This hotel is conveniently located in Mailoboro the neighborhood you absolutely want to be in. Excellent breakfast buffet and convenience to mailoboro dining options and shopping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Good location nearby Malioboro (5 minute walking distance). Unfortunately our room was not very clean, there was a good amount of dust hanging off the ceilings and outside noise was very noticeable in the room during the night.

Decent modern hotel
Decent room, but noisy. Buffet breakfast was ok. Quite modern hotel but mainly for Indonesian travellers.

マリオボロ通りの中心ですが通りには直接面していないという絶妙の立地です。 部屋は清潔に保たれています。（小さな蟻が何匹かいましたが） 朝食もコンチネンタルでなくちゃんと地元らしいものが並んでいるので不満ありませんでした。

Nice hotel very close to Malioboro Street
Nice hotel which is very close to Malioboro Street, staff are friendly. However noise insulation are not good. We awake in the morning due to the bathing sound from another room. Equipment is OK, however hairdryer need to ask reception in advance, and sometimes it is no extra hairdryer can be borrowed.

Location of hotel is not in main road.
The sound proof in the room is very weak and the noisy at the corridor is so loud especially when a family with children is talking. LOUD noise , LOUD noise, LOUD noise is the word when we were sleeping at night, afternoon or early morning.......................... Strangely that our dustbin in the toilet was not cleared for all the 4 nights / 5 days that we were staying. All staff are very polite and service oriented, BIG THANKS to all of them. The swimming pools are so small that they are good only for children. And the water is so cloudy that we dare not to soak into it.

Reasonable stay for a reasonable price
A value hotel right next to Malioboro St, the shopping strip of Yogyakarta. Shampoo was not provided, but liquid soap was available. Breakfast was OK, and I spend plenty of time at the restaurant with my wife (because there was only one chair in the room). Although I had concern with bed sheets and room lights, the staff promptly resolved them. The bathroom door has to be closed while showering, else condensation would form at the aircon, and drip down to the bed below. Otherwise the air con works well. Overall, after I reduced my expectation to the cost of the stay, it was reasonable for the bed and breakfast I received.

There is a cockroach creeping on my son' s arm when he was sitting by the small table. Probably creeping up from the rubbish bin underneath the table. Bathroom and toilet are poorly cleaned. Door and walls are very thin. We can hear people talking from the hall and people having a shower from the next room seems like having a shower in our room. Location quite good for people who likes to be in Malioboro surroundings. Sorry, will not recommend people to stay here and definitely will not stay here again.

交通便利的好住處
飯店地點十分便利, 位在Malioboro大街中段的巷子裡, 步行可以街上的景點; 飯店外就有公車站, 搭乘公車很方便; 飯店人員都很友善, 熱於幫助房客; 房間很乾淨, 隔音也不錯, 可以請櫃台人員安排高樓層, 視野不錯; 早餐的選項很多, 多以印尼當地食物為主, 每天更換菜色, 不用擔心住太多天會吃膩, 每天都吃很飽, 品嚐不一樣的美食, 很棒!

Good with some room for improvement
I spent 5 days in Jogja at the amaris. The pros: - close to Malioboro and most places of interest - the hotel staff is super friendly and helpful - the wifi (open) works well - my bed was comfortable - very decent breakfast The cons: - a kettle to make some tea / coffee would be nice - there is no storage at all and only 3 hangers. Your stuff is all over the room (which is not very large)

Poorly kept, avoid if you have asthma or allergies
The location is good but it is clear that money isn't spent on maintenance. The rooms smelled of mould, enough to make me cough every time I walked into the room. Towels and bedsheets were clean but often stained. There were also tears in the bathroom carpet. When we asked for an extra pillow the staff said "sorry we don't have any".

Comfortable hotel with nice breakfast.
Very central located with all you need around. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Swimmingpool was very small Breakfast was all you need. Rooms small and a bit smelling... Overall, a good hotel if you like to be located central.
