation should match with valid Identification either passport or Driving License which you didn't have it with you to match your reservation name Silvia Chavez. We are very sorry for any incontinence.

I am really sorry to hear that you booked your reservation through third party non-refundable discounted price, when you called to cancel the reservation, we told you to contact third party because you booked with them. no once call us from third party to cancel your reservation. But you decide to come and stayed with us. I am really sorry that car alarm went off but you never complained to front desk so we never get a chance to resolve it. Housekeeper came at 12.30pm next day to give you room service, housekeeper lady said she knock the door twice, she didn't get response from inside than only she opened the room your guest said it's ok and took towels from her, than 1 hours later when you came in the office and said you don't want to stay here and front desk lady apologized about the incident and gave you one night refund and 50 deposit back and gave extra time till 2pm to check out. Front desk tried to be explained that if you could use do not disturbed sign than housekeeper would not disturb you. we are sorry that if you felt that it's your fault. we will work on our housekeeper service.
