We have been to the Nine Muses on three occasions now, and we love this hotel. Whilst it is a little less on the beaten track than a lot of the Perissa hotels, it makes it a far more quiet and relaxing holiday for us. We love the walks to the shops, bars, restaurants and beach in the evenings, and coming back to a beautiful beach bar. The rooms are always immaculately clean, and the food is great. We upgraded this year, to have our own private pool and it was amazing. The communal pool has been upgraded and is never so crowded that you cannot have a sun bed if you wish. The staff are so efficient and lovely, which always makes our holidays more special. We would always choose this hotel above others and will be back again soon!

Would not recommend this hotel. The hotel room was extremely dirty and whilst we were shown another room, it was just as bad! The hotel made us sign a document that items outwith the safe were our own responsibility however the safe did not even work! Additionally, no sun loungers available at the pool unless you're up at crack of dawn. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Outstanding
The members of staff were the friendliest I’ve experienced and always addressed us by names. The hotel was very clean and food portions were large. The only downside was that it’s located on the east coast, so you’d get a shorter afternoon.

dont select - poor management and dirty
it's the real dirty hotel i have ever stayed, and staffs there are not so willing to work. the housekeeping was horrible - e.g. they dont change bedding after 2 nights even they claim its there rule; nothing is put in order after they complete house keeping, there are full of flies when we take breakfast etc. too many bad things, worst ever hotel except the location is good - close to the beach

Très agréable séjour
Hôtel très agréable avec du personnel bienveillant. Très grande piscine mais l’eau reste toujours un peu fraîche, car l’île est toujours un peu ventée. Des petits déjeuners copieux ! Le seul bémol serait le ménage dans les chambres : seulement 2 fois sur 6 jours… Hôtel toutefois très recommandable à proximité de la plage de Perissa.

Arranged an excursion with the front desk whoch gave us wrong pick up time from hotel and missed entire activity for the evening. When pointed out their mistake no effort in trying to make it right until we expressed our displeasure. One of many interactions with misinformation from front staff.

Lovely hotel, it never felt too busy. Soo nice to be able to sleep in late and still get sun loungers by the pool (in August!) Beautiful buildings and nice layout. Food really good. Staff are lovely and super helpful. 5 minute walk to beach and tons of restaurants. All in all a fab holiday. (2 adults, 3 kids aged 12, 16 & 16)

My stay was a mixed bag. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The condo room is listed as having two double beds. There is a double bed in the loft area and two mattresses, that also serve as the sofa cushions, on the main level. These cushions are about 2 inches thick and uncomfortable. The room was hot and it was too hot to sleep in the bed in the loft area. WiFi was very poor and barely worked.

Close to an amazing beach
Good hotel. Great location if you enjoy the beach. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star hotel though. Shower and tap are salt water.

Great hotel
My friends and I loved our stay at this hotel. It’s absolutly beautiful. The pool are is huge and the morning breakfast was decent. It’s was about a 5 min walk from black beach and many places to eat and drink. Also near the bus stop to head into town and 8 min from a bakery and super market. The staff was amazing. They were able to accommodate us for extra hours on our last day. We had a two floor room which was amazing. I would stay here again.

9 muses is a short walk to the black sand beach which makes it enjoyable. The facility was BEAUTIFUL and the front desk staff was very nice. The only concerns I had was the WiFi did not work my entire stay and the restaurant waitress was very rude.

Hôtel confortable et calme, situé à 5 mn à pied de la plage et des restaurants. Très belle piscine malheureusement froide en octobre à cause du vent. Bon accueil, personnel de la réception très accommodant. Beau buffet pour le petit déjeuner.

Wonderful Couples Hotel
Lovely hotel very friendly staff and wonderful pool area. We did have some trouble with a fridge not working in our room that did take 2 days to replace but this was the only small niggle in what was an otherwise very enjoyable stay!

Beautiful hotel with superb swimming pool
Hotel staff were pleasant, accommodating and very helpful in terms of sight seeing. 10-15min walk to the black beach also.

The WiFi is annoyingly slow, the air-conditioning is very noisy, there are ants in the rooms, there isn't much choice for breakfast and there were no exceptional dishes or fruit, close but not in the beach. On the other side, the staff were pretty good.

Eines der wenigen Hotels mit modernerem Standard in Strandnähe von Perissa. Wunderbar begrünte Aussenanlage mit schöner Pool-Landschaft. Leider etwas einfache Zimmer. Das Meer und der Strand befinden sich in rd. 500m Gehdistanz und lassen sich herrlich geniessen (saubere Wasserqualität, feiner Kiesstrand). Der Hotelservice ist bezüglich Freundlichkeit/Promptheit ausbaufähig.

Loved it!
Everything was wonderful! From our room to the location to the service. Breakfast servers were great every single day! Especially Jenny and Dimitris (with the glasses) they made sure we were always doing okay, full coffee, fresh orange juice they were perfect!! Can't wait to come back!

Food wasn't good at all but breakfast was included. Bed was very hard and no black out curtains. Location is far from the beautiful view that draws you to Santorini in Oia. Location however is walking distance from the beach

Good value for money hotel
Excellent staff. The hotel needs a lot of updating. Terrible but free WiFi. Linen was changed every day but towels were full of dark spots. All in all not bad value for money.

de vue extérieure l'hôtel est grand mais un peu vieillot (piscine avec du carrelage plein de calcaire, pas du tout moderne), un signal wifi faible, a peine 4 chaînes TV locales. Je suis d'accord de partir pour me dépayser mais payer quasi 200€ la nuit je m'attends à un minimum de confort, ou du moins un service de qualité. Chambre éclairée au néon blanc, peinture qui se décolle, douche qui fuit de partout, flacons de gel douche renouvelé selon l'humeur de la femme de ménage, petit déjeuner basique. Le personnel est dépassé, pourtant l'hôtel n'était pas bondé, si vous commandez un jus à la piscine il se peut que la serveuse oublie votre commande, et ensuite oublie la personne qui a commandé du coup... toujours pas de commande. Salle de gym avec des machines des années 90 donc ne prévoyez pas de faire du sport sauf si ce n'est en plein air. Le point positif c'est que l'hôtel est situé tout proche de la meilleure plage de l'île : Perivolos beach, la plage au sable noir, très propre, avec un coin fête avec de la musique et un coin plus tranquille. Le meilleur restaurant de la plage : le tranquillo.

This is a maximum 3 star hotel. Standard room has open wall sleeping cubicle on 2 floor. AC on ground floor works fine, Air from AC on 2. Floor smelled bad and we couldn't use it, so it was to hot to sleep. Location is good, just 5 min walk from beach, restaurants etc. Breakfas is horrible. Worst ever. We had to buy our own. Service ok, got a lot of help for renting a car.

The worst 5star hotel I have ever been
Extremely disappointing they call theme self a 5 Star hotel what actually are is 2 to 3 star hotel . Very hard to find location , no customer service what so ever and hotel is in a very poor condition with very little to offer . Not even room service is available .i would suggest to stay away from this hotel there are a lot better hotels in the area
