더러워요
밀라노의 전통적인 집 형태였고 신기했습니다 하지만 그 신기함은 불편함으로 바뀌었습니다. 집 때문이라서가 아니라 고객을 맞을 준비가 전혀 준비가 되어 있지 않아서 전기포트에는 석회질이 붙어있고 욕실에서는 물이 안내려가며 이불을 들추어 보니 먼지가 너무 많아 자고 일어났을 때에는 눈에 눈꼽이 정말 많이 끼어 있었습니다. 너무 지저분한 집이었습니다

Super bra läge, mitt i stan. Lite mycket väsen från gäster då rummet "satt ihop" med dörrar mellan bara. Hälften av lamporna i lägenheten funka inte så vi fick använda fiklampa i köket för att ens se på kvällarna

Fantastic location within 5 minutes of the Duomo and 3 minutes from the Missouri station. Property itself is very old, not well lit inside, the hot water is not really hot, the toilet flush doesn't work well, the TV doesn't work

No tuvimos la habitación que reservamos, propiedad muy antigua y no se ve tan bonita dentro. No apropiada para niños, las escaleras dentro de la hab no son adecuadas, además que encontramos varios días insectos en las sábanas.

not even hot water, no water pressure, mosquitoes everywhere, sink leaks, freezing, no proper bed sheets, the whole place creeks like it’s gonna fall apart, dust and paint particles everywhere, really looks like super old and run down. Heating did not work and waa freezing. Internet not working. Terrible experience and nobody to speak to. Online messages ignored.

Por la relación calidad precio no estaba tan mal. El problema fue que la habitación no tenía el control ni de la tv ni del aire y hacía un calor infernal en el último piso del edificio. Un ascensor donde si entran dos no entran maletas. Y el recepcionista fue incapaz de buscar soluciones. Ni lo intento siquiera. Fue lo peor. Al decirle que no habían controles pregunto si quería que llamáramos a la policía. Absurdo

There was a water leakage in the bathroom on the upper floor and therefore the whole lower floor of the apartment was dripping wet! To us this seems like a known problem since before we already saw some stains on the wall and ceiling, in the night we knew why. No acceptable refund was offered and we are really dissatisfied, it was a horrible experience! Customer Service is horrendous, they did not take on any responsibility for this mess...

Dalle foto sembra un bellissimo attico , peccato che il posto sia stato molto trascurato, la porta di ingresso si apre con una manata, la scala esterna stretta e maleodorante, ogni gradino puzza di pipì, un montacarichi per ascensore, dentro questo mini appartamento divani macchiati e impolverati, scala interna traballante , condizionatore rotto, la camera da letto piccolissima dentro spine della corrente scoperte,con finestra ed una porta che da sulla scala esterna , sicurezza per 2 ragazze zero. Bagno sporco. Abbiamo abbandonato l’alloggio dopo 10 minuti.

The apartment was amazing, very clean and quiet, with towels, kettle, glassed and the wine opener:) the lift was also available, and it is very close to the cathedral and loads of local shops. Karim provided exceptional customer service, we will book it again when in Milan. Well recommended, thank you!

Hebergement pas comme sur les photos ! Le lit était cassé, la porte des toilette cassée dont elle ne se fermait pas . Chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas et la météo n’était pas bonne donc on a eu froid la nuit . Immeuble très vieux condition d’hébergement zéro ! Cet hébergement ne devrait pas être proposer aux gens ! On entend tous le bruit de l’extérieur et les gens parler donc pour le repos la nuit c’est vraiment pas top ! Bref je déconseille

Bed bugs, a door that doesn’t close, a glass door with a light that doesn’t turn off behind it, noisy people in the other apartment all day and all night, no privacy, windows that don’t close even, rains inside, no hot water, no water pressure. Maybe don’t consider that place an apartment.

Einmal und Nie wieder! Hier macht man kein Auge zu weil es einfach die ganze Nacht über laut ist wie am Bahnhof. Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten! Wlan Passwort funktioniert nicht. Zimmer sind sehr veraltet wie die ganze Ausstattung! Kein Fernseher... Wir waren das erste und letzte mal in Mailand hat uns nicht gefallen.

It is difficult to check in after 9:30 pm. If you check in after this hour, you have to pay extra 30 eur for no reason. There is no code to enter the apartment. They ask you to pay first and then they show you where the key is over the phone. The apartment was not like in the photos. It was not cleaned well enough. See the photos I have taken as a reference. Plus Wi-Fi code s hard to obtain.

It is very well located but noisy, especially at night because of the tram. I guess this is the price to pay to be downtown. The upstairs appartment is fair enough. I was very nervous because of all the bad reviews. It doesn't look exactly like the pictures but it isn't so bad. I booked for the biggest appartment but when I saw it was in the basement I asked the person in charge to change with another appartment. You can definitely find better but it is not that awful (except for the basement apartment)

Customer support was awful and aggressive and I payed 30 euros extra just to come 3 hours early. Room was cold and informed them in advance that that it is cold but nothing changed and I felt cold and sick now. I have never seen such a service and room. Not clean towels.

Check-in went well. The shower was not clean and there was sewage smell that come out of from the bathroom, so we had to make sure to leave the toilet top closed and the bathroom door closed at all times. Also, the stairs and the elevator leading to our room smelled like urine. The light in our room, next to the door entrance, would also randomly turn on and off during the night. During the last two days of our stay, the wi-fi didn't work, which was important for us since we were working remotely. Administration called the network to resolve the issue, but couldn't get it resolved before we left. I understand that the people at the front desk can't resolve all of these issues, but the accommodation administration still needs to do major work. The only upside was that it was very close to all of the major attractions.
