The hotel, as a whole, was nice. However, the AC did not work in my room, and I couldn’t open the windows.

We booked a king size bed and while checking in was told that there were no king size beds in the hotel. Later we attempted a shower in our room and could not do that because there was no water pressure.

They dont tell you there is a extra fee to park on site. 24 dollars a night. They dont tell you till check in.

Not sure where or how you booked. But it is on the Expedia website and also in your confirmation that parking is 24 per night. If you can provide me the information showing that it wasn't in your confirmation, I would be glad to go ahead and refund this for you. But we do regret that this effected your experience. Most if not all hotels in this area do charge parking, as well as we have it posted as you pull into our parking lot.

Not handicap accessible
Asked for handicap accessible room with roll in shower and was told that’s what we had. The shower door opened into a towel bar in the shower, so I had to squeeze myself into the shower. There was no way of getting a shower chair in there and definitely not a wheelchair. So my aunt was unable to take a shower. Description on website is very misleading. Won’t be staying here again

Wonderful, wonderful people and hotel!!
You all were amazing! The lady at the front desk was the best!! The actual hotel was modern and beautiful. So grateful to have had this place to be while my dad was recovering from a heart attack. ❤️

Free breakfast was actually an addon. Parking was listed as free but was a huge daily fee. Room was never cleaned even after asking 3 days in a row.

This property was perfect if your attending the game. It’s between the airport and the stadium. The staff is friendly and very tentative. A lot of choices of restaurants in the area. Definitely will be staying here again.

It was little older than pictures. No complementary services available or front desk didn’t inform so def you need to bring toothbrush and razors. Breakfast was good but table was dirty and if microwave should be available because there is only roaster and bread and muffins are hard

Property is overpriced for location and cleanliness. Carpeting throughout entire hitel needs to be replaced. Ceiling was leaking water in lobby (a bunch of towels) were covering floor to catch water. Room was clean but doors, door handles and all light fixtures were visibly dirty. Hotel staff and bartender were very friendly.

The floors in my room were coming up, when I arrived i couldn’t check in an hour early (not a big deal). But when I came back I was told they overbooked that night and I had to take a lower room than I booked

The hotel itself was OK although it seemed like an older building that had been retrofitted and still seemed a bit worn. I thought the rate we paid ($250 for one night) was much too high. I understand that probably we were quoted a high rate because it was a football weekend and many people were coming into KC for the game and stay in a hotel. But we were not there for football, just looking for a clean, quiet hotel. We're not likely to look at AC Hotels again.
